all airports suck koch. but FLL was better than most.4 / 5. -1 star for the terrible and misleading navigational signs.

Not organized at all it's just messy and nobody actually knows what they are doing

No outlets and one terrible restaurant. What year is this?

Ghetto south Florida, extremely poor signage, loud poorly spoken PA, parling machines that don't work, attendants who don't help. Overall a bad experience

Good airport. Except for the cheap people and Ubers standing on the highway.

Great airport, quick and easy in and out, with extensive refurbished terminals and security. Much better option than flying into MIA! And it has Southwest!

Great job with renovations & food options PRE-PANDEMIC. Try to avoid parking here, get an Uber or someone to drop you off instead. If you must park here, consult one of the tram operators. They are extremely helpful and will direct you to open parking. Despite what other reviewers have said, TSA processing is very quick. Immigration processing times are fast as well, but be prepared for some delays at Customs if flying into Terminal 4.

Why would citizens of the US have to make the same line as non citizens?!

Not terrible for an airport. As of this review, Uber is NOT available from the airport. You can take one to it, but not from it.

Only the lobby is open for departures if you leave from here late night / early morning. No one to check bags, no TSA, no restaurants, and no convenience stores are open.

Very few food options and inconvenient set up with couple small terminals

Smaller than Miami but with a good structure. Several garage building, bus for transportation and terminals and small Free shop.
Airport used by AZUL, which does not have a VIP room for executive passengers.

Good airport, definitely ac in here, line pretty fast

It's easy to navigate but shuttle buses to Tri Rail station can take up to 40 min wait

It's just as another reviewer put it..... Third world-esque.... Better than Turks & Caicos, not quite as modern as Aruba.
Food options sparse and lacking.

Horrible. Very small employees do not know different languages many people etc. My driver did not know how to park because there is no space of the worst of uses.

Excellent place to travel there is so much place to see. But before traveling you must take the covid 19 test

Why Fly into the Miami International Airport when the Ft Lauderdale airport is better and easier to get out of.

Immigration and customs was smooth. The airport was clean and easy to navigate for the most part. Leaving from international arrivals, there was little to no indication that to find a hotel shuttle you need to turn left and schlep your luggage up the sidewalk past terminal three.

Ehhh. Its crowded here and there are too few plugs available to charge up before a flight. Free wifi is nice though, but it just drains your computer since plugs are hard to find!

Excellent facilities very practical and comfortable for the traveler

I've traveled through this airport on several occasions and have found all trips to be pleasant. Shops and restaurants inside are adequate, air conditioning is a bit weak at the check-in areas but on full blast at the gates. Huge rental car structure with an easy to navigate shuttle area.

I like this airport. It is big enough to offer everything I need. But it is small enough to easily get from point a to point b.
I sometimes take the bus from here to Miami Beach. It only costs $2 to the Aventura Mall. Then with a transfer, I only pay an extra $0.60 cents to Miami Beach

Not a lot of food or outlets, WiFi is slow, way to small.
I had worse and I had way better.

Silver Airways is on of the most nastiest Airline the staff is not helpful or friendly. The exprience apolling.

Not enough seating in terminal 3- also the place smells- probably from that old nasty carpet- you can't evolve into a world class airport if you don't address the most basic needs of travelers-

Customs took 3hrs to get through when i arrived. Now here with a long layover and nowhere decent to rest, wifi is slow, its cold and the agents on the intercom are way too loud.

I went there for the first time and it felt very good.

Returning to Detroit after 6 consecutive days in the Bahamas and Miami; great service tho!

Marlon G is an AMAZING agent. My flight got delayed and I would have missed my connecting flight which means I would ve had to call in sick to work the next day. He assisted me in finding a way to get back on the same day while no one else was willing to help me at all. Thanks Marlon!!!!!!

In construction.confusing, crowded not ready to be an international airport .
With planes arriving from Qatar,or Europe is a big mess .

Love flighting in to the airport. It's one of my favorite places/airport. Always seems to be very clean and organize every time I visit.

The absolute worst experience with TSA!
We were flying back to Minneapolis with the exact same things we brought with us. The TSA person held us up telling us our bags were to big for carry-ons. A supervisor came over and all of our bags fit. I would never use this airport again!

Have been using this airport for years, it used to be a little easier to navigate but all in all its still the best choice when flying in or out of SE Florida. The airport staff are polite and the TSA are generally polite and professional. And the folks working the stands are usually very nice.

At first a minor confusion but after that things went real smooth

I have the worst experience everytime at this airport when it comes to eat in the @crossgrainbrewhouse the service is the worst and it's the only restaurant in the departure area of TERMINAL 4... they are always short on staff and of course always full...

Got to the airport after our flight was delayed showed up 2.5hours early
Security was amazing and on point absolutely zero delays
Well staffed and knew exactly what they were doing no confusion like flying through any of the major airports in New York metro area.
I would definitely recommend this airport to anyone flying to this reigon.

Never take Lyft ride from this location, this is a joke, their driver not familiar with airport, four Lyft drivers just passed trough ride sharing location. Better take a taxi.

International arrivals are a joke. If you have time to waste....... fly from an international destination in to FLL and enjoy the "secure entry to the US". Avoid FLL.

Bring a jacket they keep the terminal so cold its painful

This airport is a mess. It's way too small for the amount of traffic. Arriving from abroad the baggage claim is so small there's two employees taking the bags off the belt as soon as they get on, because it's undersized and the bags back up in minutes.

The lines in immigrations are long, as always.

The busses to the rental car center tend to show up in a uneven frequency. Going to the rental car center the bus was packed to the brim with people and the driver still waited before leaving. On the way from the rental car center we waited, and 50+ people plus luggages were standing there when the bus finally showed up. Just for another bus to show up just before we left.

The check in counter barely had enough room for the people checking in, the lines block the walkway if too many people arrive at once.

Terminal 3 is undersized for the amount of people when we arrive there were people everywhere. The line for my gate stretched two gates, which makes it a pain if two gates close to each other have to board at the same time.

Might be better for domestic travels.

Very unmodern (if that's a word). I am really hoping for the upgrade being planned.

Staff generally unprofessional. I think kids working a summer job take their work more seriously. Started with security, a woman doing the pat downs rolled her eyes when I requested we do the pat downs in a private room as I found it embarrassing. There was another person having a giggling fit over the P.A when attempting to pronounce a passengers last name, a few different announcements. And another staff member serving snacks was talking to her bf on the phone while serving me. Not a great impression of this airport.

My first time going to an airport not the best experience the palace was dirty the food was outrageous expensive.

Easy to navigate, very helpful staff and attendees, wide selection of shops and eateries, clean restrooms and common areas. .. my only gripe is there is always construction taking place (dampens the esthetic) and the waiting area for off-site rental cars sucks.

The queue of migrations was endless. Being smaller than the Miami airport they have fewer officers and it slows down.

This is one of the nastiest airports I've ever been to. The city should be ashamed! The people and the general cleanliness are horrendous. I highly recommend connecting flights through another city instead and avoiding this disgusting place!

I always go to this airport instead of MIA if I can. It has much better prices and isn't as crowded.

Totally incompetent staff that are eager to waste your time.

Not much in the way of food choices. United Club had an amazingly helpful and friendly staffer, but the place was SOOOO small.

Nothing particularly special in terms of waiting areas, amenities, etc. But nothing awful, either.

Airport is very cold but overall all thats expected of a airport. Some food locations not open given COVID

The worse airport in world...possible is bacause most of the employees are Haitians and they ...(.is not their foult), have not enough education, ...its seem to be they are manipulated for the local political mafia...please don't use this airport...less if you have a Jetblue fly.
