Went for dinner... Good food... Nice wine list. Ate at Coast in the hotel.

The 1Pico restaurant was very delicious with great service.

Just popped in for Sunday brunch.. the food was great, and with beautiful view.

Went for tea and sweets. You're walking distance to many attractions. Shutters is very nice and the service is great. I recommend this place as a great place to dine in, or have coffee or tea.

Beautiful view, older facility. I have had nicer rooms at cheaper rates. Staff is very wonderful, they do go out of their way.

This hotel is phenomenal! We came from cleveland, drove from San diego and erica in reservations was so helpful. We ate at living room and the burger was the best!! Our room had a minor setback and they upgraded us and comped us a bottle of champagne since our dinner drink meetup with my family was delayed. The service was spectacular and we will be back in the summer and stay longer when work allows. Better than the four seasons!! The belman that helped us with our bag to next room was upbeat and great conversation. The manager here was awesome and Bernardo was very helpful when going over dining options and places to checkout. Shutters is #1 :)

A great place to see and experience the quintessential LA (at least that is what I was told by my colleague who took us there). Architecture is lovely and the restaurant service was spot on. Kudos to the Valet management team for their kindness and professionalism.

Very priced wine and burger had minimal flavor. Excellent view and salmon burger was good.

Very disappointed. I remember this place being so much better. They have really deteriorated in regards to their service.

I love the whole experience here, the people gave me everything I needed. Nice place to have meetings, personal or professional.

I did not like it at all, the people were very rude. I asked for a towel, I got one with a stain in it. I would not stay here again.

A great place for a bite and drinks. It's best to make reservations for dinner and try to get a seat by the window

Absolutely amazing stay. The attention to every detail by everyone at the hotel was great. They were able to accommodate emergency venue changes due to weather with ease. Every customer is treated as a VIP and the views are amazing.

My favorite local treat: to enjoy the sunset, sitting on the balcony at Shutters. Perfect for a glass of wine and a lite bite.

Great location right on the beach of Santa Monica. First address there! Great staff, very attentive and accommodating! If you want to spend the money, you should go here!

We can't say enough about our experience with Shutters on the Beach, so many good things to say, we don't know where to begin. We got married here last week and we cannot be happier that we did. The staff is amazing, Evan and Patricia worked beyond our expectations to answer all of our questions and ensure our day was perfect.

Beautiful casually elegant hotel. Very East Coast Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard feel. Right on the beach, excellent location. Comfortably chic.

There rooms, interior furnitures are so sweet nice design, room are clean, location its placed near a beach which makes its sightings so cool

This would have been a 3 star review, but the manager made all the difference and saved the day. Here is the problem: the food great, the service is excellent, the price is from another planet. A piece of cake for $14 + tax is too much, especially considering that the plate had no garnish around it to fill the empty space. Maybe perhaps use smaller plates to make the size appear bigger or lower the price to more like $10 and allow people to enjoy a tasty slice of cake :)

You can't go wrong with Shutters! Great staff, decor is wonderful, amazing touches and they've taken great precautions to address Covid.

Beautiful. The food was fantastic, the views spectacular. The valet was pricey considering the public's parking across the street for $5 was the same place as valet cars were parked. The view was spectacular.
