The prop are rude to the point to where you'd refuse their services

They said they had free furniture for those people who need it but it was only for people who live in their housing only after I get all the paperwork

Amazing! The help that these people can offer is unmatched. I am extremely grateful. The bonus is they do it all with a smile and are extremely understanding and easy to work with and talk to.

Very helpful and kind staff great place to get help with food, and paying bills and many other services to help you be self sufficient in society and homing and work programs offered through their social service programs

So helpful, husband doesnt work winter months, this place really helped us out

Great food pantry...first time to a pantry...tons of food-4 big boxes...lots of meat..produce...bread..milk..canned goods..fresh fruit..no judgement..nice staff...drive through now due to covid...m thru f 12 to 200. Thanks so much.

They always help out when a person is in a struggle

This place has helped me so much in my time of need. I've been struggling with bills and can barely afford to feed myself. This place has open doors, friendly faces, and no judgement. 5 stars no doubt.

Their phones are set to turn on at 9am wheather they are open or not. Theres no information on holiday hours

Im very thankful for their help... but the employees there should try and lighten up a bit and lose the attitude. Especially the security guard.

I am not really sure exactly what they do to help people with housing. I AM a US NAVY Veteran and they were supposed to be helping me get back on my feet after a long move from my home state... I am still waiting for them to call me back and tell me they can help me. It's kind of disturbing how they told me they could help me with housing and then they strung me along for about 6 weeks and then came to me and said they weren't going to be able to help Vet's anymore. I called back a couple weeks later and they had completely removed me from the rehousing list.I really need some help with the deposits and first months rent and they claim they can do that...but that's been over a month ago and I am living in a motel with my fiance because we can't afford to pay for the weekly room AND save enough money for the deposits for everything and the first months rent too. I keep hoping and praying they will call with good news and the money to back what they claim they do to help people...but it sure isn't happening very fast. We found an apartment...we need deposit money and the first months rent so we can stand back on our feet...Im not looking for a handout... but for Christ's sake we definitely need a hand up. So I really don't know what they do! except give away food through their food bank because everything I was told they can do to help me, they haven't done. ~KK~

Staff was helpful and friendly. They load you up with food. I'll go back as often as they'll let me.

The staff there seems like they are always judging you for everything that you do.

When I called them they told me they dont do rental assistance anymore. But people keep telling me to call them. So if they don't do rental assistance how come they keep coming up? Did I get lied too over the phone?

Resources for everyone needing a bit of direction. Referrals for medical, paying a bill, applications for you to Fing work, supplemental insurance and the food pantry doesn't dry up.

Nice nice people, so generous, and the pantry had eye opening desserts, fresh produce, just too much at a time when it goes and is bad already.the 12pk pop was such a treat. Kids of course enjoyed it all. If there happy, I'm happy

The staff really wasn't very friendly. I rode with a couple of friends and one asked about a certain type of vegetable & it seemed like a hassle for them to check to see if they happened to have it in the back. Hopefully, if I go back it'll be a better experience!!!

I had not been back there for a long time cuz it had nothing but bad experience this time was very nice they had his helper go along with because I am blind and help me through the whole thing get everything correct and get everything put in my bags and off I went was very good this time first time since they moved to the 24th and Leavenworth occasion I have not had good luck there is pastime I did thank you

Friendly staff, quick service. You can pick what you need. Not just handed a bag and that's it. They seem to care.

Helped a couple of people in need get a ride to solve there needs.

This is a great non profit organization helping out the community for those in need.
