TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered something weeks ago and have received no updates on it. Emailed the company twice and no response.
The phone number listed here on Google is not even them.
I'd like my $50 back for the order, but the way they say to cancel it in their FAQ doesn't even work.

Purchased several titles of released movies. Whilst they took my money at the time of order the never sent the merchandise! I was stunned to learn that they apparently place a higher priority on their founders political activism than their paying customers, which reflects on their current web page. I can only hope that the supported political extremist groups get their ordered merchandise sooner.
Shout! Factory now distributes the home entertainment rights to the Sesame Street library from Warner Home Video.
Gave it 3 stars as an average. Five stars for product, and 1 star for customer service. Gave it one star only because there was no way to give it 0 stars. Nearly impossible to speak to anyone there by phone unless you already know their name. Sent e-mails, but received no answer. It seems they're only interested in selling their products online and taking our money but have no interest in actually interacting with their customers. Seems that they're intentionally making it as hard as possible to reach them. Would be nice if they actually had a phone number where a human answers and asks us why we are calling and who we would like to talk to like some other companies do. Wish I could have written a good review, but as it stands, I would have to lie to say anything good about the way they deal with their customers.
It is a ghost company, with a false address and false registration data. Another form of theft for IRS payments.
I do enjoy browsing Shout! Factory to see what funky and unique cover artwork they come up with next. The MAD MAX cover art is one of my favorites, as are "Death Becomes Her" and "Child's Play."
Shout! Factory takes care in releasing quality, licensed product with collectible worthy packaging, which is why I give them a five-star rating.
Would give ZERO stars if possible; too bad I can't! This is a fraudulent, shady and low-brow company who sends damaged and used items as "New". Good luck resolving any issues too as even registered customers can only submit a contact form via the sites template as there's no phone number or other means provided to contact them. Responses, when you get them, are very slow and generic and the "support staff" doesn't even sign their name. That should be a clue as any company who doesn't provide a means to contact them other than form template is generally one who doesn't want or wish to add value and support their products and those who purchase them. While some of their "limited edition" stuff catches they eye I'd recommend you stay away from shout factory and not do business with them.
I love this company and their releases and have been supporting them for years. They have had a few issues due to shipping and corrupted discs but they ve been very good about remedying said issues swiftly and professionally. The people complaining about not getting a prompt response from them are incredibly biased. It s a small company, give them a little time to reply! Again- I am very happy with this company and their products and will continue supporting them in the days ahead.
Horrible customer service! I mean you can t even get someone to answer your questions!? Ok now that s ridiculous so would I recommend Shout Factory? Um no! All I wanted to ask on the phone if they knew when we might see Streets Of Gold from 1986 out on Blu-ray the same goes for the classic movie from 1986 Rad, then the classic movie The King Of The Kickboxers 1991 when will we see its release date for Blu-ray?! I m not impressed with no answers for all of those movies, I feel like The movie Industry is ignoring my generation! Not cool
Ordered a Blu-Ray from their site on 10/12 and it just now arrived. I live in KY and it took them almost a month to ship it from California. Shipping took too long. They need to hire more emps to speed up the process. Took too long to get a response when I emailed them multiple times in the past to get a status plus when you call the number on here, you can't speak to anybody unless you know who works there. I love their products, but I'll NEVER buy another one off their site. Next time I'll buy it off Amazon, eBay, or Best Buy. I can understand them taking the proper precautions in their warehouse bc of COVID, but taking almost a month to ship a single Blu-Ray is ridiculous.
They messed up and didn t send the limited lithographs that go along with my order. They then stalled until they didn t have anymore to send me. No more Shout Factory for me. So sad that corrupt capitalism has taken over Shout Factory. Mysteriously some lithographs are being sold on eBay from an account a mile away. Only thing that eBay account has sold is Shout Factory limited. Probably where my lithographs went.
Order frequently from them , they are patient and responsive with my concerns.
And also have great quality restored older horror and sci fi movies.
I enjoy a bunch of classic tv shows that they release onto DVD, like the Patty Duke Show, Barney Miller, Bob Newhart, Green Acres, etc.
