They don't get back to you when you leave several messages
Very uncaring, irresponsible Management Company.....devoid of any customer care qualities.
The company could not POSSIBLY care less about the well being of the occupants of the properties they manage. This sentence says it all. Use anyone else.
If I could give less then 1 star I would. Manager has no clue as to how to handle situations person to person. Non caring. Non compassionate and very condescending when speaking to a woman but not so much with a man.
Solid back-office services, the backbone of any management company. Audit trails and accounting are always spot on. People that have problems in working through initial communication issues will have problems with any property management company. This company goes the extra distance in bringing your community up to above standard condition.
This may be the worst company to deal with. Horrible Horrible.
I concur with all reviews posting ,"they do not get back to you" and will add they extraneously bill for fees not provided. This management company is absolutely criminal.
