We accidently left my baby's Baby Bjorn carrier, by the time we realized and called them, only being ELEVEN days later, they had already given it away to an other employee for Her child? That is Wrong, first off. Secondly, that is Disgusting. I am SO disappointed to know this has happened. On top of it all, they're making me wait until the Next day to even get it back, rather than having the employee bring it the day of. Corporate will be receiving a call from me. So upsetting. Also, when confronted about it at the store. The shift manager was so inappropriate and did not know how to handle the situation. Of course I was upset. Excuse me for you alls' mistake. At a point he walked away from me. I followed. I then asked him for his name approximately 15+ times, he just ignored me and would not respond. Finally responded and Lied about his name. When exiting the store I asked an employee if that was really his name and he said "he did not know" that he did not communicate with him. Being the guy was his manager? No sense whatsoever

I'm not speaking as a customer, I'm speaking as a mother of an employee. They are certain stores that play by their own rules, they play favorites an lie to their employees from the start. When the new store opened my daughter was one of the first that was hired. She was literally there from day one. The store manager is a young girl and this is her first store, this chick does not know what she's doing. She was robbed over an over again, I mean they were just walking out the front door with 100 dollar shoes. My daughter would come in, unload trucks, stack, tag, run the walls, set up display an all. They told her that she could go to management, she wanted that an she tried but she didn't get it. Instead she got dropped down to one day a week, for 5 hours. They literally starved her right out of a job. Real nice hub?

I purchased a pair of work boots for my son and 2 months later the heel was coming off. I've been waiting for over a week now for someone to tell me if they will replace them or refund my money. Even though they reply that someone will be getting back to me within 2-3 business days it' been 7 days. I sent pictures as requested and still have heard nothing. This is poor customer service if they can't stand by their products. Obviously the boot which cost $134.00 was poorly made. Patty

Is anybody competent enough to explain to me why my boyfriend was charged for 8 pairs of sneakers that he did not receive even though your system updated the order status as Completed? Oh and apparently your customer service agents don't answer emails either. They are clueless! I would like this issue resolved or I'm going to report your company for your lies. You're scamming people!

This is extremely misleading this company wants you to think that it's following government recommendation by allowing its employees to stay home for the 14 day period while recieving extra sick paid leave but they are not in fact all their full time employees still have to work regular hours or be forced to use their earned family pto to quarantine themselves for the safety of their family an themselves. Knowing this and seeing how they worded this to make you think they were doing the right thing is disgusting an hopefully this will shed some light on how this company really doesn't value the safety an well being of its employees or their families! Unbelievable places like this are part of the problem! Bee Truthful !

Easy fast return to store for online order. Received refund on my card before exiting the store..I liked that.....**BUT** caution to those buying sales items online. They cheated me out of some of my refund,stating that upon the return of shoes I paid $16.55 for(as shown on my receipt), that I will only get $9.55 back...ummm..ok...they claimed that there computer changed the sale items prices for my other items I got in the order, to full price now? and that my refund amount is based on that price now...are these ppl insane? Give me the amount on my receipt that I actually paid out of pocket..basically it's a way for the company to keep as much of your money as possible...BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Listen to the bad reviews, this company has a low rating for a reason. Their customer service knowledge is embarrassing, their quality, efficiency is not reliable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BUYERS BEWARE.

If I could give Shoe Carnival a Lower Rateing I would. The worst customer service I have ever received my entire life this place is a joke hopefully I will get my money back. And my shoes will actually be delivered. This is insane I can't believe that people are treated with such disrespect! I have been waiting over two months to receive one pair of shoes and paid twice for them now!

Fraudulently charged a credit card and placed an order instead of returning and refunding a pair of shoes. No within the company will take responsibility for the fraudulent charge or reimburse for travel, time, or funds withheld. Be cautious of doing business with this company.

I had bought2 pairs of baby girl boots size 5 for my twin girls. They didnt fit. I took them back Sat Oct 3rd. I was suppose to be refunded on my debit account when I stuck my chip in the reader from the same card I paid with and it still hasnt been refunded back to my account yet and its Oct 6 and I have called the store and spoke with someone name josh that said he would call me back or email me about it when he figures it out and I never recieved a call or email and I still haven't recieved my 57.33 on my bank card. I have checked with my bank and there is still no pending transactions and shoe carnival isnt trying to help me get my money back but they sure did get their shoes back. I use to love this place but now I'll never shop there again. This is where I bought my whole families shoes but yet if something doesnt fit and I take it back I cant get my refund. I bet those boots I took back are on the shelf to be sold again and I still havent even been refunded for them. This is the shoe carnival in bristol TN in tge pinnacle. I am fed up with not having my money back yet.

Buyers BEWARE!!! I will never buy from this store again. Once was enough, and I regretted buying from them online. THey sent me a pair of shoes in different sizes, and OMG getting them to send me the prepaid return label has been a nightmare --- I got in touch with maybe about 10 of their reps inlcuding a supervisor but none of them could send me a shipping label. I absolutely do not want to pay for return shipping when it was their mistake of sending me different shoe sizes! Oh god you are making me so angry!

I will never do business with this company again. I will also makes sure that none of my friends and family do either. I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter and the employee left the security tag in the shoe. When I went back in to have them remove it I was treated like a criminal. Customer service has always been something I hold very highly and this was as far away from customer service as you can get. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

Just had to run and get some insoles and run out but I stood there and waited for her to turn around and actually look at me and help me...

watched her on her cell phone inside the cabinet as I asked her if she was open she slowly turned around and stared out into the store like she didn t even see me then slowly walked up towards the register never made eye contact whatsoever stared down at the buttons rang me up that was it very unprofessional very snooty woman

Absolutely awful customer service by the Manager n...

Absolutely awful customer service by the Manager named Addy at the location on North Tarrant Pkwy. My 2 year old son got really hurt. He had blood pouring out of his mouth and all over himself and me. He was screaming at the top of his lungs for several minutes. No one came to check on us. I carried him to the front to ask why she hasn't asked if she could help us. She said she is helping her staff with another customer. She was so outrageously rude. She rolled her eyes while my son was still crying. She said she didn't know what she could do for me. I said you are supposed to offer help...to check on us...to offer an ice pack and even an incident report. She showed zero compassion. I am disgusted with her and shoe carnival. An injured child comes before a regular customer. My husband and I have several years experience in management and she should of offered to help us!

The customer service is poor it is taking over wee...

The customer service is poor it is taking over weeks for my son to receive his money back. One customer rep hung the phone up on me when I told him I will start to record our call, because of the mix stories he was giving and that I wanted proof of what he was telling me, but when I got someone on the line for second time, he was helpful
now I am on to the next step in
getting this issue resolved. We just
want the shoes or our full refund. Thank you.

I had a bad experience at Shoe Carnival
today in Springfield, MO. The staff member I approached about sandals was clearly busy doing something else and I interrupted her. My mother and I were in line for over 10 minutes. There were no other registers open, we seen 3 team members just walk by with hands in pockets. They were not busy, as we were the only ones in line waiting. I get home hours later, I live at least 47 miles from the Springfield, MO location and the security tags are on $130.00 worth of shoes. Bad customer service today indeed and I was blown off and talked down to like it was my fault the security tags were on my shoes. I will call corporate tomorrow.

I will never buy anything from these thieves again. I bought shoes on Sunday and Tuesday morning they decided to steal a double payment. I called first thing in the morning to get this straight and was put on hold for an hour. Never again.

Only because it would not let them press none. I went to buy my daughter some shoes tonight. Only the right shoes are in the bo . I asked the lady if she could try on the other shoe and tge lady said they were not supposed too. I asked again for her to try the shoe on. The lady said I dont know and walked of . Why would anyone buy a pair of shoes they can not try o . We left and went shoe shopping elsewhere.

First and last time I will order anything from this "company." If I could give zero stars I would. Please do not waste your time ordering online. I don't know if the service in store is as bad but online is horrible. My order was cancelled for absolutely no reason at all. I called twice and I was told I would have to reorder the items but they would not honor the tax free but would apply a discount to the order. This is the WORSE customer service in retail I've dealt with. The order will stay cancelled because I DO NOT trust these people. I will make sure the full amount is applied back to my card and I am contacting corporate on the poor customer service I received. Ignorance at it's best!
