I had a bad experience at Shoe Carnival

I had a bad experience at Shoe Carnival
today in Springfield, MO. The staff member I approached about sandals was clearly busy doing something else and I interrupted her. My mother and I were in line for over 10 minutes. There were no other registers open, we seen 3 team members just walk by with hands in pockets. They were not busy, as we were the only ones in line waiting. I get home hours later, I live at least 47 miles from the Springfield, MO location and the security tags are on $130.00 worth of shoes. Bad customer service today indeed and I was blown off and talked down to like it was my fault the security tags were on my shoes. I will call corporate tomorrow.
