The customer service is poor it is taking over wee...

The customer service is poor it is taking over weeks for my son to receive his money back. One customer rep hung the phone up on me when I told him I will start to record our call, because of the mix stories he was giving and that I wanted proof of what he was telling me, but when I got someone on the line for second time, he was helpful
now I am on to the next step in
getting this issue resolved. We just
want the shoes or our full refund. Thank you.
