I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location and atmosphere was fantastic. I had an amazing sleep at this hotel. Recommended.

Was at this location for drinks and appetizers at the bar. Convenient parking (free if you stay for under 8 hours) is great and makes things easy. Lobby/bar is modern and clean. Drinks are fairly priced, service is fast and the appetizers were delicious.

Attended a social function with catered buffet lunch. Staff was very good at addressing my wife's celiac disease gluten free food issue and even prepared a special dish for her l

WORST staff ive ever encountered. RUDEST receptionist begind desks. Were passive and talked down to me. STAY AWAY.

Went there to have breakfast with family who were staying for a few days. I had the continental buffet which was definitely standard and nothing special. I will say the staff was eccellent and was very accomodating to our large group of 5 adults with 6 children between ages 16 months and 12 years. I'll add that it was a weekday so there wasn't a huge staff on hand but they did a great job. Everything was clean and the restroom was nearby and pleasant.

Two of my family members and I stayed at the Sheraton Needham Hotel for two weeks while a family member was in the hospital in Boston. I can't say enough good about this hotel. The rooms are lovely and meticulously clean, and the staff members we encountered were extremely efficient and very pleasant. In particular, Allison Wright, the Front Office Manager, went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to assist us in every way possible. The restaurant staff was also very friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant dining experience. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping our room clean. An unexpected bonus was the lovely courtyard area, which was a great environment to relax in after a long day spent at the hospital visiting our family member. I highly recommend the Sheraton Needham Hotel!

I had lunch here on a quiet weekday while working nearby. The food was decent, service was good. All in all, satisfactorily boring.

Rooms are ok. Our bathroom lock was broken. Gym is tiny. The swimming pool wasn't the cleanest and I am not sure it's temperature controlled as they claim.

Great, clean and comfortable. But the 1:30 am fire alarm and having to evacuate for half an hour, makes it lose one star.

My mom stays there every time she comes to visit. If there was any hotel in that class nearby we would stop using that Sheraton. The service is slow, the junior suites range from great to very out dated. Last time the room had no TV for example. I would highly recommend the Westin is Waltham if you don't mind the drive.

The hotel was really clean and I appreciated the room service and how quickly they responded to my call. I wish that there were more lights in the room but all in all it was a great overnight stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an overnight stay.

I met up with a group to plan a charity event and we met in the bar/lounge area. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the apps and drinks we had were tasty. I heard our group leader say we may be having our next meeting here, and I won't complain at all. Location is very convenient right off the highway as well.

Stayed for One night, and had a pleasant stay. The beds and sheets were comfy. TVs have smart apps like Netflix, YouTube and hulu, which is another plus.

Nice clean room. Stayed in a suite that was very large but it was one giant room. Plenty of space but nothing between TV and bed. Didn't use any of the facilities so I can't comment.

Great conference room space. Very professional staff.

Way overpriced. Customer service is terrible. Don't expect any favors from these guys. Highly recommend the much nicer Residence Inn just down the street.

SPG Elite Members! I checked in on June 21st and Checked out June 23rd 2018. We walked into the room with blood on the blanket and sheets, we called in to get that resolved. The next day cleaning crew decided not to restock body wash. Had to call in again to get that resolved. Last day we requested a 4PM check out. The crew decided to check us out automatically even after the 4PM late check out was approved by front desk. When we arrived back at the hotel the front desk pretended we did not request a late check out and then admitted it was due to their internal procedure. They saw us walk out of the room and processed the check out. After this conversation, another manager decided to welcome himself into the room to tell us we don t belong here. We had to clarify once again the situation, and the admitted fault. My stay was unpleasant and very uncomfortable. We felt uninvited in our own room that we paid for. This is not the first SPG property I have stayed at. I am a SPG Gold customer and this has to be the worst experience in the last 5 years staying with SPG.

Slightly dated hotel with awkward bar service a d parking.

Very dated and in need of a refurbishment. Staff was friendly. I expected higher quality given the cost of the stay. The parking situation is a little awkward but not that terribly inconvenient.

Attended a work function at the Sheraton and Needham and I was very impressed with the entire layout and tidiness of what I saw of the hotel.

Stayed here a few months back, very nice place. We found a bedbug in our sheets, notified the front desk upon leaving. They told us they would follow up with our situation and never heard from them again, left multiple voicemails. Not positive if they even cleaned the room and searched for an infestation. I wonder how many other rooms were infested. Very unprofessional, will avoid this hotel chain in the future.

We have now stayed at the Sheraton Needham twice since I have appointments at the Boston Foundation for Sight. Both stays were five star. But my husband and I particularly want to praise one of your employees. Vivian, who works at the front desk, is phenomenal. Not only did she ensure we got a room with a king bed, but today, she went out of her way to find the Amazon Fire Stick hardware that we forgot and left behind in our room. She is sending it to us since we live in Western Connecticut. You are truly blessed to have such an excellent employee caring for your guests. She does it with professionalism, enthusiasm, and, most of all, compassion. Special accolades to Vivian and to the Sheraton Nedham.

Super clean hotel. Would stay again. Very comfy and relaxing. Great resturants around the area. Staff is amazingly friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Looking forward to coming back.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean, the tv wasn't an outdated model, and the room key managed to stay working throughout my stay.

I wrote a review a while back about the parking that was actually not entirely accurate. I have tried to correct the review a few times since but has not posted for some reason. Just be sure to tell them if you have a vehicle or not or you may be charged incorrectly. They made it right and overall it is indeed a great hotel!

House keeping did a great job to prep room for my arrival. As clean as it gets!!!

Booked a room for the Hotel with the reservation going through Expedia. Reservation request, 1 traditional room, 1 king size bed. My booking receipt indicated my request. However, upon arrival to the room we had two doubles, no king. A call was made to the front desk. Guest services indicated it is Expedia's problem not booking the correct room type. And, the hotel when I insisted provided me with a non-descript receipt as to what Expedia requested. Expedia indicated they did book a king. Hotel indicated they do not book a king for one night. Expedia indicates they have no records/notes indicating the hotel has king restrictions. No one will take responsibility. My perception of the hotel employee I spoke with is he tells lies. And, the same for the Expedia employee in their call-center. At this point I still have not been able to speak with a manager from the Hotel or a supervisor from Expedia.
The room air conditioner also malfunctioned. Even in the OFF position it continued to throw heat. Thermostat was set on 60 no heat/air button controlled by temp selected. Front desk provided me, at that point with where the on/off switch is. The controls on the wall unit itself are overwritten with the wall unit.

so over priced, they charge $3.00 for room temperature water.
and never gave me my Triple A discount

Rooms are in disrepair. I unplugged the iron and the entire el ctrical socket including the outlet box came out of the wall. Shower is terrible, no water pressure. This hotel needs some urgent renovations.

Great location off 128 with ample parking, and nice rooms.

Nice lil' gym, decent pool and hot tub, really cozy beds. Good smelling room, nice full-sized lobby with a bar. Breakfast is overpriced but solid.

Beautiful place. Went there for a Christmas dinner party. I didn't stay the night but the reception hall we were in was wonderful and they had amazing waiters and also amazing bartenders!! Will be sure to go again next year!

I found the rooms as expected, functional and clean. Welcoming and responsive staff, decent food, bar and room service.

Without doubt an extremely great place to stay. The hotel is accommodating, has a pool, dining area and a beautiful view around it. The staff were all friendly. I absolutely loved staying here with my friends!!!

It very nice... I was on the second floor which was under construction but hotel is big enough you dont notice it except getting on and off the elevator. Service is nice as well. Friendly and helpful. The room is an average hotel room... Dusty and normal.

No free parking, significant extra charge. No free breakfast. Poor service.

Overpriced, charged me three times, parking is $12 once you get there. The rooms are clean though.

It was very innapropriate to have the Book of Mormon in our room. This is the 21st century- books like this do not belong in a hotel room.

The hotel is fairly good. The prices are reasonable and the people are nice. The bathrooms could use more light, and the bedrooms are certainly adequate.

I went there for a meeting. The lights were so bright in the room it washed out the PowerPoint. There was no one in sight to help out. Thank goodness for the people who were running it otherwise it would have been a disaster. I think they need to have a staff member on call. Also one of the presenters almost tripped on the cords. They were tape down but very poorly.

This place is a nice hotel to stay at nice atmosphere and not only thst i work there come stay a night and enjoy a good meal either by our two good chefs or the line cooks there amazing at cooking

It is close to major roads, the rooms are nice, and the service has been great. I appreciate the 24hr work out room and will stay here again.

They charged full rate to my card instead of my employers. They keep a dumpster next to the hotel that smells absolutely aweful. Their hotel flooded and didnt send any of my information over to the new hotel like they were supposed to. The employees at the front desk have no idea what they are doing. They charged me $59.98 for no reason and it took 4 different people and 2 weeks for them to figure out why. Don't waste your time.

The door didn't close all the way without being forced shut. I booked on an employer account so when I left the manager left some treats in the room. That was super nice, but when they didn't close the door all the way when they left.

Other than that the rooms were also dated and cramped.

even with new renovation fails to keep up. Was good when i went there before in 2008, but other places opened up that are far better for extended stay nearby. (hilton and marriot). Perhaps if they lower their prices i would return. Meant for one or two nights max. Nice bar atmosphere on main floor, adjoining breakfast place is nice, large banquet hall. Secure, gym & pool is nice.. Had a bad run in with a bartender there, but complained to management and he set things right. Had he not i would NEVER have gone back.

Pretty nice. Lobby professional. Full bar on first floor. But rooms small, air conditioning loud. Also there is a problem with the sound coming from the halls from the room. Hopefully you are a heavy sleeper to get through the night as people walk and talk in the halls.

This hotel has a wonderful staff who are very helpful. They have been attentive and quite friendly. The room accommodations are also very nice. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have all the normal amenities and lots of room. The location is good for the area and the bar downstairs, though perhaps a bit expensive.
