Great place to spend the night before the MEPS testing. Highly recommended in my book.
Great place to spend the night before the MEPS testing. Highly recommended in my book.
Stylish rooms, High Tech televisions, nice big beds and pillows of different types. Service from the desk to the restaurant / bar to hotel attendant were wonderful. Recommend this place.
For the price I paid I am slightly disappointed. We visited Springfield for a show and decided to stay overnight. When we first arrived, I was told that the room we booked wasn't available (I paid extra for the waterfront view). We were upgraded to something that was a very far cry from an upgrade. Going to the room, the toilet was broken and we waited a half an hour from the first call to the front desk to find out no one actually put in a call to maintenance for our complaint. The bathroom was painfully small (the positioning of the toilet paper was ridiculous for people who stand) and there was no room to hang your towels. The shower was cold, but at least the sink had no issue with scalding someone's hand. We got 15% off food at picks and a free appetizer at mvp.pub. The food at mvp was rather cold and disgusting for something that cost us $75 including the free appetizer. The beer selection is also pretty bad, just your major national labels, nothing good. At the very least, I took sleeping pills and woke up refreshed there next morning, so they at least have that going for them. Please be aware, do NOT do the breakfast buffet if you don't have a free breakfast ticket, it is nowhere near worth the $35. You're better off going across the street and getting dunkies. Just remember that this is Springfield, and you won't get what you pay for.
Very nice lounge, comfortable beds, and delicious food.
I was there for a church program. The place was nice.
Room was spacious and clean. Especially the bathroom which was very well stocked with towels. Lighting in room was ample and the blinds could be drawn so that even at midday the room was very dark. Only think that wasnt perfect was the TV which was old and had an awful picture. Wasnt an issue though since I never spent that much time in the room. Local area was fantastic with so many options of explore and even a wonderful little dinner within walking distance called "Sweet Ideas". Hotel pool was great and the outdoor area by the pool was gorgeous.
Nicest hotel in Springfield. Staff are extremely polite and the accommodations are upscale.
Rooms are nice, the place is beautiful would stay here again
Room was clean and comfortable, but walls are very thin and no continental breakfast.
Conference room was ok, the food was great and the staff was friendly and helpful
Very comfortable & clean rooms. Mini fridge & coffee maker are a plus. There's a walkway from the hotel to the center across the street so you don't have to go outside when the weather is bad. CVS, restaurants, clothes, mass u, etc
Was greeted by some very polite staff at the front desk. Jose was a great help.
Only negative was parking. Garage was full and I was charged for parking at garage next door and by the Sheraton. Still trying to resolve the double charge.
Very nice hotel, a little bit Antiquated but very helpful staff and good amenities. Hotel restaurant is a bit slow and surrounding area is a little bit questionable at times. Overall quiet stay, a little bit of Highway noise though. Also very slow internet and cable connection if that matters to you.
Hotel is nice. Small sports bar with a few local beers on tap in addition to the typical macros. The restaurant slow roasted a nice beef short ribs, has a small selection of easily obtainable basic wines, and a selection of "12 beers on tap". Don't count on the servers to know what those 12 beers are or the difference between a pale ale and a brown ale.
Great staff and service, very dog friendly!I probably should have been warned of nighttime construction out front though.
Very spacious room, nice staff, easy to find your way around.
Love this place. Convenient location, super friendly staff, excellent wings at the pub. Have stayed before, will again.
Parking not inclued with room.18$ extra. Looks fancy but it's just like any other hotel.
Clean.. has a pool and a hottub. The parking garage is horrid.
The hotel was clean and easy to access from the parking garage. The conference rooms were easy to find and food was good. Only issue was the parking validation ticket did not work, so had to pay full price in the garage.
This hotel although most of the staff are very nice and helpful is full of bed bugs I intentionally ask for the same room I had on my previous stay where I had marked the mattress with a small pen mark in the tag and when I walked in my room I reveal that the same mattress was still there. The frontdesk manager Claudette was no help at all the young lady no older than 25 had no clue about how the procedure of bedbugs had to be taken care of. Claudette was rude and looked completely lost with more than one guest complaining about the bed bug situation. This hotel rents rooms to airlines that come from all over the country which explains the multiple bed bug issue. Besides the front desk manager Claudette the rest of the front desk went out there way to calm me and help me with the situation Jamella was the most helpful. I would advise guest to check for bugs before laying down and I advice the hotel to trow out infested mattress and furniture. Also get a manager who can handle more than one guest without losing the cool. Claudette walk away already twice while I was speaking.
Attended an event for work here. The wait staff was friendly and the space was clean and well maintained.
Attended NE PSUG at this facility. Food was very good, temperate was ok but the lack of outlets in the conference rooms is a problem. Being a tech conference and not having a way to charge my laptop was less than optimal.
It's a nice hotel in a good location. However, the lighting in the rooms are poor. The bathroom light is the worst and rather difficult to apply makeup. They also don't have any little side mirror for makeup application. It would take very little to update the bathroom needs particularly for women.
A fantastic hotel, right in the middle of downtown Springfield. I spent 4 nights here and had a great stay. This hotel is within walking distance of several really great restaurants and museums, including the new Dr. Seuss museum. I highly recommend it.
Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and points of interest. Nice ambiance, comfy beds, clean rooms and showers. What else could a person ask for when away from home?
Highly recommend!
Had an event here and the service was great, staff was friendly, would host my event here again
The lounge was decent, but even the premium fast internet was too slow to accomplish anything.
Spacious rooms however front desk service was lacking. I didnt have a restaurant menu for room service and I was told by the restaurant that front desk has a different menu. I went to front desk, they had abit of an attitude after I explained there was none in the room. They told me to contact room service. So I went back to my room, called room service, I wanted 45 mins for someone to take me a menu. After all that running around from floor to floor, my company and I went to the Indian restaurant outside on the strip which had really great service and great food.
Overall a very pleasant experience. Hotel cleanliness was about average but the room was spacious, featured a nice desk, comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. The shower is the bathroom was kind of dated and not as nice as the rest of the room. The TV was also quite dated but that's true of most hotels. Interior of the hotel features a nice open floor plan with pleasant decorations. Staff were great and very helpful even in the later hours of the night. Location was great, lots of shops, restaurants, bars to be visited. Would definitely recommend it for the price.
Great place for conferences. Good food and kind staff.
Upgraded there look to more trendy professionals and groups or conventions customer service is very helpful go over and Beyond to make sure your experience is blessful the fitness area as well very clean attentive and a great membership deals
The hotel seems updated enough and the people are friendly
Stayed here for the night before my MEPs tests. Everything was great but the food, I ordered fish and chips what I got was a slightly burnt looking and overly salty and for some reason only half of it . Other than that everything was good, the gym pool and they have a sauna near the pool.
I live in Springfield, so my husband and I were having a "stay-cation" for Valentine's day. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff was very hospitable. I would caution against using the vending machines, however. The one on my floor was out of order, had to go up 2 floors just to spend 3.00 on a warm, flat soda. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay.
I was present for a conference in the area. The lunch was alright, and the service was good, but the building does feel a bit cave like.
Conveniently located. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. Not a bad choice in Springfield
Don't even think of staying here. I am an elite member of Starwood and travel every week. This hotel is sub par in every way. Old dirty facility etc. Noisy rooms.. They screwed up my reservations, had the wrong rates and days. My room had a leaky sink faucet ( 3 calls no resolution) broken toilet seat and a leaky old rotted shower head.
Housekeeping shorted me on towels and left no shampoo etc.
They just don't have it together. I will be back to this city soon and will try the Marriott across the street or the Hilton but sadly never here again
Rooms are nice and quite. Beds are comfortable. Guy at the front desk was a little less than nice, but he was busy. Overall good place to stay. Location is good.
It was an amazing time tonight. Definitely a good place to be at I was very happy on the way I was being treated. There was a server I think his name was jovanie but he gave excellent customer service to me and my colegs tonight kept coming back to make sure we were all set. Thank you all for the amazing time.
Good service for professional event and they validate parking.
Dated but we'll kept. Colleagues on lower floors complained the highway traffic noise was unsettling.
Had one of the best nights of my life. I got to the room and everything was exactly how it should be. Staff was extremely accommodating. The lady wiring at the front desk was a smokeshow. Overall great night
Room was clean, wifi was terrible. I would not recommend starting here just because of that. Also the front desk did not seem very familiar with the local area.
Pretty standard for a Sheraton. Poor sound proofing tho.
Beautiful room recently renovated, great service. Have to pay to park is a downside and it's in a run down neighborhood.
I spent three days commuting to the Sheraton to attend the PSUG (Power school Users Group) event. Parking was simple and covered by the event. Breakfast and lunch were served by the Sheraton, the food was excellent all three days and the hotel staff was attentive and helpful! Overall my time at the Sheraton was a very pleasant experience!
Rooms are very dry and warm. Made sleeping uncomfortable, though the bed was nice.
Checkin was not on time and had to get a different room after having to wait 45mins
The lobby is beautiful and clean. The front desk was very friendly and helpful
Room size is good, appreciate the mini fridge too. Bathroom could use some updating. Onsite options for food and drinks are better than a lot of the competition. Overall I enjoy staying at Sheraton.
Wonderful modern highrise hotel. Great accomodations!
The fire alarm went on my first night of stay and it was false. Not really fun espacially if someone is traveling for a whole day and need to get some sleep
Such a beautiful hotel right in the middle of downtown Springfield, easily sound right off highway exit 7. Had a 3-day family reunion held there recently and was treated so well and accommodated. Staff is a mix of younger kids and older adults with everyone has a professional yet kind of demeanor to them. Pool is beautiful and having a built-in Pub restaurant is really cool and savy! Absolutely plan on going there again
Service was good, but bottom shelf drink prices are little bit ridiculous.
Didn't get the opportunity to stay in this place, but did attend an event at their venue. Holy piss am I absolutely stunned at how pathetic this place is. The event was delayed 30 minutes because they were late to set up. Food was absolutely terrible. Popcorn and hotdogs. For $30 dollars a plate. They couldn't even ask for consent as they bend me over. Terrible
I attended a wedding in the ballroom. The venue was beautiful and parking was easy. The bathroom was very clean. Staff was very helpful.
