Overall, a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed, nice staff, good proximity to downtown businesses.
Overall, a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed, nice staff, good proximity to downtown businesses.
Friendly staff, rooms are good size and comfortable, MVP Pub is good grub and atmosphere - shout out to Carol! - if a little overpriced. Downsides: 12th floor shower reno should expand to all floors, wifi coverage can be spotty and speeds downright terrible, and thermostats could use an upgrade (call me!). Has been great living there off and on the last several months.
Rooms were great food was excellent and i loved the gym
location was great and has great service. incredible location and very nice architecture. the pool and restaurants are high quality
The hotel is really nice inside, staff was pleasant, don't recommend the food
Went just for a quick party in the Mahogany Room. It was very nice there, the staff were helpful.aybe just a bit crowded/not enough seating.
Nice hotel love the view...Love the pool! But the breakfast is expensive and it's not all that...They should have breakfast for their hotel guests! Parking is almost 20 bucks..
Had to hang here during Stella everyone was awesome
Great accomodations. Convenient location. Quiet and clean hotel. Breakfast was awesome: loads of choices.
Comfortable, clean room. Courteous staff. Delicious food at the conference. Look forward to being here again.
The room was very clean and the staff was excellent.
I was there for a company holiday party, and the banquet room was nice. The food was good, and the service was ok. They served coffee during dinner, and after dinner, when i actually wanted a cup of coffee, they didnt have any. Our server kept coming around trying to take away half full drinks that people were not finished with even when we asked him not to. But other than that, it was a great experience!
Great hotel. Only complaint is that the wifi is a little weak.
My daughter was impressed with the accommodations for the banquet that was held in the hotel.
Nice hotel huge close to highway. Room Was nice but need to upgrade pillows to flat and uncomfortable. Also the air Was on high freezing in the lobby and resturants to cold. Staff was great .
Nice hotel in the heart of Springfield. Great staff, clean rooms. Very close to local eats and only a few blocks from the new casino. Will stay again.
Nice staff and rooms look ice but lots and lots of problems. I've stayed 4 times and had broke. Tvs, showers that thumped the walls while running, cold water broken, tvs are locked down to prevent using hdmi inputs, running toilets, hissing speakers in ceiling, stuck blinds, room inspection left so everything was all pulled out, really noisy club lounge door on third floor, broken USB charger and more. Desperately needs to be updated and extensive maintenance.
Because they take pride and passion is serving you:))))))
Great location in downtown town Springfield. Walking distance from local restaurants and shops.
Rooms could be updated a bit. Dresser was chipped badly... Other then that great Hotel!
Very comfortable accommodations. Good food at the bar, though priced as one might expect in a hotel. The staff accommodated our unusual event graciously and everything went swimmingly.
The hotel is clean and the workers are friendly and knowledgeable.
Beautiful lobby and the rooms are spacious. Location is very convenient for the city.
Although this hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are friendly in general, proceed with caution. The food is very overpriced and room service is incredibly difficult and does not get your order correct. One of the ladies at the front desk is very rude. The location is not the greatest either- you should not leave the hotel if you want to feel safe.
Friendly staff, good facility for events. All of the hotel supplied equipment worked very well.
Nice atmosphere, not enough parking the garage was full and we had to park far away & walk in the cold. Overall it was a fun event, but they could do a little better with the food, they need to get some better cooks, whenever you eat hear it is like you are eating on a air plain, you get a choice Beef, Fish, or Chicken, and all are all dried out . Everytime you go there it is always the same. I go there for a Christmas party every year, and next year I will probably be going back again, and not that I am complaining, everything was ok, but when you are paying $50.00 for a plate of food + parking I think they could make improvements, I got a meal at restaurant 99 the night before that coast me $9.99 with free parking and to be 100% honest that was a better meal then I received here tonight, so something should be done about the stamped out bland dry food they serve here, they need to higher a better chef, or get some better recipes or do something.
Came here for a business event. Event was awful. Hotel accommodations were pretty good. Food was good and plentiful. Parking was nightmarish. Nobody knew what was going on and nobody told me that the (Only!) ticket terminal was on the bottom floor of the garage. Luckily it was broken anyways and they just let everyone leave without paying. They need to get their parking plan together
Sheraton seems to be one of those hotel chains that has hit rock bottom and started digging.
I had the misfortune of staying for a couple days and the best thing I can say about it is that it was a study in mediocrity.
The food was not horrible but I have eaten better food in a military chow hall.
The room was dark as a tomb and not all of the lights worked.
It's pretty clear that Sheraton no longer even tries to hide the disdain it has for its customers.
I hope that I don't have occasion to stay in their facilities again.
Great hotel, clean rooms, nice restaurants and bar.
I was here for a 2 hour continuing education course. Parking spots were very tight for my mini van
I stayed for two nights at the Sheraton with some friends. I was greeted at the front desk by Noah, who was working the front desk by himself. His customer service was excellent and instantly made me feel welcome. However, it was clear that he needed help as he was the only one checking people in. Because of the service, I will look into staying there the next time I travel to Springfield.
Nice hotel and helpful staff. Excellent gym and lap pool. Good restaurants and bar.
This have the best complement nice costumer service mr. Jorge Soto exellent boy i proud see people like that additional that ones who lean the bedroom the name Maricela wow she is i can explain so cain respectful and funny oh. Eliumanuel Acevedo i this guy THE SHERATON THE BEST HOTEL IN SPRINGFIELD M.A. COMING AND ENJOY
Great space for the North East Natural History conference. The hotel staff have done a great job, and responded to questions about parking (and provided free passes for parking). I would love to come back for another conference.
I only interacted with some of the staff for food, but it was pleasant.
Okay location. Walking distance to MGM casino. Hotel has no valet service. Front desk not friendly. I am actually bonvoy member / ritz Carlton . This hotel is old and bedding is so so.
It's in a nice location and has a sky bridge attached to a shopping center. The room was very nice and comfortable. I took a star away because of the noise. The rooms are arranged in a circle with the middle open from the first level to the top level, so you hear everything. I put a towel at the bottom of my door and wore earplugs, and still heard all the partying.
The Sheraton was an immersive experience that left me feeling cared for and independent equally.
Great hotel, spacious and very clean, the staff was very accommodating!
Very good you lern alot its to bad that I cant take the curs
Good location, was only there for a night, however, there were plenty of food and drink choices close by. Rooms were comfortable and addiquutly appointed.
It s unfortunate that I can t review solely on the comfort and cleanliness of this room. But I was charged twice for one of the two nights spent here, left a message on the accounting voicemail as directed, and have been given no response. I ve just left a second message. This experience has negated Some of the good feeling I had about the stay. If you stay here watch your credit card statement for any unpleasant surprises!
Trying to be fair, we are all human. I called back again and spoke to the operator, asked for copies of my invoices to try disputing the charge. She was vey nice and forwarded me straight to the accounting department, where i spoke to a real person, not a machine. Apparently my account had been credited i just haven't seen the credit yet.
If you ask they re glad to email copies.
Really nice place for whatever occasion your stay is.
Did not have laundry soap to purchase so I had to leave to go buy that. Which i now have 22 pods i do not need. Because the CVS next door does not have travel size. Only to have to leave again because they do not have quarters!!!! Zero accommodation for peoples needs.
Staff is friendly and attentive. Lobby is clean. The only reason I docked a star is because the beds are very hard so it felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows are good though.
I attened a concert hosted at the symphony hall, with tge Sheraton proving after party space and rooming. The staff were friendly and handled the after party group of 100+ very well. The main entrance and upper floor areas were very nice, as well as their built in bar/pub. Only critique was the lack of food variety. Room service & their bar was fine, but that's it for food options inside the main complex.
The food was amazing. I had a steak cooked to perfection.
Nice place friendly staff. Room was clean and beds where very comfortable. Would stay there again
Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. Both firm and squishy pillows is a big plus. The bar was one of the few places open on new years eve oddly enough.
A generally pleasant hotel. I couldn't figure out how to lower the thermostat to a more comfortable temperature; I prefer to sleep at about 60 degrees, and it was set at 70 or so. The mattress was a pillow-top; if you like that, it's great, but if you prefer just a firm mattress, it's not that comfortable.
And, while in most motels a request for "green service" means that you use the same towels and sheets for the duration of your stay, at this one it means that no service is given to your room at all. We were disappointed not to have the bed made up, the trash taken out, or the coffee supplies replenished.
I would stay here again, but use the experience I just had to govern my choices.
Inexpensive, clean hotel with great views of Springfield.
Went for the 1 day, pre MEPS night as I'm joining service. Spacious rooms with wonderful beds, smells and looks clean in all rooms. I would say it is mildly luxurious.
The room was great. Clean and neat. Front desk service was good. Went to MVP bar and it was ok. Food was bland and the drink, while decent, was expensive for a house pour liquor. Would definitely stay again. Just eat somewhere else.
The rooms were good sized and staff was incredibly responsive. Great workspace set up and access to wifi for lunchtime work.
