Great gym, comfortable accommodations, delicious restaurant options. Stayed here for a wedding, and got a chance to enjoy a lot of what they had to offer.

Rude front desk staff during late night (11 PMish) check in. Two people at the desk, one doing nothing. A call comes in while I'm checking in, the person who is checking me in answers the call and has a 10 minute conversation with the caller while I'm completely ignored.

We were staying at the hotel as part of a tennis tournament. The check-in process went very well and the underground parking is okay at $18/night. The service at sports bar within the hotel was a bit slow and the table was sticky with inadequate cleaning. The Concierge floor (floor 12) had very nice rooms with great showers.

Toilet in room was broken and could hear water running maybe from room next door all night which made it impossible to sleep. Had items stolen out of lobby (not hotels failt) reported to front desk and they would not have anyone view cameras. The indoor pool was freezing but more importantly whoever was working at the pool was extremely rude and disrespectful. Have stayed many times in past and it had been tolerable which is why we return but this time was just a regrettable experience

I was on the 6 th floor and the hotel was relatively empty with a creepy vibe. The whole town and hotel reminded me of Detroit. The breakfast you had to pay for but was good.

Room service was speedy, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The place had a really good vibe, and everyone working there was very helpful! I'd definitely stay there again!

Hotel is a little dated but desks unique when walking through it

The charges for the food at the restaurant were not clear . I was not informed the eggs whites were more expensive and that bacon was an additional charge. It was outrageous to pay $17.00 for breakfast .

We went for a conference. The parking garage is terrible. The restrooms are clean and spacious enough. The food made me sick. I kinda knew it would. The conference area is nice we had to access two floors. Which worked out okay.

Being cheap with Air Conditioning the rooms could get no colder then 73 degrees Fahrenheit. They gave us a fan and even switched us rooms but the same problem. Having a hard time sleeping!

It's very clean, very nice staff, wish it had continental breakfast. Close to everything you will need.

Modern clean room with a spacious bathroom. Large open interior design. Shuttle service from hotel to nearby attractions, roughly every 15 minutes. Indoor parking available. Free strong WiFi provided.

Very nice place to stay. Breakfast restaurant is ok, but over-priced. Pub is ok but only serves pub grub - no lunch/dinner restaurant and not much around the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Springfield Massachusetts

Very nice hotel! Spacious and comfortable room. Clean bathroom linens and towels are very nice. Large open atrium in lobby open all the way to top floor. Within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, museums, and the MGM Casino.

"Off season" before the school year starts, this place is a ghost town... Just like I like it.
