Trying to be nice but the trend for hotels locking out the features of a TV so you can t plug in a external HDMI (FireStick, Chromecast, etc.) is bad for customer service and very frustrating. Will be dropping a star for any hotel I come across that does this.
Otherwise, the beds are comfy, it was relatively quiet during my stay however the blackout curtains are difficult to adjust.
Room was conformable and quiet. Meals at the hotel were average. Could not use the excerize room on the weekend because it opens at 8am which was too late.
Plain. Great reception area but rooms are no nicer than a red roof inn. Parking is $17 extra per room and bring water. Dasani is $2.95 warm in the room. Room service was great and fast.
It was a horrible stay..
The alarm was going off all night.
The elevator weren't working.
We slept in a hallway for over 3 hours.
The guy in the front desk said there was no stairs. Just was a lie..
The parking is a joke, they basically say they are not responsible for vehicles or their contents. They must have a problem if they leave a disclaimer in your room stating so. The bar drinks are crazy expensive, this isn't New York city! The rooms were ok though.

What a great hotel went to a event with my mother and some friends let me tell you we had a beautiful time lots of light very spacious the food and drinks were amazing the bar was phenomenal , great staff very nice with manners Making sure everything is ok . This nice man micheal noticed we we're having a hard time carrying some things and he put his ladder to the side to help us almost asked him to come work for my husbands business. Nice staff is what every hotel needs great job Sheraton.
Went here for a 2 night stay and it was great. The hotel and staff were clean and professional. I was there for a company training and the staff took care of everything. We had breakfast and lunch served each day. I would recommend this place
Amazing hotel me and my husband stayed for a couple nights. Beds were very comfortable , great food and drinks. Me and my husband had a great time at the bar. We did have a problem with our sink and tv so my husband called and this very nice gentleman Michael came and fixed the problem in no time. Overall the Sheraton Hotel is a great place to get away and have a little fun. we plan on going back before the summer ends and go to the MGM with family and friends.

The only reason I actually went to Sheraton's hotel was because it's where I went to stay overnight for as I waited to go to MEPS the next day. For the time I was there for though, the place was great! The interior of the hotel and lobby was absolutely stunning and the rooms were great for a family of 3-4, let alone any less. It was an amazingly gorgeous hotel with very firm, yet friendly staff. Not a 5 star hotel, but certainly one to consider visiting, no doubt.

My favorite part of my stay at a Sheraton is the thick warm comforter on the bed that rivals almost any other hotel chain. The mattresses are comfortable as well, and make for a great sleep. This fitness center has old machines, but they are in good shape and there is also a squat rack and bench with barbells.

The rooms were comfortable enough but I found it impossible to get the room cool enough to sleep well. Also the internet is incredibly slow
I used this hotel's parking garage while I attended an event at Symphony Hall. At first, it was slow going getting out of the garage, but the hotel quickly remedied this problem by sending down an extra security guard and opening the gate for all waiting customers.

It is a beautiful hotel. The rooms had damaged furniture and broken bulbs, so it was an inconvenience.
Great location for the Big E and the Equine Affaire, but the parking situation is pretty terrible. It's a tight garage and if you are driving a truck it will be hard to find a spot (I was driving an F-150). The hotel itself is nice enough, with a restaurant and a bar on-site.

I was there for MEPS, was satisfied with the entertainment for the applicants. Rooms were clean and orderly. Beds were a bit soft for my taste. Food at Picks restaurant was decent. At least the meals I had during my short stay.
One brief overnight visit, but the staff and the room were excellent.
Was given a room that was already occupied. Then had to wait quite awhile to get a new room. The security guard had to check whether or not the room was unoccupied and cleaned. Seemed disorganized.
Not sure where all of these words of praise are coming from, especially if you've ever stayed in a proper hotel. But, I'm sure it was a great spot to stay in 1994. Since then, the mattresses haven't been replaced and overall upkeep on wear and tear items within the rooms is non-existent. Here are some examples: carpet is worn out in spots, bed had a million scrapes and scratches, grout in bathroom floor was filthy. It gives the feeling that the room is dirty and unkempt. The lobby may give a positive impression, but it's all downhill from there.
Oh wait, and I forgot to mention the noise transmission! You'll hear everyone in the hall, and the parties in the adjoining rooms. Plus, as an added bonus, some banging of old pipes when your neighbor flushes their toilet.

Stayed at the Sheraton during August 2020! The hotel staff was awesome! Friendly, professional, and accommodating! The hotel was clean and modern and conveniently located. The rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of lights and outlets. I definitely recommend this hotel if your in the Springfield area! Five stars
Over all nice stay. Clean comfy bed. Friendly staff. I just wish my only option for coffee wasnt Starbucks. Not for political reasons, its just gross.

Hotel was great for an overnight stay. Everything was clean and modern.
Rooms were amazing and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept clean and I was never disturbed by noisy neighbors. The only problem was that it was on a bust street and took a while to get out of the parking lot.
After problem with the power during the stay the general manager Paul was very responsive. Happy with how he handled it and that is a sign of good management.

Good hotel. Clean and quiet. Easy to find. Parking was great. Only issue was the restaurant. We ordered a sandwich and salad and 45 minutes it still hadn't arrived. No one updated us or refilled our drinks. Ended up leaving and finding better service.

I recent attended a wedding and santa breakfast. The wedding was beautifully put together. However some of the waiters were unprofessional such as going around taking the center pieces for themselves while guests were still present. I also attended the santa breakfast. We have attended the last two years and this year was a little disappointed. Food wasnt as good and the setup up was not as pretty and classy.
We held a day-long conference. It was handled very well.
