For the price I paid I am slightly disappointed. We visited Springfield for a show and decided to stay overnight. When we first arrived, I was told that the room we booked wasn't available (I paid extra for the waterfront view). We were upgraded to something that was a very far cry from an upgrade. Going to the room, the toilet was broken and we waited a half an hour from the first call to the front desk to find out no one actually put in a call to maintenance for our complaint. The bathroom was painfully small (the positioning of the toilet paper was ridiculous for people who stand) and there was no room to hang your towels. The shower was cold, but at least the sink had no issue with scalding someone's hand. We got 15% off food at picks and a free appetizer at mvp.pub. The food at mvp was rather cold and disgusting for something that cost us $75 including the free appetizer. The beer selection is also pretty bad, just your major national labels, nothing good. At the very least, I took sleeping pills and woke up refreshed there next morning, so they at least have that going for them. Please be aware, do NOT do the breakfast buffet if you don't have a free breakfast ticket, it is nowhere near worth the $35. You're better off going across the street and getting dunkies. Just remember that this is Springfield, and you won't get what you pay for.
