Just fabulous on every level. I was very lucky. I was able to stay in this hotel while my husband was working. I took advantage of all it has to offer. The staff was outstanding! I would like to applaud Kevin from Kai (unbelievable !!! so cute !!!), Christine from the spa, Mark from Ko'Sin and Kyle from the the bar. Also loved the Mustang ride from the Koli Ranch. Enjoyed all the Christmas decorations and the Native American decor. The pool and the property was beautiful. Hope I can return for another visit. Thanks so much to everyone for making my stay so memorable.

This place is just flat out dessert beautiful. The staff are so friendly and accommodating they made our stay perfect. Beautiful pool areas compliment the river and the plush green golf course in the background. We are coming back for sure.
Wifi certificate is listed as "not secure" so my business website would not let me sign on and stay signed on. I called IT and despite their declarations that it was safe, and told me to hit "proceed" don't expect a secure business website to let you do business while signed on here. Very disappointing because i basically could not do chart work or answer patients questions on my work portal because of their stupid certificate status.
Very nice hotel. Rooms are a little dated. Carpet in hallways in need of replacement. No refrigerators, no smart TVs, but still nice. Great place for families and business ventures. Staff is very helpful.
Ok, so I see a lot of people have positive reviews about how clean the rooms are and how friendly the staff is, I would happen to agree with them. My issue, and reason I will never stay here again, is the hotel property layout, the building layout, and the fact that they gave me a key and I ended up walking into a room that already belonged to someone else. The best part is when we called the front desk they told us that room was not taken and then wouldn't listen to us when we said it was. I felt bad getting stern and annoyed with the front desk but it was obviously occupied since someone else's stuff was in there. This is where the building layout became an issue. We were already a little late to a function so when he gave us our room it was a big surprise how far of a walk it was through all these hallways and then through an ice vending room to get to metal stairs to go down a level because besides the main lobby elevator we didn't come across any others. I think they wanted to surround this lake with the building but if you're one of the last rooms like we were then it is a stupid long walk for a resort room. Look at a satellite view of this place and you'll see what I mean. They put us all the way on the far end of the north side in a wrong room when we were already running late just to have us hike back with all our bags before we got to walk some more to another room. Try making that walk twice when your lady is in heels. I didn't know she needed sneakers to get around this place. My last issue is the property layout. Another reason we were late is this hotel does not have a straight forward road to it. All the roads here are winding and loopy instead of going right up to the building. My advice is study a map before coming here. Even the main lobby is way up a hill away from the self parking area on a secluded one lane, one way road. The valet was polite and cheerful when he told me I could park down the hill and walk up the lighted path to get back up there. I should have known carrying our bags up this extended hill was just the start of our long walking for the evening. Also, when I was headed to the main building, which I didn't know where it was, a man with a vest and a lit boton pushed all traffic into this side parking lot, including me. I had to just stop all the cars behind me to ask another of them where to check in and he looked at me like I was stupid for going in there since it was obviously not where I needed to be. He had to pull these cone thingys out of the ground to let me loop through an empty section of parking lot so I could get back out and go past the first boton guy that pushed me in there to begin with. Since I had never been here before navigating all these winding roads, having parking lot issues, getting lost in hallways, going in someone else's room and just the immense amount of walking for a resort function just soured me on the whole place. With all that being said, anyone coming here can have a much better experience than I did by coming as early as possible, studying maps of the property and knowing the building layout before hand. Oh, and where sneakers. There's not much that can be done about walking into someone else's room if they do that to you but just knock first and open the door slowly with your hand over your eyes. You know, for courtesy and all that.
Kai restaurant is nothing short of phenomenal. Located in a native American themed Sheraton hotel, it has excellent food that is exploratory while remaining classy, unparalleled service, and promises a memorable experience.
Will never stay at this hotel again...woke up this morning with spyders (babies) in the sink...mold in the shower...right next to the handle...very poor ac ..woke up in a sweat ...pathetic...you would think with the 22% room service fee that everything would be top notch...this place is sad
Just got back from our Memorial Day vacation. We loved it. We literally spent 4 hours straight in the pools enjoying poolside food, waterslide, and play equipment. The staff and the service were the perfect balance of personable and professional. We look forward to staying there again.
I stayed here for a work conference and it was such a GREAT experience. Beautiful setting, great staff, good food, and a very relaxing atmosphere. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the surroundings, spa, pool, etc... We were in meetings most of the day. But if you have to be stuck somewhere, this is a great place to be! I hope my company books there again next year and I'll be sure to go early.
Kind of an interesting place. The hotel seems pretty old, but I have no idea as I'm not from the area. Room was clean and sufficient for my business trip.
Great hotel out of the way of the city, but not too far. Very serene landscape. Lots of activities. Rooms were clean, spacious, and updated. Staff was always smiling. Would definitely come back.
A great staycation during the holiday weekend to avoid the hassle of traffic. The Pimas and Maricopans were known thruout history in Az for their hospitality, this resort was built upon that attribute with stunning artwork of local artists being showcased. The rooms were roomy, quiet and beds comfy. The staff was very accommodating. There is a reason the superbowl teams of NY Giants and the NE Patriots stayed here and WON when they played in Phoenix for their respective Superbowls! Also there are great views of the Estrellas and s. mtn esp at night. We will be back!
I was there for a music event at rawhide along with many others. The staff was accommodating and they were very kind. The resort was beautiful and the room was nice and kept clean. I will definitely be staying there again
The room didn't have a fridge which was slightly disappointing and the tub was much too small, but the service was incredible and everything was clean and easily accessible.
The spa is nice but the main pool really needs work there is Construction right now at the pool and it looks like improvements are being made , however the chairs and the areas should be cleaned everyday and they are not.
I was there for a conference, so can only speak about that experience. The grounds were well maintained and generally well-suited to the surrounding landscape, though better wayfiding signage in the landscape would have helped navigate. The conference rooms were clean and nicely designed for the purpose. The catered breakfast and lunch were much better than I expected from conference catering with a varied menu and lots of options. I would attend a conference there again.
Went there for a briefing on deployment for the National Gaurd. I really can't say much as I was in only 1 room for my entire time there. But the architecture was really pretty and it's located near a shopping centre.
We just checked in last night and I have to say, for an alleged 4 Star hotel, the service and amenities are Motel 6. We came here a few years ago and it was great. This trip, from the minute we arrived, has been nothing but a mess.
After being on the road for 7 hours to get here, we were ready for a "resort" experience. Thinking would have been better off at the local Best Western with a continental breakfast...
The best think about this place is the view and the pool for the kids. However, that certainly is not sufficient to warrant a 4 Star rating or what should be an enviable position of being classified as a "resort."
I had a very nice stay here over New Year's in a 3rd floor room on the Pima wing. The room and bathroom were both spacious, so I always felt relaxed back in my room. The balcony was a nice touch during the day and imagine it would be good for mornings in warmer parts of the year. The property offers a good resort experience with pools and desert walking trails. Fountains and other water features are everywhere inside and outside for more friendly ambiance. I was thoroughly impressed by my experience with dinner at Kai and enjoyed lunches at Ko'sin and the Aji Cafe. Finally, it was conveniently located for a nice quick walk to the Rawhide Western Town nearby. I've now tried all near hotels near that event space and will be prioritizing staying at the Sheraton Grand for future events that bring me back.
Got a room for my uncle and his wife they visit it from Elko Nevada they said they love the SheratonGrant it was gorgeous and they were amazed at the great service
This is a beautiful property! The spa, fitness center, trail, rooms, restaurants, atrium, etc., are all great. We went in October 2019, and the place was pretty quiet, which was eery at times. Staff all nice except one person.
I was at the resort for a work function and overnight guest. The staff was very nice and helpful. The resort was beautiful and I would definitely return again on my own.
I liked how it felt in the middle of nowhere but was only a short trip from airport and places to eat. The meeting room was well equiped and lunch and drinks were good. I also enjoyed the themed art in the guest rooms.
The worst experience ever!!!! Please don't waste your money booking a room. Worst customer service, worst security acting tough wanting to fight with customers. My fiance book a room and the front desk manager didn't want to check us in because we were paying cash and leaving a cc for incidents. I have traveled around the world and never heard of a hotel not accepting cash. She even said she was going to cancel our reservation. Wtf!!? Another guest was also complaining about his room that smelled like sewer, then this stupid racist front desk manager says "these people", what kind of customer service is this!!! The food was disgusting I asked for a well done hamburger they gv me medium rare, my plate was changed but then my new burger had a piece of hair. I informed the server all she said was "im so sorry" but didn't offer to change my plate but it was just to disgusting to eat there. It wasn't about getting free food, I'm already paying $1000 on my reservation I expect good customer service. We were coming back from dinner to the hotel just for security to force us to go to our room. This is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard!!! Which we didn't, no one has the right to tell a guest to go to the room. Security also threaten to lock us up. I wish they would of because I would of sued the hotel!!! Plus I'm a reward member and they didn't want to accept my reward # to put on my reservation. Worst worst hotel I have ever experience and I even work hotel industry. Thank you for worst experience you gave us on our vacation. I will make sure none of my family member or friend ever book a room at your hotel. Smh and force to put a 1 star, if it was up to me I will rate this hotel a -10.
Perfect place for peace and tranquility in a semi desert atmosphere. A guide or.quick intro to the flora and fauna around the hotel will be good. The price is a bit on the high side
Great resort. Pools are nice and the slide is fun for my kids. I like that one of the pools is one of the gradual ones that you can walk into but it still only goes up to your waist. Rooms were nice and my family and I had a good time
The resort was amazing! It was our anniversary and it was a great staycation location to celebrate! The service and accomodations were great and we lived every moment of it.
Beautiful facility, very senic and peaceful. Great staff. My reason for 4 instead of 5 is that they add on a 30$/day charge for internet, tennis court, exercise room etc. All of which I didn't use. Disappointing.
Was at this resort for a company event for a few days. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Everything there in terms of rooms, meeting space, grounds, etc is fine. Nothing really great, nothing really negative. The food at the events was largely good, especially the cheesy hash browns at breakfast. The bar was understaffed (especially considering there were two large corporate events occurring) but the bartender stayed friendly despite the delays. Overall, it was fine.
great service, spacious rooms, excellent restaurants. many so-called resorts could learn how to run one here. the tiny rooms at the westin on maui comes to mind as well as the snooty stonehill tavern at the st regis monarch beach.
