The primo place to vacation. Great places, great pools, a restaurant, a food court, a grocery store, wonderful staff. Just try to avoid the owner's meetings.

Nice place but housekeeping a little lax. No real restaurant.

This was a very poor experience. The pools were dirty and their was chunks of hair floating everywhere in the kids pool. Any signs of clouds and they closed all the pools. The bar closes at 6 which is unacceptable. We didn't get housekeeping 2 times out of 5 days.

The crowd was pretty awful. The tour is a trap to get you to buy timeshare and they actually said that the Orlando resort is not the nicest resort but promised the other Sheraton villas were better if we spent $13000 over 10 years. What a joke.

Awesome resort. We stay in Orlando every year and I have several offices in the area. This place is clean and the staff is on point. You can tell they have any you to come back.

This place is amazing. The condos are spacious and clean, and there are seven pools, rec centers and dining on premesis. The only drawback is the place is huge but poorly signed and the drinks and food are expensive. We paid 10.00 for 2 ice creams I could get at Dollar store. Great location.

I have been coming here for over 30 years and have a great stay every single time. Beautiful resort and amazing staff that makes it feel like home.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and spacious. Everything was provided in the kitchen to prepare a full meal & if needed you could request a small appliance not stocked. The bed & other furniture were very comfortable and I enjoyed having the enclosed balcony where I could sit outside without worry of bug bites. I would recommend checking the smoke alarms when you first arrive. Someone removed the battery from one in the apt. We called maintenance & the battery was replaced. So I can't find any complaints to make about my stay.

What started great was ruined by poor treatment. Room is huge and very nice and clean. Very comfortable. However, last day checkout was at 10am. At 950 they came knocking on my door. I have a newborn and asked her to please start another room and we'll be out in 15-20 minutes. She said no and stood outside my door waiting for us to leave. Never has that happened to me and I'll never stay here again.

Fantastic Resort.. Always a pleasure to come and stay at the Sheraton. Rooms are always clean and have all you need for a comfortable stay.

Well decorated, spacious rooms, plenty of sleeping space, lots of amenities. We love staying here when we travel to the Orlando area.

This hotel is spectacular. special thank you to the security staff. They were extremely helpful in assisting to navigate the vast property and help me locate my villa after a long flight. And furthermore found my iPhone in the room and made sure that I got it back. And was through as could be about making sure it was returned to the right persons. I highly recommend staying here. It is glorious. My villa was very clean and I will be returning

We just arrived on the Florida for March break. It was a wonderful place to visit first thing.

Great location. Very clean rooms with lots of amenities. The internet is fast and the pool is amazing. Will definitely come back to this resort.

Week-long stay in an upstairs unit with five others. Overall, I was impressed with the room and community amenities. We went to a few Disney and Universal parks during our stay, the central location of the property made traveling to and from very convenient.

So far is good . I recommend to come to pool in the mornings around 9 or 10 because is let s crowded . Don t forget to wear your mask and keep social distance , if you want to take care of yourself and others please wear your mask , these state is not mandatory to wear mask , although here at the hotel is require but people don t care . Take care of yourself

Attempted timeshare tour scam.

I ve got to say first that we have quite a positive experience overall at first with this resort. The room is very nice and spacious for the price. Our front desk staff at check in(I can t remember her name but it sounds African) is extremely helpful and pleasant, with no attempt to sell any timeshare ownership. Logistic and location cannot be more perfect. I have taken out stars because of two reasons: First, all the downlights in our apartment were flickering. I suspected a systemic electrical issue. I have contacted the front desk, called the operator, left a note for the housekeeping, but there were no fix nor update on this matter. A week is a long time to stay with flickering lights. Second, and this is the true reason I am compelled to write this: we ve got two calls ,on days that we were resting at the resort between park days, to attend to some kind of real estate presentation and tour in exchange for money. We clearly replied that we are not interested and we ll think about it . Couple of days later I ve got a call asking if I have signed up for a tour and missed it, because there seems to be a charge on my account for missing a tour. I must thank the earnest staff who warned me about this. If a manager of Sheraton is reading this, I suggest they seriously scrutinize their real estate sales department. They seem to be practicing some form of fraudulent behavior. I am pretty sure this was not a mistake since there were two calls and we gave quite intellectually clear and polite answers to both. We do not look or sound Americans so maybe we might look like easy targets? If, in the end, I am to be charged for this, I will report this resort and all personnel involved to Florida s Consumer Protection Division, Office of Attorney General. I might be able to occasionally tolerate the grating experience of talking to an aggressive salesperson, even during my precious vacation time, but scammers are totally off-limit. It d be more than worth it to expose this kind of practice.

Update: I have checked out today and they indeed charges us $120 for the voucher. After an argument the resort seems to canceled the charge. The middle-age front staff we contacted for this, Veronica, was quite rough on us. Helped us she did, but there was absolutely no apology. Instead, she gave us her stern face and gave us a lecture, repeating that THIS IS A TIME SHARE RESORT and how we should next time be clear to the reception that we don t want any sales contacting us, as if all was our fault.

The attempted scam is unacceptable and the final extremely rude treatment sealed the deal for us with this resort.

Absolutely amazing beautiful clean we were here to drink hurricane pools R up and running within 24 hours and the entire staff was so accommodating it was unbelievable

The rooms were very nice and clean. The mattresses were very firm and quite uncomfortable. The staff were friendly but the sales pitch for ownership was very heavy.

A great hotel for families. They are two bedroom apartments with kitchen.

Two bedroom villa was very spacious. Extremely clean. Room reminds you of home. Granite tops on kitchen counter. Large living area. Love our room.

It is the fourth time we stay here and it is always a pleasure!

Enjoyed every day of our week stay. Resort offers a lot for all ages. TRAVEL time to the parks is easy. Our second trip in 2 years!

We have stayed there before. It was great! Decided to go back.My husband booked our stay, he booked the wrong date and called after he noticed it.The hotel refused to change our date and debited our account for the stay even though we did not stay there. Will never go back! Would give zero stars for customer service.

Worst staff/service ever. The rooms are nice but I would rather die than deal with anybody in the lobby.

Great place to vacation! Our family had a wonderful time.

The unit was very nice the service was great. Our bed was very uncomfortable so we contacted guest service and they came and looked at it and replaced it with a brand new bed.

Overall the place was nice and at a good location close to many amenities and the amusement parks. The room were clean and pretty new. The pools were smaller than other resort villas and requires a bit of a walk or more likely a drive to get to different pools.

Very nice pools, okay resturants, poor ticket values for parks.

Very dirty and dated. Had to call 3 out of 4 days for housekeeping to clean the room and provide clean towels.

Over rated, the worst time share I've been to. The food and drinks were way overpriced. Things that are expected to be complimentary we're not. For example, they had a smores night for the kids they charged $3.00 per kid and the pop corn was also for sale. I can understand these fees for a hotel but for a time share that we pay about $3000.00 a year it is ridiculous. The rooms were not up to par, very dated. The common areas we're nice and that was the only thing that saved the trip. We will never do a Sheridan time share again.

Be careful, old hotel, they will offer you to be a Vistana ownership, this is the biggest thing about your travels. The agreement looks good, in theory you pay a monthly fee to be entitled to be vip at their hotels and make discounted reservations, but if you ever want to cancel the cancellation fee is huge, 10 thousand dollars, or you pay the cancellation fee either keep paying the monthly fee or they will sue you. Do not do it! And preferably use another hotel as this is very old

I thought this place was great. Everything was clean and modern. It was in a good location with access to nearby stores and shopping. I would stay here again.

Place is always very clean and secure. Been coming here since I was a kid, so much to do at the resort you never even have to leave. Would recommend to any and all ages. Great place to spend your vacation!
