Sheraton Vistana Resort Reviews

Rooms are fantastic. Granite counters, large rooms, and nicely decorated. The location is also super close to Disney and just 10 min or so from Universal Studios.

From the time I checked in till we left!!!!! If we needed something from housekeeping it was brought by an Rapid truck I work for Marriott and never been to an place like this are had amazing service like I got. I definitely will be back again next year

Been visiting this property for over 30 years. Always clean and well maintained. Our family can't wait until we visit again next year.

A beautiful resort with an optimal structure, close to Disney parks.

Reservation was incorrectly dated ten days late upon arrival from airport. We waited in the lobby for over an hour before it was resolved. No compensation was offered. We were offered buffet breakfast for two daily, instead of housekeeping(not a compensatory upgrade). We are a party of four so we had to pay over $10 US each for kids. DO NOT do this! Weak buffet, no bacon, horrible sausage patties. Deadbolt on front door and sliding glass do not engage, this was not resolved by day three. Oven was full of cleaner and smelled atrocious. We have not used it as we don't want our food to taste like oven cleaner. To be fair, amenities are great. Multiple pools are awesome. However, I will not book here again. Booking on Costcotravel.ca, I was unable to upgrade disneyworld tickets. I assume this was due to some glitch. Costco travel was cheaper than a travel agent but expect to make some sacrifices.

The room was nice, it had the standard items one would expect. The wifi in the room was a pain. I could never connect. There was no shampoo in the room. :-/ The room was 205 dollars.

2 bedroom villa. No daily house keeping. Everybody was friendly. They did offer plenty of towels upon request. They will clean the room but $55 a day.
