Great resort. Clean, new furnishings. We had a great view and were close to one of the large pools but not too close. Very hospitable and were quick to answer any questions. Would definitely go back!

I've had a time share at Vistana Resort for 30 years! I've seen many changes over the years. It's my favorite place to be! It's clean, the pools are well maintained, the condos are beautiful, the restaurants have good food, and if anything goes wrong maintenance gets there quickly. Can't think of 1 complaint.
Clean and spacious rooms, great location but some of the staff weren't very friendly. We stayed for 3 weeks and the daily sales pitch and calls to the room got very annoying. The hotel bar was very expensive for what it was and the pool was closed early (this could have been due to the time that we went). We did make use of the gym which was well equipped. Don't rely on the transport to Disney, it failed to turn up for the return journey twice so we ended up getting a cab.
Rooms dirty my son got rash from bed staff not friendly only Michael at front desk and Simone in security were very nice most of their staff don't speak English. I had to change my room because of dirt dust etc.they send me to check another room and it was just as bad. Than they asked me to wait for 45 minutes for another room when I went back they told me that the room wouldn't be ready for another hour and half I was there for 2 nights and I wasted my vacation time changing rooms the cleaning staff don't bring cleaning carts they carry a little bin with 2 bottles of whatever it is and rags they don't change sheets hairs found in all the beds and old food particles under couch cushions and dining chairs. They tried to sell me time share which the price wasn't bad but I'm glad I didn't get it. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like filth. The room looks nice until you sit on couch or chairs or you turn down the bed to go to sleep and most of all no housekeeping for your vacation you have to clean your own room and you get clean towels once for the week. Would you call this a vacation when you have to clean yourself?
Location is great. We're here on a RCI vacation exchange and feel like we're getting the short end of the stick. Room is a small 1 bed, I own a Hilton unit it's much nicer. Building is right on a main road. There are certainly nicer units here but what we're in now would not entice me to buy a Sheraton time share
It was my first time staying here and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The property is not much to look at, but my villa was updated and impeccable. I'm used to staying in a Marriott and I'm pretty picky. Cleanliness is everything to me and it was up to my standards. It is a very large development featuring several pools, hot tubs, a restaurant, miniature golf, recreational centers, basketball court, playgrounds, a magic dinner show and escape room on the premises, which I think is very cool. The location is not in the center of the excitement and I like that. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. I stayed in the Springs phase in building 7 on the second floor. Note that some buildings, like the one I stayed in, do not have elevators. There is a washer/dryer combo in each villa but they do not provide any detergent.
Awesome resort. We stay in Orlando every year and I have several offices in the area. This place is clean and the staff is on point. You can tell they have any you to come back.
The resort villas are not as nice as the other resorts I have stayed at. The kitchen amenities are sub standard I.e. We broke the corkscrew with totally normal usage trying to open the first bottle of wine. The room was relatively clean, but again not quite the attention to detail I am used to.
What? Roped in to a time share meeting. I was going to be nice and sit through it until my daughter spilled her drink on me. I tried to leave 3 times and they kept hounding us. Staying away from all things Sheridan from now on.
We love coming here every year! Really great, clean rooms. Perfect for family vacation. We have a whole "apartment" to ourselfs. The staff are super nice and it's not far from all the main attractions!! Minutes!
They deserve ZERO rating not one!!! We stayed in this property twice in the last three years. In the first time, we encountered bugs/spiders in the beds. In the second time, and for the entire stay the AC wasn't working at all, and the door locks had to be changed. While there are working on changing the door locks, we had to stay in front of the door for 1 1/2 hours in 105F. If you can avoid staying in this property, please do so !!!
I booked outside of the timeshare network, through an OTA. The check-in staff was a little off-putting, no smiles and bordering on apathetic. They then hand you off to the time share appointment makers. The timeshare concierge staff were nicer than the reception staff. The room was dirty when we got to it but they came and cleaned it. Room was OK otherwise, above standard timeshare quality but not the waldorf. Check out also took a long time. No hidden fees (so far).
I ended up taking the $150 giftcard for timeshare seminar meeting offer. Unlike the rest of their process, the timeshare meeting was actually the best part. I didn't buy but they did give everything they promised and had muffins and coffee. The prices are still much cheaper on the secondary market, $3500 instead of $17000 for 44,000 points. Their presentation was good. The salesmen were good/aggressive but were not bullies and took the 1.5 hours they said they would. If I was a millionaire and didn't care about the value over time, I would have bought from them because I liked them (the timeshare sales staff). The only weird thing about them was that they always seemed to be looking at other people. Good folks otherwise.
I've been to many resort properties (Hyatt, Hilton, IHG, and SPG) over last several years, but this was the worst. I spent one week at this property and another one week at the other Vistana property across the street and both were really bad. Staffs are busy chatting each other and ignore guests as they (staffs) are the owner of the village and we are merely guests and have to thank them for being there.
After Marriott bought them, staffs do not work hard as before and simply do not really care about there jobs.
Great, brand new two-bedroom suite. Food and service at Tacky-Tiki and Zimmie's were what you can expect from any quality Starwood. No complaints here whatsoever.
The originator of Sheraton timeshare in Orlando. It's a class operation with excellent staffing. Maintenance fees are substantial, but not as costly as the Vistana Villages.
The staff at checkin was amazing!! Antonio (if I remember correctly) was as informative and friendly. The lobby was as neat and well appointed. We had two bedrooms with two baths. The duvet insert for the master bedroom looked dingy and worn. However, the towels and wash cloths all seemed new. The whirlpool in the master bedroom controls were very worn and cracked. The dish washer had dishes in it. I was not sure if that was normal or not. Overall the unit was good for the price we paid. The cleaning service was timely and respectful of our space. The food on the resort was ok. I would suggest going to one of the near by restaurants.I would go back again.
Clean, community activities available, pool stays open until 1am which I love since my first night here was almost at midnight and we were still able to enter the pool! Parking can be annoying if you arrive late but otherwise it's not horrible!
Mixed feelings after staying here for 4 nights. Was pithced by their timeshare promo when you can stay for 279 for 4 nights and plan everything just to be said ""there's no availability for your dates" (not a school break even, just midApril). It was available by regular price though. I bought 1bdr king Villa with queen sleeper for family of 4 (2 kids). However on check in, they gave us something different from what was on the pictures, really small without dinner space after you unfold DOUBLE sleeper. You virtually walk in straight to it from entrance. Upon return to lobby another agent was trying to convince us it's what we deserve and when I showed him pictures was saying "its a two bedroom... it's pictures from third party site (Booking) after I showed him same pictures from Sheraton he finally found a normal one.
After that it was quite a good stay but with some hiccups still. - No blanket for the sleeper - No refill for coffee and tea even we told that to person who called to take a feedback - No laundry supplies despite you have washer/dryer (other resorts we stayed do provide them) - Toiletries provided in VERY small amount and not restocked if you not asked a room service person
Property is quite dated, some building in better shape, some under renovation right now.
Pool looks good (we don't have time to use it) with towels provided
Marketplace is quite expensive (not a surprise), as well as some groceries nearby, plan accordingly.
We don't tried restaurants on site, pizzeria could make deliver to the room with prices okay for such kind (like medium pizza $16 or so)
3.5* I'd say in total, especially it is quite expensive (much more then Hilton suites for example) with little to justify such price imo.
staying here. But regret being an owner. Constant harassment to upgrade. Vacations are supposed to be getting away from the stress not walking into it. Anyway you get better availability and cheaper if you book on Expedia and no harassment. Lots of activities and the food is great!!! GREAT FOR FAMILIES!!
The Sheraton Vistana Resort is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. It literally feels like home away from home. From their customer service, to the perfect rooms, I give this establishment 10 stars! I highly recommend this place for your next vacation.
Enjoyed my stay here with the family around Thanksgiving. They are always selling their timeshare option but wasn t too much of a headache. Very nice room and resort options
One of the best resort with spacious room and facillities as pool ,Tennis court and sight seeing with quiet environment. One of the con ,The concierge , too slow for services.
The room they gave us was full of dust. My kids asthma started flaring up 20 minutes after getting into our room. I complained and they sent the housekeeping manager to my room who confirmed it was not livable. They're saving grace is that they upgraded me from the fountains to the lakes. The lakes which seem to be a more premium area were much better. Staff were all helpful and understanding and didn't try to argue.
Spacious units, full kitchens, dining room and living room as well. There is also a balcony and 2 full baths. The pools are pretty nice and there are tennis courts, basketball courts, scuffle board, a game room and restaurants. All on the property. It's also close to the parks and other restaurants.
Very nice, clean. The kitchen equipped with the necessary. Everything you need to rest and have a good time. I've had an excellent week. I would go back
We stay-castioned for labor day and the only issue we had was the volleyball court has no lines on it. The pool was great. The cleaning staff can't help if you left your key in the room which is a little annoying but I understand from a security standpoint. The rooms are large and has space for plenty of people.
Close to parks, Disney Springs, restaurants...and you get a condo with full kitchen and washer and dryer. Perfect for families. It is our "go to" in Orlando
