We did not see much xq. We spent a lot of time there .. Just like everything is very nice and clean !!

I had requested a 1st floor due to mobility issues. Upon check-in, they had a 2nd floor with no elevator reserved. The desk person was very nice and got it corrected quickly. They did not bring a crib I requested but I luckily brought a pack n play just in case. The room was very nice as well as the pool area.

Love, love Sheraton Vistana Villas. Everything and everyone was wonderful. The Villas are clean and large enough to even entertain in. The staff are all so friendly and wants to make sure everything is to your liking. We will be back.

Very convenient location. The rooms are very clean and typical of nice RCI Resorts. The swimming pools and activity areas are alot of fun!

Stayed here with my family and my kids did not want to leave. Everything was perfect.

I'll start with the positives - the grounds are beautiful, pools are warm and great fun for the kids. The grilling areas are kept very clean and work wonderfully. We enjoyed our time outside when we were at the resort. -The reasons there are any stars to give!
NEGATIVES - The rooms were spacious but we had problems with mold and mildew. We had to switch rooms the first night as the first room smelled terribly of mold and mildew, the next room was better but we had to take allergy meds to be able to stay there. All of our stuff, clothing, suitcases etc smelled of mildew when we got home and I've had to wash everything. The shower drain in the master wasn't working, when investigating I found chunks of food - it looks as if someone was sick in the shower and it was not properly cleaned. We found chewed up gum on the headboard, and a used water bottle under the bed - not such a clean space!
Poor service - We were first checked into a room that other guests occupied - talk about awkward. The second room we were provided smelled so bad we couldn't stay. In fact one of the staff members stated that they were not sure why they kept using the room 5-201 as people were always requesting to move. I had to move all of our stuff to each of these different rooms - no assistance was provided.
Restaurant - we ordered take out from the Breeze Bar and grill, we were told 25 minutes, it took 45-50 minutes to pick up and then the order was not accurate and food was cold, the sirloin was tough. We did not order from the restaurant again.

I just stayed here for 5 nights/6 days with 6 of us. We had a 2 bedroom villa with a sofa bed in the living room. The villa was perfect! It was very spacious, there was a jacuzzi tub in the master bath, a full kitchen with dishwasher, stove and utensils and cook ware, TV with cable in each room, and very clean. The resort itself was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very courteous and helpful when we needed it. There's multiple pools on property (one with a nice waterfall), playgrounds, a few recreation areas, multiple basketball and tennis courts, free mini golf, a mini store, a few restaurants and bars, buses to parks and they offer many free activities for kids. We are definitely going to book here again, but next time we'll spend less days in the park and enjoy the resort more. But I 100% highly suggest thos resort, especially if you're traveling with a large group.

Stayed in the Lakes portion of the resort. We had a two bedroom unit and it was clean and spacious. The pool was conveniently located. We had a nice dinner with drinks at the Tiki Hut. I would definitely recommend.

I would give this place a five star review if they actually had some restaurants and bar accommodations. The place was very clean and the room was great, but we tried to hang out at the pool a few days and the bartender was very overwhelmed. He was the only one doing drinks and food. It's unfortunate that the resort will not put more staff on and open more things because everyone was complaining about this aspect. I was there to spend money and it is a shame the resort does not accommodate this. Do not plan to eat or drink at the resort because it takes so long to get anything. You can bring your own drinks down to the pool and that is what I would recommend doing

Great place to stay for families. Great pools. Decently close to Universal and Disney. Would definitely stay again.

Love this Resort even though they try to talk you into taking a timeshare presentation when you first arrived. Plenty of pools plenty of other amenities on site as well as A well-stocked convenience store little pricey but that's what to expect right at a resort.

Nice place, we have been coming here for many years. They keep making improvements which is nice.

Fantastic place to stay/vacation. Clean, attentive staff, and quiet. Costs in the resort store are exorbitant. Few of the Outdoor grills worked. But, was fun.

Great service everyone was nice and they took us to our room and the masterbedrooms were so big and nice

Food and drink is expensive, but what isn't near Disney. Beds and pillows were awesome! You better check out on time, cause a disgusted housekeeper will be walking in on you every 5 minutes, or standing outside your door with a nasty look! Couldn't she have moved to the next room? Otherwise, nice location, property, pools, etc. I would stay again.

The place is lovely and quaint, not a 5 star but well kept. The cleaning person in this room made me re-clean this while place bc there were dead bugs inside the bowl as soon as you come in.

The low score is bc The activity center is NOT in operation for the kids to do anything creative. I don't know why they can't give you things to go or even space times out. There's not many ppl here anyway. THERE'S NOTHING TO DO HERE WITHOUT AN EXTRA CHARGE. TENNIS AND BASKETBALL COST & YOU ONLY GET AN HOUR AND THERE'S NO ONE ELSE HERE SO WHAT'S THE PROBLEM.

Very disappointing bc I planned to do things at this resort as well as visit Disney.

Huge room, clean, current furniture, several pools and restaurants.

I stayed here as a Marriott/SPG hotel guest, not an owner and nothing to do with a timeshare. From that perspective, it was a nice place to stay, an expansive property. Our room was very large, and in good condition. It was a large two bedroom suite at over 1100 sqft. It had couches, TV's, a full kitchen, and a screened in porch that overlooked a lake. There were some amenities in the kitchen, though no pots and pans. Some of the landscaping was in need of attention; there were some areas where the bushes were growing over the sidewalk so people had to walk far to one side. I went running in the morning and some dangerous areas (curbs, elevated cement areas) were painted yellow and some were not. It was inconsistent and the ramps seemed sightly unsafe with their partial markings and thin width, esp for joggers. There were definitely areas were I had to pay close attention so as not to get a sprained ankle. Fitness centers were available and in good condition. There were some barbells and ellipticals and treadmills, would have been nice for there to be more equipment like free weights and Nautilus type machines. The biggest issue I had here was staff that didn't know a lot of basic information. Whether it was hours of the fitness center, whether omelets are included in the breakfast buffet, or what gift Platinum members received I got confident yet incorrect answers all over the board for many different staffers. Check-in was an information disaster. Associates were very friendly, but their wrongness was troublesome. When I shared this with the manager, she said they were still undergoing merger pain which suggests this is a short-term issue. Saw some exotic birds as we were walking around, and that was super cool.

Great place to have a quality holiday, awesome amenities and great scenery.

Family friendly amazing atmosphere great rooms all the staff are very friendly , we had an amazing time , there is so much to do at the resort it's a vacation of it's own. Minutes away from all the big parks and shopping !

Such a beautiful resort! The villas are spacious and have wonderful amenities. The grounds have so much to do for children and adults! I loved it so much that I became an owner!

A nice, clean and comfortable place to stay when you are visiting Disney. We had a two bedroom suite and it was comfortable and pleasant. Decent swimming pools on the property. They give you the option to skip the room service for breakfast for two. The breakfast is nothing special. Also, be ready to be made a pitch on their timeshare.

My credit card was charged in May and I have emailed mgmt twice asking for a credit for an upcoming stay. You already took my money so please stop ignoring me.

Very clean, friendly staff, spacious and CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

I really do love coming to the condo with our parents. It's so beautifully kept. Their groundskeepers, maids and concierge services should be very proud of themselves. Though it is in the heart of Orlando, it still has the allure and privacy that you would want at a Resort. My only complaint are how they are always pitching something "newer" or "better". Be it an upgrade to our services, or an updated system in which all of the things you already pay for, are allowed to be cashed in for points. If this were to become less aggressive, considering the amount of money paid yearly on this resort, I'd be happy to change this rating to a Five Star.

Went on 1 week time share here. Very family friendly resort. Resort was clean and spacious. Offered the option to choose free breakfast daily for the week instead of housekeeping. Thought that was fantastic! Lots of pools around the resort. Only went to 2 of the pools and both were great! Only complaint is the wifi. Lots of dead zones in the wifi.

Resort was situated in an ideal area. Close to all attractions.

Although the water was out when me and the girlfriend went they still made it accommodating. Even brought an extra bed to our room so the fam could sleep comfortably

Staying here now. So far so good. Nice place, staff are very friendly and accommodating. But starting to get tired of the constant offers. No, I'm not interested in a time share...

My home away from home. Amazing pools and lots of activities for all ages.

The resort is great, excellent maintenance and facilities. But do not let them force you to commit to an owner update (i.e.sales tactic). The make you sign up for a 75 minute update meeting. When we would not spend $41,000 today, they brought in a 2nd salesperson. Still no sale after 100 minutes, they turn you over to a 3rd salesperson, who asked you the same questions for the third time, coming up on 120 minutes! So it's not checking you out, it's an old used car sales tactic, I informed them to stop wasting our vacation time as we were 45 minutes past our 75 minute commitment! So the snotty salesman told me I was rude for not letting him do his job!!! They should all go back to the used car business!!!

The accommodations we're great. Price was very good. Place is big has a lot to do

For the price the property is pretty nice. I wss upgraded at the front for reasons I didn't complain about and the staff have all been helpful when necessary.

This place is amazing..they cater to your every need. We went swimming in 3 different pools at 2 different resorts..within the complex...I needed an ironing board they brought it right over, our keys stopped working they fixed that too..every one I have talked to is very courtious, I forgot my pen needles for my medicine they suggested some places that I could buy some that were not so expensive..I would come back to this place every time I come back to Orlando..

This is a huge resort. Best to come with a car, just to get around the 160+ acres. They also have shuttles but sometimes you have to wait quite a while for them. 7 pools! All outdoors. But the weather is great, end of September, so you want to be outside. If you have kids and bring your own floats, the activity center at Super Pool will only inflate them for you if they are clear. Some wacky story about a kid drowning but honestly don't understand how that makes a difference. There are no life guards so don't bring kids if you aren't planning on watching them in the pool! Good eats at bar at Super Pool.

When we arrived, the stove was not working and neither were the Bose speakers, but we called the front desk and our problems were fixed incredibly quickly by a friendly employee. The rooms are also very nice

It was the hotel with the best location of all of my Orlando lodging, with ample and comfortable facilities. However, it was the weakest in terms of kitchen accessories to prepare meals in the house itself. Either way, the location factor made up for it. Although previously a few days earlier, I was staying in a rented house through AirBnb and it was a great experience that was well worth it and made me rethink the issue of lodging in the upcoming trips.
But I would highly recommend the Sheraton Vistana, certainly.

Excellent large place, comfortable and beautiful, comfortable and super well equipped vilas

Beautiful resort, with friendly staff and great activities. Stayed for 2 weeks and has everything you need. There s restaurants, bars, a shop and swimming pools. Towels can be rented for free at the pool which was handy. Apartment was spacious and had a lovely view of the lake. Great location as near the Disney parks and about 15 min drive to universal studios. Would stay here again.

A real home, great choice for groups over 4 people, full kitchen, large rooms, good infra-leisure in the hotel itself and variety of food around the hotel. This hotel is 5 minutes from the Premium Outlet.

This place scams people into buying Timeshare and when you sign the papers their not friendly and not helpful after you sign the paperwork. Stay away from them especially The ones that sell it to you and lie and don t fill you in with nightmare FEES for everything don t let them fool you with a gift card or free nights trust me it s a SCAM. Shame on Susan for lying to us about the fees and showing us travel pictures to make it look good like it was cheap but she doesn t tell you the hundreds off dollars you have to pay of fees and taxes and they give you nothing in return NOTHING, shame on you SUSAN ORSINI.

Wonderful family oriented resort. Rooms are cozy. Resort is full of activities.

Took the family there for a weekend vacation. Property was nice and so was the front desk reception. It appears that rooms are under renovation, so therefore there are areas that make it a little cumbersome to travel through parking lot area. They offer a wide variety of activities, have numerous restaurant, and various restaurant.

I have only one major issue with the property. On last night, I called and requested ice, due to me not activating my ice maker in my room. We waited approximately 20 minutes and did it did not come at all, so we left to go to the pool. We returned 3 hours later to find 2 bags of ice placed on the counter where ALL of our valuables were to include, but not limited to: wallets, cell phone, and various other important documents. The plastic bag obviously did not hold the melting ice and the water went all over the counter soaking everything. I guess the individual that dropped it off was to lazy to place it in the freezer, 2 feet away.

Overall, I really did enjoy the property, but the ice ordeal definitely knocked it down on my book. Luckily after placing it in rice, we were able to salvage the phone. I would stay at this property again.

Very nice resort that is worth the money. Rooms available for families unlike other resorts. Housekeeping vehicle is quicker than others. Only issue is that you cannot get role-away beds to apartments above ground floor rooms.

Went for a presentation and they kept us so late we missed our other activities. We will be emailing corporate to file a formal complaint

Love Vistana Resort! Stayed 2 nights with my father and my daughter while we did a few days at Disney.

We had a two-bedroom unit which was a ton of space. Kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony, and plenty of sleeping space. Really great for a family or anyone traveling with kids.

The resort is huge, and there are various phases you can be assigned to. Everything looked to be in great shape. The staff during check in at night was a bit rough, seemingly upset about something. But everyone else was friendly and accommodating.

Will definitely be back!

Great pools, great service. The rooms are great, full kitchens with all the tools needed to cook.

Love coming here. So much fun, there are several pools and they are all clean and beautiful. The villas are comfortable and spacious. Very pretty. So much for kids to do here. Checking in is easy and fast. People who work here are very friendly. We just love this place.

Excellent facilities! The room was so clean and well kept. Property was quiet and relaxing. The bartenders at Zimmies are awesome! They were friendly and very attentive. Definitely staying here again.

Wonderful spring for holidays in Orlando !!! They are 2 or 3 bedroom apartments, which is cheaper than a hotel room .... I loved it !!! with several swimming pools, entertainment services, close to all Disney parks! !!! comfort and privacy ... We repeat !!!!!
