Well appointed rooms, nice restaurants and amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Owner at this timeshare and have enjoyed staying here with family and friends over the years. I recently had just as much fun going there on a delivery for our business! Delivering baby items and fun for a family coming to stay.

Stay in January of this year and the place was great. Lots of amenities, clean, safe for this kids everything is gated. Going back next year.

Nicely done large resort that gives everyone a sense of space and privacy.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. I was able to find and utilize everything I needed. I hope to return here every year now that I have retired.

I had a breaker fuse go out, I called the main office and told them about my situation, and in less than two minutes , there was some one fixing it. The maintenance man spoke perfectly good English...usa

Beautiful villas located in the heart of Orlando close to all attractions.

Check in Sent us to VIP , VIP escorted us back to check in , embarrassing, the check in guy was in a trance , , he was not sure if our car park tags were good , stress , for easy stuff , bldg 26 , fifth floor , park at the villa , no one at the front to answer easy questions , the shuttle / bell services were nowhere to be found , with a straight face I told the that children I was going to get the car , to repack the luggage we had to drive to the building which had two sets of numbers 26/7150 , this was a little puzzling for first time users .
All easy stuff . The staff assumes that the guest already know how to use the premises .

The hotel was beautiful. The pools were kind of warm but I liked that there were a few of them so there was always one nearby. The staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Huge complex/ resort with several pools and activities. Family enjoyed putt putt golf for a fee. Condo was roomy with a comfortable kitchen and living room. We did get our exercise going up and down the stairs to our third floor condo(definitely would not recommend for someone with medical issues). Loved the kids pool and park separate from main pool area.

Stay was ok but double charged for stay, once before checking in and again at check out. I called the hotel and was told I would be credited within 48 hours. It's now been 10 days and still not credit. Customer service explained that it could take up to 3 weeks to receive my credit. Unexceptionable that a credit would take up to 3 weeks. Spent too much time on the phone with customer service and I'm a Premiums Elite member.

It is 10 points. The hotel and the environment. Walking trails Artificial lakes. Ducks. Squirrels Grills for roast. Swimming pools. Gyms Restaurant. Mini Market Transfers to the parks. Excellent location.

Nice room, clean, comfy bed, only stayed a night but could have stayed much longer.

Short stay. Nice room and the staff was very helpful.

Convenient to both Disney and Universal theme parks. Our room could use a bit of updating.

Staying in the Fountains for a week. Not as nice and big as the Google pictures showed. We had to change rooms as soon as they put us in one because it was half way cleaned. Toothpaste site on mirror from previously vacationers, stains on carpet and curtain and couch. So we moved to different building. This unit was about the same but we didnt want to keep moving. There was a shower cap left behind door. Rust on dishwasher and dishwasher isn't even screwed in under countertop. Tons of dust on vents. For being a 4.9 resort I had higher expectations. Soda has the tiki bar is free all day after you buy the first one. No one told us that until close to the end of the trip. Had a bad experience at Zimmers with our food. Bug buried in the nachos and keep messing up our orders. Our waiter was great and did good at damage control. It wasn't his fault for what the cooks were doing in the back.

Beautiful, restful, well-appointed units on well maintained grounds. Near Disney parks and local shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Its like home away from home. We stayed at the 2 BR/2 bathroom villa w/ full kitchen. Clean and comfortable. So close to Disney, airport, an almost an hour drive to Kennedy space center. This is our to go place everytime we are in Orlando. Very nice place for family to stay.

We've stayed here before. The villas are really nice, plenty of pools to choose from. If you wanted to, you could almost. Not leave the resort for your entire vacation. Lots of fun to be had,

I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with my family, total of 7 people. Roomy and the beds were very comfy! There is a little screened in balcony with a table and chairs. The pool was a bit of a walk from my unit since there is no real direct way to walk through the buildings, you have to walk around. Pool area was nice, you have to walk through a rec center to get there. They provided towels. The restaurant at the resort delivers, but it is expensive. Unfortunately, you cannot order in from other places via delivery because they can't get in the gate, so I recommend taking advantage of the well appointed kitchen in the unit to make food and save some $. Also, if you forget anything like condiments, aluminum foil, saran wrap, or ponchos, etc. there is a dollar tree in the shopping center across the street!! Don't go to the market on the resort . It's nice, but very expensive. Overall, it was a very nice stay and convenient location to get to Disney parks.

Love the super pool great place for family's and kids

Spacious rooms and great service. The staff is extremely helpful. The room was located across from the Recreation Center but you didn't hear noise.

The resort is bigger than i expected. Not the same coziness as Vistana Villages. The villa was not properly prepared for new guests. So far a slightly above average experience.

Property was nice, but shuttles took very long to arrive to get you around.

I have travelled to many places and many amazing hotels and resorts.
But this resort.............hands down.... The Best!

Just don't get confused with this and other Sheraton. My Uber driver went crazy because of two different Sheratons.

Room was great. Pools were great. Kids loved the basketball courts.

Place has plenty to do for families. Employees are extremely friendly and professional. Close to all Disney Parks and Universal. Highly recommend .

Resort owner for over 38 years, now owned by the marriott resort group different from last time . Resort is beautiful, staff friendly, sercurity a bit over the top... to us they were. But for the most I loved everything.. great job housekeeping!!!!!!

I loved this place. They have many swimming pools which are open late at night. The calm but fun atmosphere. The room was clean. The room had everything, fully equipped with everything to cook. My room also had a washer and dryer. The air conditioner cooled very well. Fully recommended.

This is only my second night here. We're here for a week so still lots to review but my initial response to this place is it's really beautiful! Full kitchen area with lots of pots, pans, plates, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee machine. Everything you may need to Cook with is here (besides the food of course) or you can visit the restaurants which we've yet to try but most certainly will. There are so many pools and activities for people to do here. We've gone to 2 of the pools here already. There's tennis, somewhere to get a massage, an activity center, a little market place with a small grocery aisle, basketball court, volleyball, a gym, bike rentals and more. Lots of restaurants near by, a walmart is close by also. Staff have been really friendly and helpful. After coming here our initial thoughts are when we come to Florida again. Sheraton Vista Resort Villas is most certainly the place we'll stay at again. Those are our initial thoughts being here 3 days and 2 nights.

The campus is very confusing, but otherwise the ribs and service are amazing.

Great place to stay while doing Disney and Universal Studios

Very clean and nice. The unit we have seems freshly redone. The pool area is very nice and fun, with attached playgrounds. The gated community aspect is kinda nice and the on premises food we've had is good and reasonably priced.

They have been very acomadting to my whole Family. Thanks to Them our vacation was exceptional experience.

Parking has been terrible outside our condo. Have had to park next to the condo nextdoor.

Seems real nice, but buy your own beer... $7 Buds is a little ridiculous.
