Sheraton Vistana Resort Review

It's a nice resort. But every time we book a condo we get bounced around A LOT! ROOMS AREN'T CLEAN, mold in even the newest units. Location is fabulous!! There's ALWAYS something to do at the resort. Customer service is wonderful!! The market place is such a fun little spot and affordable!

Nice resort. They have many nice pools for both kids and adults. Don't waste your time attending timeshare presentation to get discount on ticket prices. The VIP price they claimed is actually online price you could get yourself or from Groupon.

Super clean and secure time share resort, heated large pool for kids on cool Orlando nights. Very convenient to Disney World, local restaurants, and stores in resort area. Of course, they want you to buy a timeshare, but you can decline and enjoy the resort and amenities just like a hotel.

We got here on Tuesday and we were renting another place and we had a really bad airbnb the place was bad and my daughter found this villa and the people were Amazing they helped us and a very safe everyone was nice and helpful I would rent from here again.

Access to Disney parks however if you want to stay by the pool and cook your own meal then this is the place for you.

7 pools great service and close to tons of restaurants and stores

Well maintained and updated units The grounds and pools are clean and well maintained. The resort is close to all major parks and amenities, including the airport. The restaurant and supplied entertainment was excellent. Don't hesitate to book here. You will be impressed

Great location with comfortable well appointed rooms.

Resort was lovely but I somehow got roped into a sales presentation which ruined my vacation completely. The pressure was over the top and I was made to feel very ashamed and very guilty for not buying - with the two sales agents actually trying to serve up tears at my bad decision. After I had said no ten times, that should have been enough, but not a chance. They held me for 2.5 hrs and then had to have a customer service agent 'sign me out' after I finally was getting mad. Plus the gift card I got in return was only available in the USA- something they didn't bother to explain. At checkout, I was offered a deal to come back for $199 within a yr, but only if I paid up front, and again not sharing the fine print which said, I would have to sit through another sales presentation. I did not take it.

I also had issues with the check in/out people. I was waiting in line with a simple question, and two other people butted in front of me saying they just had a quick question. The agent took them and apologized to me - which meant she saw them push me aside. Unimpressive especially when I have a disability and issues with standing.

While the facilities were first rate, I will never return.

Convenient location, clean, super friendly staff. Wings were great and the burger was the best I ve ever had at a restaurant. Price was fair. We ll be back for sure

My family and I vacation in July this year. We did a time share presentation, we have a $20.00 deposit, in which was suppose to be refunded. Three weeks later, we still have not received our $20 dollars back. When I call and ask about the refund they give me the run around. Never do the time share if you have to put money down, you will get your money back. Very deceiving and unprofessional.

This is not a convenient hotel design for a business trip utilizing a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft. In order for Lyft to pickup they must go through a guard gate and be granted permission to enter. This is great security and wonderful for a family staying there but I used Uber several times a day. My room was in building 11 and was a 5 minute walk outdoors. Fortunately it was great Florida weather and was never caught in the rain. Uber picks you up at the lobby so each trip required a unwanted walk to the lobby, Other than that the room is great and clean.

This hotel like a dream and has everything you need. i recommended for fun and summer. Also, breakfast is not free.

Definitely one of the nicest places to stay outside of Disney. It's super close to the parks take about 5-10 min to get to Disney parks. We had an end room with a mini kitchen and two room. A master bedroom (had a jacuzzi) and a 2nd room with two full sized beds in it. 2 bathrooms as well. They have 7 pool some are open till 1am other 10pm. Few are heated. They do pool games for kids & adults. They have bingo at one of the pools too. Very clean room. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Next trip to Disney I'll definitely stay here again. Just all around a great stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful place, exceptional cleanliness, excellent staff

Villas are nice and neat, was good for a family of 5. Was very confusing first time to check in, with multiple close locations with similar names. Rooms can be a bit smelly and humid until you get used to it. Double bedroom had poor electrical wiring, wasn't even setup with ports not even working.

Awesome hotel resort. My family favorite in Orlando.

Huge resort with pools, basketball nets in different villages, clean room with kitchen and all essentials needed.

Nice room and facilities. Fairly close to all the attractions. Enjoyed it.

Very enjoyable experience, with many activities around the facilities. The staff was very helpful and got us anything we needed.

We had a couple of issues but they were very willing to fix them.

Great place and super huge. Great for families or long stays. Make sure you go to welcome center to check in as there are a couple other entrances that will just make you turn around.

3 times in a row we had horrible service at both of there orlando locations.There isea of resolve is resort credit and discounted return stays.Our first rooms had bugs all over our towels and face clothes.They were coming out of the bath tub.They sent engineering who poured something down the
Tub drain but it got worse.They called
Outside exterminators to resolve issue..Customer service was good but why would we buy with this experience.6 months later we gave the i-drive location a shot.We check almost 1am.The room was very dated,mildew smelling,dirty sheets,hair on rhe bed and tub.At 8am I complained and again I got resort credit and a new room.The new room was amazing!!!!It had updated everything.They attempt to make us owners again but I just couldn t so we bought an explorer package to try and give them another chance...We return im december and when we arrive they check us in to that same old dated
Building we had and guess what??When we finally got to the room the keys didnt work.(true story)We spent 10 minutes standing outside waiting for engineering to come only to find out there keys didnt work either.Somebody was checked into the room already..smh..30 minutes later we get into one of there dated rooms and turn on the lights and there were roaches in the sink..The garbage disposal had food caked up all inside it...Nasty!!!Also has blood on the floor..Now please understand my explorer package was 70 bucks higher a night them for me
To just book online..I am clueless here..Not to mention nobody could tell me what package ingot because it was high and we got no points..After staying in this room for 7 hours we move out and I speak to management..He gave me a 50
Buck resort credit!!! Lmbo -u can get a sandwich and a few cokes for 50 bucks...Anywho they move us back to the nice rooms..Bow let be honest..When i book at Sheraton i expect Sheraton quality..If i wanted motel quality id book there..We pay big money here!!! I expect great results...Their resolve this time was resort credit and two nights back tontry and make it up..For everyone booking here understand that owners are getting the best rooms.This reaort has alot of dated rooms that just dont say Sheraton..While i finally got a new room that was nice I shouldnt of had to go through all this nonsense with my family..I will not be back!!I spend thousands in florida every year and will not be sold a bmw with a yugo engine...

Furniture was very old cooking utensils were ridiculous, Smalle beat up frying Pan Ovendoor was ready to fall off,

Beautiful resort with very friendly, efficient staff. The rooms and grounds are very well cared for.

Was a great time and the resort treated us great when we were unable to get home due to the east coast hurricane.

This hotel is like home away from home. Rooms are cozy and well designed. They have 7 pools all over the property, multiple play centers, and food places. You can stay there the whole vacation and enjoy every second if it.

Huge rooms, nice facilities, well-maintained place. Close to DisneyWorld and Universal. We were offered $80 to attend a time share presentation. Decided to return the money as we don't have enough time.

The staff were great and the facilities were clean. The rooms looked like it needed some updating. The numbers do not make sense. It doesn't follow orders so you are left wandering to find your room.

We've been going for years and we LOVE IT! Cant beat the pricing and space you get here! I'd DEFINITELY recommend it for those with big families or larger groups.

Very nice rooms with full kitchens and all the comforts of home. The resort had all the amenities you could ask for. We loved the pools. This is one of our favorite places to stay for a Disney trip. It is just minutes from all of the parks.

This was one of our family s favorite places we have gone. The resort has so much to do. Every employee here was awesome. The kids loved the pools. The restaurants on the property all had awesome food. This resort could be in the middle of nowhere and it would be an awesome get away. My kids had fun at universal, but every night wanted to go back to the condo to swim in the pools. This place was awesome, we will definitely go back. The location is perfect for vacation trips to Disney, Sea World, and Universal.

Great place to stay for families. Big, clean, up to date rooms. Big property and 5 mins to Disney. Uber car ride $5.00 from the property. We walked to other restaurants if we did not want to eat on the property

This place should be shut down. 0 covid protocols set in place for other guests. Pool is overcrowded to the point people are laying on the ground on towels instead of having chairs spaced out. No mask enforcement at all

We are Owners and each visit is always pleasant. We invited our friends (couple) celebrating 2 yr anniversary and they found stuff to do every single day on the resort. Sadly they are star wars or star trek fans (clearly i am not) & there was a viewing at one of the pools but it was the day they were leaving so they missed it. We ALL had a Wonderful time.. and my phones sd card decided it was going to brake (ultimately) so no pics to share. Just have or had our yellow bands as a keepsake...i need another vacation!

The villas are nice, they are very roomy and provide all the amenities one needs for a 5 day stay. However, the villas have no elevators, which may be a problem if you are at the ones on top and carrying lots of stuff. They are located on international Dr, which is a pretty good location, near all major attractions and parks. Restaurants inside can be pricey and not as great.

We've stayed here on a RCI timeshare exchange. It was a blast. We were on of the 2 bedroom villas. 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids. Lots of space, everything you need for a confortable stay: great confortable beds, powerful showers, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cook top, electric oven, microwave and a big refrigerator and so on.

In the hotel you'll find pools, gym, snack bar, restaurant and even a convenience store.

It's close (15-20 mins) to Disney parks. Not far from universal ones (25 mins). You'll find a Walmart, Dollar Tree, gas stations, a liquor store, Walgreens and several stuff... Just Google what you need using Sheraton's free Wi-Fi (for guests).

Very nice timeshare to stay at. No required telemarketer presentation, the rooms are big and can fully support families, and the area is beautiful. The resort is also in close distance to Walt Disney World and the international airport. A marketplace, escape room, and restaurant grill are fully offered on property too! I'd say that this is an amazing place to stay for a vacation.

Not a typical hotel. Part of a resort. Spacious, luxurious rooms. Clean and safe premises. Lots of activities even if you're not making the very short trip to Disney World.

Beautiful suite. No extra frills but had all amenities.

Needs improvements. The one bedroom unit we had was cramped

Amazing. Staff was very attentive and nice. I can't speak for the guest that patronized this place but the resort and staff was excellent

Nothing too special but it's nice to have a washer and dryer in the room. Had to fix the toilet myself (hose keeps getting disconnected) and wipe the TV screen so the smears were gone.

Really friendly and good value, but feels a little outdated

The hotel is nice .. the cleaning service is not very efficient in terms of hours ..
