Sheraton Vistana Resort Reviews

Rooms very spacious, and some employees were courteous. However they do not allow pizza deliveries to your room (They did not inform us of this), you have to go to the gate to pick it up.

There is so much to do here. I love the location, close to the theme parks. Staff is very helpful. I our only complaint is the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors. This is mostly due to the fact that they have the option to be conjoining rooms.its not a huge deal except our neighbors toilet when it flushed was very loud.

Super comfortable! Nice rooms, super complete. What would it improve? The cleaning of the rooms, they left impeccable the first 2 days, the rest of the days they only tended the beds.

Great hotel, super comfortable and spacious. The room smells a bit uncomfortable, but nothing we did not get used to. Major attractions are not included in the resort's daily rate

Would have given a much higher rating but the Wi-Fi here is unbelievably slow it's like having no internet so frustrating to have to deal with this for a week

There aren't words to describe how this wonderful and beautiful resort saved our family's vacation in Orlando this past New Year. This resort by any measure is MASSIVE and has every amenity (on site escape room, mini water park and a mini golf course) so there's really no need to leave the property. The rooms are massive - our party of five had their two bedroom suites) complete with washer/dryer, full kitchen and a Jacuzzi in the Master bath was exactly the comforting space our family needed. It is also located just minutes from Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios of which Sheraton offers HUGE discounts off regular ticket prices. (Get the light saber!!) Warning: This requires attendance to a timeshare promotion presentation, but having attended many of these types of "hard sells" previously, I must say, this by far was the most pleasant, non threatening and cordial presentations I have ever attended. My sister and I seriously considered the offer, and due to the fact that we most definitely will return next year, just might accept it next time. On a more personal note: When our mother unexpectedly was rushed to the emergency room and was admitted to a local hospital, Sheraton Vista staff was quick to not only extend our stay during her treatment, but was able to ensure we didn't have to move to another unit. They followed up with ensuring our unit was well stocked and the housekeeping staff really out did themselves, making our stay worry free. Thank you to everyone at Sheraton Vistana, we will be back!

Been going here for 30 years and just love it. My children, who are now adults, also love it.

Villas with spacious room, good cleanliness but somewhat poor in decor.
They force guests to offer time sharing with cheaper park ticket offerings, a deplorable situation.
We do not really like this part.

Between the check in and check out process, our stay was great! We had issues both checking in and checking out.

The resort is very lovely as far as the look of the resort BUT the Room was not clean at all. There was urine all over the toilet. The house keeping supervisors had to come clean the room. Every time I requested something , no one never came. They rush you out of the room at check out time. And they never tried to compensate me for all of their mistakes. I will never stay there again.

Very responsive guest service. Made everything right after a mistake was made. I will be coming here again for another vacation.

We are owners here and have been for over 16 years and still enjoy the resort. it is safe, clean, well maintained and the beds are super comfortable.

Decently large rooms, clean, and comfortable. Resort grounds are well kept and clean. Not to pushy on the timeshare or membership sales. Only problem is walls and windows aren't very soundproof. Traffic is extremely loud and the washing machine rattles very badly.

The Fountains. We stayed here for 7 days and 6 nights. Very spacious. Two large bedrooms with two bathrooms and two separate sinks in the master. This was a big plus since there were three of us. The dining room, full kitchen, living room and screened patio were great ammenities to have. There was also a pullout sofa, a bose sound system and a washer and dryer. The grounds were well kept and the pools were nice. Be sure to go have fun at the escape room which is full of surprises. Great family fun. We would definitely visit here again.

Nice rooms and close to the parks. Avoid the on premise breakfast and any sales presentation . It is not worth the incentives they offer you to be listen for 90 minutes.

I've been visiting the Sheraton vistana for years and it has gotten better an better every year now I just found out they have just finalized there merger with Marriott I diddent think it could get any better incredible

Very good place to spend family vacations in the city of Orlando, very well located and with many amenitis. We had recurring problems with the cards to enter the room.

I love this place, i can not rate it highly enough, this was our 3rd visit. It is central to everything, has pools, gyms, eateries, shop, good security, we were offered free breakfast if we did not have a daily maid. So that saved us quite a bit of money. We were able to cook and eat in if we wanted, has washing machine and dryer so all holiday clothes clean, no washing to do when we get home. Recomend

Great place to take the family. Have been going for many years and are never disappointed. Good if you can only take so much Disney related stuff.

A first class resort only minutes away from all Attractions.

The staff does nothing to stop smokers and vapors at the pool.
Complained last year and suggested signs be installed at entrances to pool.
Instead they removed the no smoking signs.
I along with children should not be subjected to nicotine and vapes....

Resort is nice, time shares. Close to Disney and all the attractions.

The staff is really helpful and gets you checked in very quickly. The resort is less than 15 minutes from Disney World. There are lots of activities on site that arw good for rest days. I have stayed at the resort several times and have always had fun.

Nice resort area close to all the Disney parks and Universal. Close to restaurants and shopping centers. Several pools, bars, and restaurants within walking distance from any building. Mini golf and playgrounds for the kids as well. Only issue was poor house keeping but management was helpful and compensated us.

So much to do, you could spend a whole week here, never leave the resort and never be bored

Great place to stay for vacation with family or friends. Fairly close to most attractions. Clean place. Market on the premise. Free parking overnight. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, great service at the Castaway Bar & Grill. They had an excellent Halloween party. Truly enjoyed it. The rocking chairs at the Markeplace it a great people watching spot.

I bought an ownership here and then was pressured to buy more. I have found this entire ownership scheme to be highly unsuitable and unfavorable for regular vacationing. The fees involved are much more in depth than they will discuss with you on the front end, and there are constantly additional fees for various things. Booking is extremely difficult and does not offer the ease and convenience of vacationing as they promise. It is not at all what is promised during sale. It is an enormous waste of finances. However, the key problem is being locked into contracts they refuse to offer any releases for. Be advised and cautious when visiting and I would highly recommend never attending a sales or "informational" meeting, even if they do promise gifts.

Great service, very good space in the apartments, great pool, enjoyed my stay there very much.

This is a great place to stay while in Orlando Florida Animal kingdom. We were there 4 days end 3 nights and the staff was wonderful. They took care of our every want and need. Also if you happen to for get your pen needles (which is what happened to us) they have us names of pharmacies that delivered. Finally had to get them from Walmart just own the road. The condos are fully equipped with everything. We would highly recommend this place to everybody.

I was there for a business trip and the room was okey. The first day I ordered from the room service, the next day of my stay the cleaning lady did my bed but did not throw the food that was left. More strikingly, I would like to give a big shout out to Gisele from guest service whom made me wait on hold for 20 minutes and went home while I was still waiting on the phone to get a receipt for my expense report.

Large resort about 20min drive from disney world. Nice amenities for kids. Decent room, a little on the small side. Recommended for families.
