3 times in a row we had horrible service at both of there orlando locations.There isea of resolve is resort credit and discounted return stays.Our first rooms had bugs all over our towels and face clothes.They were coming out of the bath tub.They sent engineering who poured something down the
Tub drain but it got worse.They called
Outside exterminators to resolve issue..Customer service was good but why would we buy with this experience.6 months later we gave the i-drive location a shot.We check almost 1am.The room was very dated,mildew smelling,dirty sheets,hair on rhe bed and tub.At 8am I complained and again I got resort credit and a new room.The new room was amazing!!!!It had updated everything.They attempt to make us owners again but I just couldn t so we bought an explorer package to try and give them another chance...We return im december and when we arrive they check us in to that same old dated
Building we had and guess what??When we finally got to the room the keys didnt work.(true story)We spent 10 minutes standing outside waiting for engineering to come only to find out there keys didnt work either.Somebody was checked into the room already..smh..30 minutes later we get into one of there dated rooms and turn on the lights and there were roaches in the sink..The garbage disposal had food caked up all inside it...Nasty!!!Also has blood on the floor..Now please understand my explorer package was 70 bucks higher a night them for me
To just book online..I am clueless here..Not to mention nobody could tell me what package ingot because it was high and we got no points..After staying in this room for 7 hours we move out and I speak to management..He gave me a 50
Buck resort credit!!! Lmbo -u can get a sandwich and a few cokes for 50 bucks...Anywho they move us back to the nice rooms..Bow let be honest..When i book at Sheraton i expect Sheraton quality..If i wanted motel quality id book there..We pay big money here!!! I expect great results...Their resolve this time was resort credit and two nights back tontry and make it up..For everyone booking here understand that owners are getting the best rooms.This reaort has alot of dated rooms that just dont say Sheraton..While i finally got a new room that was nice I shouldnt of had to go through all this nonsense with my family..I will not be back!!I spend thousands in florida every year and will not be sold a bmw with a yugo engine...
