This is not a convenient hotel design for a business trip utilizing a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft. In order for Lyft to pickup they must go through a guard gate and be granted permission to enter. This is great security and wonderful for a family staying there but I used Uber several times a day. My room was in building 11 and was a 5 minute walk outdoors. Fortunately it was great Florida weather and was never caught in the rain. Uber picks you up at the lobby so each trip required a unwanted walk to the lobby, Other than that the room is great and clean.
