Very nice villa had everything we needed for a 6 night stay, wifi was good and we had ESPN. Great for families

Have stayed here twice now. Both times very impressed with the Resort and most everything about it. Close to Disney, you get full kitchen and laundry (washer/dryer) inside rooms. Grounds are kept in very nice condition and staff is always pleasant! Many pools & close to a lot of restaurants etc. drive time to Disney is short, eg.. from Hotel to Epcot in rental car is approx. 8 minutes!! I really don't understand why anyone would want a 'typical' hotel room when you get so much at a resort like this for a similar price in some cases!

Beautiful departments .... nice pools ... I practice ... everything in the complex.

We arrived and got settled and noticed dust bunnies all over on the floor. Bath tub jets wouldn t turn off then would randomly turn on. Tiny bathroom which makes it very inconvenient for a family. Then to top it off when we were packing up a roach crawled out of the closet. HORRIBLE!!!! Will never stay again!!!

I have NEVER done a review for anything BUT my hunni & I stayed here this past weekend for a little birthday get away (our birthdays are 4 days apart). We also have season passes for Disney and we stay somewhere new everytime (Marriott, Caribe, double tree, ect.) This was by far the best place. Friendly staff from bartenders to very helpful security. We have found our place from here on out!

My wife and I stayed at this resort with our kids. We did not do the theme parks, but we did go to Gator Land. We absolutely loved the property and how nice everyone was from the time you checked in to the time you left. The security guards at the gate made you always feel welcomed and would point you in the right direction if you were lost. The bad thing was that this "virus" has screwed up everything for everyone. I am glad to see that a place as beautiful as this is making the best of the situation.

Everything broken: dishwasher, oven, microwave, bathroom fan, clothes dryer, slow draining sink, etc.

It's very beautiful here and you can have a lot of beds here

Villas are great! Part of our timeshare package and we love coming!

Beware! They basically lie and say it's a presentation about the new Marriott Rewards program, but it's really a hard sell to buy their timeshare. The whole setup is geared towards selling timeshare, with maybe 1 or 2 folks to check you in, but an army of 'concierge' desks to 'guide' you! I felt cheated. Completely unexpected by the Sheraton brand. Hopefully Marriott is going to come and fix this problem. I've been to other timeshare sales presentations, but this was by far the hardest sell and when we declined, the behavior turned rude.
That said, it's a very good property, spread over 130+ acres (so bring your vehicle). Also, check your bills - I was charged a gratuity without my consent (which guest relations fixed).
The Tiki bar is good and the bar tender there, Sarah, was good, courteous and super helpful.

Nice. Getting to your room is a bit of a process.
Thought we would let our baby crawl in the room but that proved the floors were not clean.

Great Resort all around, tons to offer and fun for the whole family

Front desk forgot to give us our keys..by the time we got to our room we had realized it. Called and asked if they could bring them to us and they said security would bring them right away. They never showed so I walked to the desk and there was my keys still sitting there. Made it inside the room after 25 minutes of tracking down our keys at 10pm and the room was excellent. Bartender at the castaway bar was awesome. Everything was great except the very beginning of handling our keys..oh an hour later, security knocks on our door with the key..by that time, well, we no longer needed them.

Great resort! Best thing about this resort is the pools. Wonderful activities planned there, and very relaxing. Bring the kids!

This resort is built for families to enjoy and relax when you back from a day of fun . Neat and clean. Market place for everyday things you may need and a restaurant and bar too.

It is a great place to go with family, very close to the Disney parks. Great customer service

Clean pristine, great security at front. Can be noisy in places so we always request a quiet room. Never a problem. Shop on site is good for most of your needs. Only a short drive to shops down the road if something that they don't stock you need.

Great clean place, but poor service the week I stayed. Water shut off all day in our unit. We had to stay out of town for the day and night. Refused to comp our lost day. Then had workers not in any uniforms and unable to speak English-language to tell who they were. The only way we found who they were was by calling the Police. POOR WEEK!

Vistana is a very large and well kept condo complex. Sheraton was recently bought out by Marriott and as a Sheraton Vistana Condo Owner I am not sure how that is going to affect me.

I've thought a lot about how highly to rate this resort.
The positives: It was a great space for our family vacation. The suite itself was bigger than our old house! The pools were really nice and the resort was a quick drive from Disney and Universal. Which was perfect for us with a toddler because we could go back to the suite for mid-day naps. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The outdoor grilling space was nice and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes we needed. Gym was nice and clean. We agreed this was a place we would totally retire to!

The negatives: the carpet was filthy! Our toddlers feet and knees were totally black from all the dirt in the carpet. It looked clean, but obviously needs some deep cleaning. Also, the maitainence me my tapped on the door then opened it and came in before I could even get to it. Which is concerning and also rude. We weren't even notified that they were coming to do maintainence on our suite. Lastly, we signed up for a special deal for buy three nights get the fourth night free, and they jacked up the rates for the first three nights. But, we did get $100 to spend on resort property (also included in the deal, so at least they came through on half of it)

We will definitely be back!

Resort was decent. They made a last minute switch on me, saying the room was no longer available and put me in a studio instead. Timeshare sales is a sham. They are more interested in making their sales quota that being transparent and less concerned with the buyer's interest. It was a 'buy now or never' deal. Pure BS

Great place for a timeshare, multiple gyms and pools with very spacious rooms.

I have to start by saying the staff at this location were super friendly and made me feel welcomed. I was greeted with a "Welcome Home" every time I returned to the resort. I wish that I could have gave more stars, however the room was in poor condition. The bedrooms had a distinct smell that was not pleasant, the bed comforter had some sort of stain not sure if it was makeup or nail polish, two of my towels had what appeared to be blood stains(Pretty gross) so I went out and bought my own towels. The toaster and coffee maker was outdated. The TV listing provided by the front desk had way more channels listed then what we could actually get on the television. I would not recommend this location to my family or friends, but I would send my enemies there(Lol) Hopefully they can make some serious improvements.

I had the most amazing time. The Villa was marvelous, clean and very spacious. I would stay here again. THANKS for a pleasant no frills vacation.

The apartment is spacious and beautiful. Very tasteful decoration, well equipped kitchen, bathrooms and excellent rooms. The resort is large and well maintained as are the pools. The only bad thing is the service and attention to the apartment, no cleaning, replacement of toilets or change of towels, do not clean the extra you pay extra. Breakfast and entertainment inside the resort is not included, everything has to be paid extra. That is unfair compared to other hotels

You can always count on this resort being extremely quiet inside the rooms, very clean, well equipped for comfort, and extremely comfortable to stay in. This place has everything and is well worth every penny. I promise you ll sleep well here.

Few words needed-except to say WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT HERE! Perfect for families-pools were awesome (from my 9 year old son:)

Great time share place. Numerous pools. Beautiful gardens all around the condos. Great walking areas. Immaculate place inside and outside. Easy to get to shopping, parks, restaurants without feeling congested with a zillion people and cars. Quiet place.

CELL PHONE BLOCKER! WI-FI EXTORTION. Clean rooms, amazing ammenities.

We stayed in the Spa section. Beautiful view of the ducks and lake. Super close to Zimmies (bar-restaurant). Close to the General Store. Soft mattress and pillows, ample space, affordable price.

Rooms very amploas and comfortable. Very well equipped and quite well maintained. The complex is very large and you have to drive everywhere, including the pool. If you plan to use the amenities, check the location of the villa. The income is very slow try to sell you the timeshare or change the daily cleaning for a few breakfasts.

Good selection of family activities but also a good base of operations for seeing Orlando activities. Helpful staff. Minor issues with suite air conditioning were handled quickly

I'd like to give 4.5 stars; alas. It's a great resort and if you're a newcomer, you'll get the opportunity to buy into their timeshare program for $80 in "resort credits" (that you'll mostly spend on food) and a pretty sweet deal on timeshares. We were impressed at first with our unit in the Cascades, but soon it fell apart; the dryer was making a noise, my wife's card had trouble getting in and she had no ID on her as she was at the pool; the appliances were a decade old. If you have the choice, the Fountains is the quietest + nicest area and the Springs should offer nicer units if you want something more integrated into the resort. The cocktails are good at the Castaway Grill, but don't get a burger. Oh, and there are a lot of fun activities you can do if you want to mostly hang around the resort. $5 blood mary's, half off fraps, activities for kids, lots of stuff.

Large apartments with good structure (restaurants and market). Very good service, with the staff always looking to make you feel at home.

Currently staying first day room smelled horrible like ciggarettes. Second day they used a ozonanator but room still smells like ciggarettes but not as pungent

Very nice staff..helpful. The general store is amazing..has anything you can want. The room was very nice...seems a little older but well kept and maybe recently updated. Clean.

Amazing! Landscape is gorgeous, the activities in the villas are very family oriented. Price is fair and great location for all theme attractions

My family had a time share here. The facilities are good. Polls are nice with bar service right there.

Good place for a holiday. The rooms are of good quality and the same can be said of the service,all the staff are very friendly and are good with children. Only downside is the price of food in the restaurants in the complex and in the market place.

I Vistana! It's our fav resort to visit which is WHY we come back often. It's close to ALL the theme parks & Disney is just 10 minutes away. Great place for fun or R&R.

Have stayed here before and still love it, there are multiple pools that cater from the quiet to the louder crowds. Most if not all villas have kitchens and 2 bedrooms. And the proximity to the Disney parks is unrivaled, we can be in the Magic Kingdom park in a max of 15 min. with traffic.

A great place to vacation plenty to do on and off site plenty of resturants pools game rooms and an on site grocery plus store I will definitely stay another 7 days soon!

Only half the BBQs worked, appliances in the room we're broken or in disrepair, and in general it was kinda run down. I guess that's why they try and sell you timeshares right as you check in rather than after you've spent some time there.

Nice place, stayed here twice both good experiences except the repeated attempt to lure paying customer to attend their sales pitch for time share, that really needs to go away. I don't want to or intend to sit thru their presentation. I agreed to pay the full price, no need for extra push, waste of both of our time.

My family has been coming here for years. There are always activities and quality facilities available. The hot tub is open late for adults too! The rooms are clean and functional. If there are any maintenance issues, they are promptly taken care of.

My family has owned a timeshare here for years, I don't see us giving it up soon! Always great coming to our second home.

Excellent both the facilities and the attention. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Equipped with everything that is needed. The location is optimal if you have your own means of transport, since the Disney parks are a bit far, but it is close to the main outlets.
