Resort was lovely but I somehow got roped into a sales presentation which ruined my vacation completely. The pressure was over the top and I was made to feel very ashamed and very guilty for not buying - with the two sales agents actually trying to serve up tears at my bad decision. After I had said no ten times, that should have been enough, but not a chance. They held me for 2.5 hrs and then had to have a customer service agent 'sign me out' after I finally was getting mad. Plus the gift card I got in return was only available in the USA- something they didn't bother to explain. At checkout, I was offered a deal to come back for $199 within a yr, but only if I paid up front, and again not sharing the fine print which said, I would have to sit through another sales presentation. I did not take it.

I also had issues with the check in/out people. I was waiting in line with a simple question, and two other people butted in front of me saying they just had a quick question. The agent took them and apologized to me - which meant she saw them push me aside. Unimpressive especially when I have a disability and issues with standing.

While the facilities were first rate, I will never return.
