Very nice place to stay with all you need on it. With very beautiful pools, restaurants, and nice areas to see. Rooms are very well equipped and decorated they are clean with TVs, jacuzzi, kitchen, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, the 2 rooms are very private. The place is 15mins from the main thematics parks.

We are here currently and this place is amazing! Beautiful resort (we are in key west area) the pools are all great!! The staff has been amazing from checking in to maintenance (my TV wasn t working) fixed immediately! I highly recommend it here and we will be staying here again and again!!!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but boy was stepping through these gates was like entering heaven. The landscaping, the service, everything was gorgeous. The living quarters are also clean and spacious. Would recommend!

Home away from home! Come almost every year. Whether you plan to do the parks or just hanging around the resort and sit by pool side. Units are clean and we'll equipped for families. Having fully kitchen, helps cut cost. Walgreens, Publix, Target, Dollar Tree are close by.
Really enjoyed our stay. We were in a 2 bdrm and it was perfect. Lots of great pools and some restaurants right in the resort. Grounds are beautiful! We met Marcus who explained the ownership advantage to us. Very knowledgeable and all around great guy! We recommend this place especially if you have young ones, there is sooooo much for them to do!

We love this place! We visit at least 2 times a year and our kids learned to swim there. We love the Gatorland Show and Simone at the front desk is always so happy to welcome us back. Seeing friends in the pool and hot tub is always a treat! We love the ponds and miles of walking trails too! Seeing the ducks is always a highlight!

This place is way too big. Just gigantic. The first person at the gate didn't realize that there were TWO Vistanas within ten minutes of each other. So, we drive around for 15 minutes. Gave up. Then left and went in another gate. The gate attendant let us know about the other property and we were finally on our way.
The resort is great for vacationing with your family or staying during a business trip. The rooms are very spacious and updated. The staff is accommodating and having stayed at many reaorts and hotels in the area I would say that the amenities are one of the best.
Love staying here every time we vacation in Orlando. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is perfect size and the bathroom shower AMAZING .
We only stayed for one night, however, I would definitely consider going back. The room was immaculate with a full kitchen, screened in balcony, and large tub in the master suite. There were several pools which we never got to use as we spent our time at Disney. The only drawback was the pressure to get into what seemed like a timeshare or vacation club.

Beautiful place to stay. All ammenties needed are here. Loving it. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Two bedrooms, spacious baths, open kitchen, dining area and living area. And if you opt out of having a maid clean your room every day, they will give you a complimentary breakfast buffet for two. Very customer-friendly. I highly recommend this place.
The resort and the villa was great, we enjoyed the stay very much. Give 4 stars because they envited us to the presentation about theme parks however actually tried to sell Sheraton membership in a very pushing and agly way. Very not appropriate.
Delivered food to someone in there and I was kind of upset that the guard would not let me deliver food inside he made woman come to the front gate to get her food. They should allow food deliveries to go in since its for their guests. Maybe its a security thing but if I was on a vacation I would want my delivery inside not at the gate!

We booked our package thru Costco for a 5 night stay. Not even single day room service people showed up. After 2 nights, upon calling the front desk, they sent couple of towels. Ver poor service and rooms look too old. I would not recommend.

Quiet and beautiful place.
Have been using this resort for 37 years. I have been pleased with the accommodations as well as the staff. Especially the Zimmies bar with Sue and Eric.
A home away from home, you will have everything you need. The room does have a screened in porch, two full bathrooms, a full working kitchen with plates, bowls, pots and pans, utensils, and glassware. There are many pools to choose from, side note need to get to pool area before 11 or after 6 for lowest crowed. Each building has parking and the building are broken up by community (springs, spa, fountain,....) So not a lot of traffic. Each entry has 2 doors per floor and you have a front and rear entrance.
There is a Walgreens, Starbucks, Dunkin donuts, a Chick-fil-A, and a gas station all within 0.5 miles away. You have a fast route to Magic Kingdom to the right and to the left Disney Springs when you leave resort area. On the other side of 4, you have even more food places to eat at.
This was probably one of the best hotel resorts I have ever been to period. They have everything that you would need. The rooms are clean and the staff are nice. They also have multiple pools and two of them have water slides. I hope that I can come back here soon in the coming years.
Workers helpful and responsive if you need something. Beds hard and painful to try to sleep upon. Pillows look fluffy, but are flat. Even using 4, didn't provide head and neck support.
Unit older and needing to be refurbished, but is OK and is functional. Very nice screened porch. Good security. Great grounds.

This is a fantastic resort with lots to do. Everything is within driving distance. The facilities are clean and the villas have kitchens in them. Stayed with a friend who used his timeshare.
Stayed at Vistana resorts several times. My daughter ownes a unit, each time the experience was great. The staff friendly and helpful. I just loved it.
Overall a wonderful experience! We were a little concerned about some of the comments regarding the time share push. However, we politely declined and were only left about two phone messages during the week to stop down and discuss which we did not and no one bothered us.
Our flight down to Orlando got cancelled and we got in two days late. The hotel was very accommodating and worked with us to get Villas close together and even upgraded one of our rooms so it could be close to the others which was very nice. All of this despite the fact that our schedule had to be rearranged. Special thanks to Elijah at the front desk!
The facility is great. We stayed in the Falls area which was quiet and close to three pools, the tennis courts, shuffleboard and mini golf. It was also close to Zimmie's which was a great place to hang out and have a few drinks and appetizers in the afternoon. The rooms were very spacious and very well laid out.
The cleaning staff was very pleasant and did a great job every day cleaning up and refreshing towels. This was actually a surprise to us as we were expecting the cleaning staff to stop by only once or twice during the week.
We also tried the Escape Room which was a ton of fun and the two guys that were managing the area were great to work with.
The location of the hotel was also excellent. Only 10-15 minutes max to the Disney parks and very convenient to get on and off the highway. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This resort is HUGE!! We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a full kitchen. The kitchen had everything you would hope for in a resort kitchen, toaster, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and stove and all the utensils you need to cook. The resort also provides you with dish soap, towels, dishwasher detergent. The master bedroom has an AMAZING bathroom and nice king size bed. The master bath has a whirlpool tub that can easily fit teo people. The second bedroom had two full size bed and was large and spacious. The second bathroom also connected to this room. The sofa was also a pull out bed. There is also a stacked washed and dryer in the room. Please be aware that ultimately their goal is to sell you a timeshare, but they only asked me twice and I said no both times and they did not ask again. I have stayed at other resorts where they practically hold you hostage until you agree to go to their timeshare presentation so they don't pester you to the point of annoyance which is nice. This resort is really close to Disney World and they do provide a shuttle to there. If you do decide to take the shuttle just be prepared to stay all day as they don't go back and forth like you would if you stayed at Disney. This might not be ideal for parents of small children. For example we took the earliest shuttle at 9am and the earliest we could catch a shuttle back was 6. My kids are older and wanted to stay all day so that was fine but I could not imagine doing that if they were smaller. Overall we had a great stay.

Nina helped me find my clothes! She has Excellent Customer Service Skills! I liked the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the resort. I was very upset the first night because the fabric recliner style chair was stained with heavy urine stains alongside the vanity chair in the bathroom so I moved those nasty urine & stain soaked items outside in the encaged patio. It was so disgusting it was smelling up the place! So once Nina got ahold of me my mind changed about the place
Great resort some of the staff are rude and act like they hate there job but for the most part this place is great to spend with your family on vacation
Close to Disney parks. Great grounds, sometimes rooms can be far from the street and the service to pick you up is slow. Room service has been a bit sporadic in responsiveness but good location, rooms and value overall.
