Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport Reviews

I stayed here for business, to deliver a puppy to Newark, NJ. The room was very clean and spacious.

I come to Orlando frequently and always choose this hotel. Big pros for me are the well appointed rooms, luxury bedding, good food, and cleanliness. There is consistency in good customer service.

Beautiful and comfortable room right by the airport! Staff was kind and informative. I wish I had been able to stay longer.

Very nice great staff all the way to valet parking.

Rooms are nice. Parking lot is not lit well so it is very dark. They charge for parking which was an unpleasant surprise. Airplane noise is somewhat noticeable.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Will definitely stay again. Pool with a bar by the way

I loved my stay here. From the time I got picked up from the airport and dropped back off my stay was great. The only concern I have is that I noticed the jets or filtration system in the pool was not operating. Unfortunately the pool was somewhat dirty. People were still getting in and out of the pool but I didn't want to take any chances. I want to acknowledge the two sisters who helped with checking me in to my room as an early check in and Terrance the shuttle driver for providing impeccable service.

Great for a quick night's stay and I really enjoy the design inside the hotel! It's just that they should probably have more luggage carts for the guests.

This place rocks! Great room and good service. The indoor/outdoor pool is pretty cool too

Attended a job fair. Staff was very pleasant and the area was very nice.

Spacious rooms but smell moldy. Definitely not worth $200 a night

Great location to a variety of restaurants and easy access to the Orlando airport. The staff was friendly and our room was welcoming and clean.

This place needs to be knocked down and rebuild a has mold that you can clearly see and smell I called corporate they done and they done nothing about it the young lady at the front desk gave me mold and mildew spray and Clorox wipes and told me good luck during Times Like These with the covid-19 and respiratory problems mold would not help this place needs to be knocked down and done over.

Nice and Low-key but luxury. everything you need. not too much and not too little. one of the most comfortable stays I've ever had. area is perfect. 10/10

Awesome indoor/outdoor pool, room was clean, and staff was friendly & helpful.

The room was nice and clean. Room service was excellent. But the hallways at that Sheraton smell like urine. The sky bar and restaurant is overpriced and didn't have enough options. Breakfast was "meh" not so great, staff was nice.

This hotel experience is the worst experience of my life. Staff didnt behave well and not cooperative. I dont recommend any one to go there and destroy there holidays.

Worst, and most strict hotel I've ever been too the maid are more kind then actual staff the women with long black hair needs a reality check she ruined my stay I love sheraton as a hotel and I'm very upset with her decision this company has lost my business, do not stay at the sheraton any other hotel around the airport is a more premium hotel do not choose a handmedown hotel with disrespectful staff.that are 0 tolerate of people's needs this is a do.it yourself hotel no service really and if so it's very rude I didn't understand why either I did nothing wrong sheraton

Not worth the money. There was paint peeling off the door between the bedroom/tv area and the bathroom door. We were there on a Sunday afternoon when lots of people were swimming and many had to ask for towels for the pool area including us. The bartender Sunday early afternoon was nice as was the luggage handler. The Starbucks lady Monday a.m. was also friendly. The rest of the staff seemed very indifferent. I was shocked that continental breakfast wasn't an option and there wasn't even a coffee urn/hot water available for guests in the lobby. Everything food/drink wise is an additional charge. I wish we would have stayed elsewhere with so many hotel options in this area

The hotel service is poor. They should have a area just for pets not through out the whole hotel. You can hear the dogs barking during the night. Location and facilities are great. I have stayed at sheraton hotels all around the world and did not have the same experience at this one.

Older hotel that has been redone. All rooms are suites which is very nice!

Ants in our bathroom, staff didn't seem to think that was much of an issue.

What makes this hotel a 4 star hotel? Simply the name!!!

Breakfast buffet 14$ - a bit better than a free complimentary breakfast at motel 8 .

Rooms - nice but shower had a drip takes a while to actually finish one .

Overall experience just nothing special .

I stayed at a different place next day about the same price .break brea buffet was ten times better .pool and hot tub much better experience. People actually spend time at the pool. Lots of bars and restaurants and a much better experience for the same exact price .

Next time you stay here imagine the logo of howard Johnson on the building and yoully understand you paid for the name .

Our suite was immaculate on arrival.
Unfortunately we only spent 12 hours here as had to fly back to UK. Gorgeous comfy beds...loved it all....thanks USA

I m sorry, this is NOT a 5-star hotel, it s not even 4-stars. The lobby smelled bad when you first walked in. You could smell pet urine on first floor. We had to beg for pool towels, twice. The pool had funky mold on the sides and the hot tub was treacherous. Our room did not smell, or we would have left. The beds are not comfy.

The breakfast is amazing and the staff is super friendly. Lori will assure 100% satisfaction. Will you see me again.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The airport shuttle even stopped off at a Walgreen's for us when we required to buy some items for our baby. I highly recommend this hotel.

My room was a spacious 2 room suite. Breakfast was included and the buffet was clean and delicious. There are several restaurants within a half mile walk. I would stay here again.

Felt like a 3 star hotel at best. The pool smelled like too much chlorine the bathroom wasn't cleaned well.

Sheraton was very accommodating. Their bed was exceptionally comfortable. There is lots of FREE parking.

Great service for clients and the shuttle is a nice thank you to get to get around a little bit.

For a hotel that is an 8 min drive from the airport, expect for a 35/40 min wait on the Shuttle at the airport. I had to call twice, and so did the other hotel guests waiting at the airport. Your better off taking an Uber or taxi if you don t want to wait in the heat.

We stayed here only for one night as it was close to the airport and we hadn't arrived until after midnight. The hotel is a little dated, but overall was very nice. My only complaint was that our room was very dusty which flared up my allergies and got me sick for a few days. The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Our flight was cancelled late on a Friday night, and Sheraton only had a couple suites available. They gave my family of 4 a suite and only charged me a regular room rate. They also kept the kitchen open so my two children could eat. Super helpful, very friendly, and a huge help to us after a rough day!

Room nice and clean, but having the sink outside the bathroom, was weird from a sanitation viewpoint...ie handwashing after using the bathroom....

Only there for 1 night but the room was clean and well taken care of.

Close to the airport, you can stay at a reasonable price.
Breakfast does not change menu, but is satisfactory buffet. It's a shame that the shower is fixed on the wall, the water pressure is weak, and the bathtub is not deep.

One of the nicest Sheraton's I've stayed in. The bed was super comfortable and the staff very friendly.

There was no housekeeping unless you called. There were roaches also.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My cousin reserved this place and payed for it before I arrived. I came to check in at around midnight after a rough flight. The lady at the counter asked for my name and for my credit card. I assumed she was asking for it to keep it on record in case of any damages, but she then told us the total and said that it was not payed for. Since the total was more than we had expected and the customer service was subpar (the lady at the counter had a particularly rude attitude), we decided to stay at a different hotel. The next day, I talked to my cousin and he said that he had been charged. When we got back from our trip, we found that WE HAD BEEN CHARGED as well, which is BLATANTLY DISHONEST. Immediately after discovering the charge, we called the hotel to tell them that BOTH CARDS HAD BEEN CHARGED, despite the fact that I DID NOT STAY THERE. The person over the phone also had an attitude and claimed that her manager was not there. She informed me that since I did not cancel the reservation within 48 hours of the night reserved, I would be charged for one night. She offered no apology or resolution, so I told her that I would dispute the charge with my credit card and that my cousin would do the same. Still waiting for a resolution.

The most comfortable place I have stayed in a while

A little disappointing for a Sheraton. Iron spewed out black flecks and what appeared to be sand making a mess of my clothing.

We stayed here to catch a 5:15 am flight out of Orlando International. It's proximity to the airport was perfect. Our stay was nice. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. We had a King suite. The bed was comfortable, linens were crisp, clean, and white. The pillows left a bit to be desired.

The building had a slight musty smell. One other complaint is the lack of close ice machines. I had to walk half-way around the building to get the only ice machine on the floor.

Would I stay here again? Absolutely! In fact, my wife and I are planning to do just that in a couple of weeks.

Easy access to the airport, nice location, the bar has solid food - the suites are really nice for a few days stay with the bigger kitchen - highly recommend this hotel

24 hour shuttle was awesome for an early flight. Food I tried was good, but over priced for what it was. Lots of families, so you will hear kids rubbing up and down the halls.
