Nice n relaxing tkz. To EVERYONE have a Blessed joyful safe day
The room smelled amazing when we got there. The indoor/outdoor pool is always warm, which is nice. My biggest complaint is the one way road leading to the hotel. Several people drive against traffic while attempting to leave.
The service was good the coffee was great and the food was excellent
Very enjoyable. Friendly staff, nice restaurant, in house Starbuck's coffee shop. Everything you need!
I was pleasantly surprised. usually hotels near a airports seem rough around the edges or can be rundown abd outright gross..., but this place was nice, clean, and comfy.
I love this hotel! The room was perfect and very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again when I am in the Orlando! They provide an airport shuttle too.
Heather is the type of person I would love having run my business . She keeps her cool and delivers top notch customer service . Me and my family of 4 with children had major issues at the airport with rental car... tons of cancellations of flights . She handled everything. So many people here there isn't even spot in lot to park . She walked me outside showed me one place . Thanks for starting our vacation right . Sheraton customer first time of many now .
Easy too and from the airport. Only problem is noice is not muffled well
Wonderful hotel located right next to the airport as well as a number of restaurants and shopping centers. The customer service was top notch from the front counter to the restaurant and bar. The room was very clean and had all of the necessary amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!
very clean and fantastic room with every amenities. good service and 5 mins from airport.
Comfy bed, nice looking room. Bathroom is set up strangely, light switch on the outside, and the toilet takes forever to flush and wastes a lot of water.
Comfortable beds. Has lounge and food available. Shuttles to MCO.
The fact that they charge for parking is unrealistic considering that they don't even respond if something happens to the car. The jacuzzi wasn't working, you should consider fixing that.
Decent rooms with 24 hour shuttle to the Orlando airport. $10 per day parking if you're parking there long term if you're not staying there.
Close to MCO Airport. Restaurants are close also. The rooms are nice and big. Staff are friendly.
Loved the beds... so comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly.
Went for dinner. Waited over an hour for just okay food.
Loved it. Extremely convenient to SFO. Highly recommended.
A very nice hotel rooms are starting to show their age will need an upgrade soon
Great hotel with a nice pool and restaurant. The staff helped with a child food allergy.
The front desk customer service are the best they really know how to treat their guest like family
Great! Few minutes away from the airport. Had an early flight. Kids loved the pool.
The hotel was nice but I most appreciated how dog friendly they are. They don't even charge extra for dogs!
Great location. Kind and accommodating staff. Superior bedding. Parking an additional $10 per night.
Love the indoor/outdoor pool! Nice warm water. Comfy beds. Very clean.
Sorry but ill never stay in this hotel. The front desk girl was nice but the bed was bad, the carpet smell really bad,the curtain had brown stains, I got allergies ciz if the smell and you can hear the planes passing by.The price is good but now I know why. I'm giving a 3 because the staff was nice. But the hotel itself is a 2.5.
Alright so the rooms are nice and the staff is nice. However, you have to pay $10 A NIGHT for parking. Plus for the breakfast menu (which isn't free, not that I expected it to be) but there is an option for a deluxe continental breakfast for $11.50 and all you get is pastries, fresh fruit, and a drink..... For $15 you can get the all American breakfast that just adds on eggs and meat of your choice. that is absurd.. Not a filling breakfast at a decent price. Plus the menu itself is extremely expensive as well. Also, I can hear everyone in their rooms with their TV on when I'm walking down the hallway, and I can hear the people in the rooms next to us. Even when they judt turn the sink on.
Honestly I prefer something like the Holiday Inn over this place. If it's as upscale as it should be. The correct accommodations should be made. Don't waste your time... If you want to splurge just save your money on something else to do in Orlando cause this hotel is NOT worth it.
Great location, generous room, but expensive parking, to drop you off outside ...
Decent place, rooms smaller than expected. Only one sink in 2 room suite. Housekeeping forgot to clean the room one of the days of our stay.
Met friends here for a quick-bite at the Sky Grille before a flight. Food was above average, was quick, and they served a good variety. Kids menu was very friendly to the one 5 year old in our party. Served a wide variety of alcohol if you are just looking to unwind at the bar.
Clean and accessible to airport and lots of resteraunts.
Great friendly employees, beds, food and location. Keep up the great work.
The suite was very spacious but the sofa in the room was very uncomfortable to sit on. Staff was fantastic - Kiannah, Jeanette, and Jaritxa were a tremendous help.
no security at all, many people walking in front lobby, 5 different times i called front desk and they told me they cant control who comes thru door.
Terrible service. Would never stay here again - there are several other hotels right next door to this one; stay at one of those and save yourself the aggravation.
I had 6 big bags with me at check in. The hotel stuff saw the struggle, did not offer any sort of help. For a 5 star hotel This is not acceptable. Room was smelling funny, worn out blankets.very little amenities. Dirty coffee table. Beds were comfy. But everything else was a terrible mess. I had a lot of expectation and to make things worse after I had my buffet breakfast which comprised of 7 items in total. The waitress came in with a bill to my surprise. 18 dollar for morning breakfast. Never doing this again! Horrible experience
Only spent one night. Rooms were nice. Kinda funny smell, restaurant food was so-so. Decent stop over until you get to Disney
Great people skills, accommodations, room sizes, pool and restaurant. My favorite Hotel in Orlando by far, bar none.
Very great food and service but the couch bed was all springs with no cushion for my back very nice heated pool and the hot tub was wonderful, with nice staff.
Great hotel for airport travel. Great food, friendly staff and nice clean rooms.
I had a meeting at the Osceola School District and needed to stay close. This was my best option and I'm glad I stayed there. The suite was wonderful. A sitting area with desk, couch and chair to relax in. A microwave and refrigerator rounded out the room. The bedroom had a door so you could block off the lounge area if needed. The bed was comfy.
I don't care for their shampoo and conditioner and wish I would have brought my own. Also their "barista" for their Starbucks drinks needs to work on his frappuccino skills. Mine was mostly "foam" with a layer of liquid on the bottom.
Dining was inconsistent. I got a hamburger for dinner that was over done. However my gluten free french toast with caramelized bananas were amazing.
I'm sure that if I need to stay in that area again, I will choose this location.
Didn't stay but attended a conference. Well kept and great location
Location was very close to the airport which was awesome since Orlando airport is super busy it seems. Also very close to a ton of places to eat. The room was very clean and made you feel welcome. Service was great. You did have to pay for parking which I thought was kind of ridiculous since most of the hotels in the area do not charge for parking.
Loved it the pool was beautiful and it was hospitable
Best rooms very clean. Stay again in the future for sure
Very kind staff and they were knowledgeable about surrounding attractions and food options.
Clean, modern rooms. Nice bar area with decent bar menu. Close to MCO, complimentary shuttle to airport.
Spacious room but a little aging decor. Very large beautiful and nice pool. Very nice restaurant staff. On the other hand a big flat on the reception: no help for advice and reservations with a personel for the majority very unpleasant.
We had great customer service. We got our room switched from a single king to two queens, but they gave us the wrong keys. The restaurant served decent food. A little overpriced and the Alfredo sauce was mostly just butter, but not too bad. The indoor/outdoor pool area is really nice. The suites are great if you have kids and want a bit of separation. Price was reasonable.
I really like that Marriott has combined with SPG it gives you many more diverse options. The two room suite was reasonable and they had a good breakfast buffet (not included in rate). Enjoy the indoor outdoor pool and plenty of dining options nearby. This hotel is close to the Orlando airport.
Room was ok. Restaurant food not great. Convenient to MCO. Transport to airport in am very good. Transport from airport to hotel in pm unacceptable! Waited for an hour for the van that was advertised to run every 1/2 hour, 24 hours each day. Traffic was NOT an issue which was the hotels excuse.
Nice place to stay for an early flight or late arrival. They forgot to add us to the shuttle but were able to fit us in.
Nice hotel close to the Orlando airport. I was here for 2 days on business and enjoyed the 2 room suites and rooms, if a little bit dated. The hotel was clean and the gym also was adequate for getting a full workout in, even if small. One complaint was the layout of the hotel, with it's O shape meaning I had to walk a significant distance from the lobby to my room in the back, even though it was on the first floor which is preferable (you can park in a rear entrance for closer access from car to room). Finally, breakfast is not free and for ~$16 I was not impressed with the selection (the nearby stay bridge suites we stayed at had a larger, hotter, and free buffet along with on-tap cola and breakfast beverages). All in all, certainly wasn't a bad stay but with many other choices nearby, I will probably try somewhere else next time I'm in the area...
Stayed here and ended up not being able to find my wallet at 12 midnight. Baby and fiance are asleep, i go to get bottle of water and i cant get back into my room. Go down and they tell me i csnt get a room key without a photo id. I told then i didnt have it. Explained. There is apparently no other way to verify my room(hard to beleive). They threatened multiple times to call the cops on me. Thank you Heather Covey for being as rude as possible, and telling me i had no option but to wake my family and try to find my wallet. Couldnt be more upset. In the middle of the night. THE WORST.
All ok except the service at breakfast. Limited dinner menu. Rooms are large.
Hotel is conveniently located near business centers and airport. Bed was very comfortable. Shower knob barely stayed on. Water pressure was decent however, tub drained slow. The hotel ranked low due to poor housekeeping and poor service received by the front desk staff. Shuttle drivers were very nice but arranging rides with the front desk staff was a little troublesome. Also, our room (the entire 3rd floor to be honest) also had a very damp smell.
Everything a Gold Preferred member wants in an SPG hotel.
Worst Hotel Stay Ever!!!! Christmas morning 2020 roach in the bathroom, wounded it an the mnager came and removed it. receptionist promised points for inconvenience, nothing received. We packed up everything and were moved to a room on the pet wing. Dogs barking until 1am, I'm allergic to dogs and room had a urine smell in spots. Room had a broken TV and coffee maker. Brought in a tv covered in dust. New coffee maker made first 3 cups of with foam in it.
Restaurant closed Xmas Eve - just left us sitting there - no signs, receptionist could see us but just ignored us. Broken ice machines floors 1 & 2.
Rude receptionist 12/26/20 over quarters for laundry.
Shuttle - slammed on the brakes. Both went flying and hit seat in front. Arranged shuttle night before, we were left sitting there for 15 minutes for no apparent reason. Driver in building, van there. Horrible hotel conditions and service.
Enjoyed the room, clean, spacious, friendly staff. wish breakfast had been complimentary.
My family stays here when traveling in town. Seems to be upgraded and is close to everything when it s time to leave, their right there.
Was only there for a conference for two days. Had to ask for water to be placed in confrence room. Was hardly ever re-filled. Room was cramped. Hall leading to confrence was small. Lunch Buffet was a total joke! DO NOT EAT THE BUFFETT! Had only two items and only one drink. They ran out and took forever to be replaced. Many could not even eat. Wish I could get my money back. Was shut down before everyone got food as well. No staff service. Was extremely pricey for the "snacks" we received. Was clean and had open atmosphere.
If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!
VERY nice and pleasant. ALL the staff was professional and friendly and went above and beyond to back our stay enjoyable. The beds are super comfortable you won't want to get out of them... Thank you VERY MUCH, for an excellent experience.
My room was spacious, well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Dinner at the small restaurant last night was excellent. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. I would happily stay there again if I needed a night with proximity to Orlando International Airport.
Misrepresented as a five star when it's more like a 2. Rooms are relatively clean but not nearly up to the standards that are expected of a Sheraton. Shuttle is useful but only if you have 30 minutes to wait because scheduling it doesn't matter. Staff is consistent with a 2 star hotel. Accommodating as possible but working with limited resources. Would not recommend.
Generally we love staying here, nice location, great feel, nice pool and lobby. A couple of minor downsides ... The pull-out beds are pretty uncomfortable, and this morning we were trapped due to the shuttle bus driver not arriving to work, making for a very stressful flight out (allow more time than you think)
Horrible Horrible Customer Service!!! You walk in, they don't greet you! You call from your room and they pick up the phone TWICE and hang up on you!
Told one thing on the website, and get something completely different when you arrive. Staff seemed like they were inconvenienced when asked questions of any kind, including why the deposit went from $250 during reservation to $1000 at arrival. Definitely will not return to this location.
Location for this hotel is nice peaceful, rooms are clean and service is good.
We stayed at the hotel for the weekend since we were visiting family. The night we got there, we were awoken by extremely loud noise and ruckus coming from the room next to us. It lasted from 1-4 AM. We called the front to complain at 3 AM and it ended at 4. In the morning, we realized we were given moldy towels, it had the worst smell you can imagine- not even exaggerating. Was not thrilled with our stay and we will never come back to this hotel.
Gorgeous modern feel to the Hotel. The bed and pillows were so comfy. The rooms are pretty and are decorated in a cute modern style. Plenty of room to move around. The staff is super sweet and they go out of their way to accommodate the guests. Staying here was a wonderful experience.
