The Sky Bar and Grille restaurant at the hotel had great portions of food that tasted great as well. The services was good and they were very accommodating towards our large group.

Clean, friendly, comfortable beds, nice pool, good weight room, great pancakes at the restaurant and a good choice for a nice hotel visit. Free wifi for all guests is nice. Free Shuttle service within 2 miles gave us 37 restaurants to choose from.

We stayed here for one night Jan. 6th 2018. It is a top notch hotel.

It has an indoor/outdoor pool connected where you can swim from one to the other which was excellent with today's cold snap from Canadian air dipping down into Florida. ( I am Canadian).

It is a 5 minute ride to the airport with a complimentary shuttle.

It is a ten minute walk to the Epic Theatre. And same to Danny's.

The room is a beautiful suite with fridge and microwave and coffee maker.

And a separate couch/desk/kitchen area with private door to the bedroom.

They provide bath robes and lots of towels.

We used aeroplan points to book this lovely hotel.

I would happily stay here again anytime!

I was only there for a few hours to rest, but it was very comfortable and quite nice.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff members were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and quiet and the suites were most conducive to conducting business which is why I chose this particular hotel in the first place. Also, the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport as well as many nearby restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel and will most definitely return in the future.

Really great place to stay, all the employees were very accommadating, room was clean, beautiful landscaping...........However for 135.00/per night they even charged for parking? 10.00 Really!!....No breakfast was included!......I have stayed at the Hampton Inn for less and they include a great breakfast!........Maybe on an expense accn't it's ok but out of my pocket.....not a second time!.....

Dated Sheraton property about 10-15 min from the airport. Free airport shuttle that must be called to receive, so expect to wait 15-20 min.

Rooms are a nice size, with 2 TV's, sofa, and lots of bathroom counter space. However beds and the look are a bit older. Breakfast was a normal buffet, but the service was friendly.

Shuttle service drivers were great, so was the cleaning staff. (very nice) ended there though, they charge for EVERYTHING. Bottle of water that's sitting in your room? Five dollars. There was black mold in the bathroom. Went to the restaurant to eat. Bartender saw us and started walking over, to give us menu's. A pretty blonde (sorta?) walked up and he bee-lined away from us. She wanted a sample of wine, was given a solid half glass. They talked and we were ignored. Gave up after 5 minutes and left. The hotel lost $50 on our dinner and instead gave away some wine. Will not be going there again.

I had 3 big bags with me at check in. The hotel stuff saw the struggle, did not offer any sort of help. For a 5 star hotel This is not acceptable. Room was smelling funny, worn out blankets.very little amenities. Dirty coffee table. Beds were comfy. But everything else was a terrible mess. I had a lot of expectation and to make things worse after I had my buffet breakfast which comprised of 7 items in total. The waitress came in with a bill to my surprise. 18 dollar for morning breakfast. Never doing this again! Horrible experience

Beautiful Lobby. Very helpful staff. The General Manager John Tanner very professional and pleasant. He understands Hospitality.

The shuttle from the airport was irritating, the driver was making other accommodations to the people in the shuttle with me. What should have taken at the very most 5-10 minutes ended up being close 20 min! Check in staff was very friendly. Although, the room wasn t very impressive, the coffee table was dirty, the bathroom wasn t to my standard of clean and I used to be a housekeeper. My bathroom tub faucet was constantly leaking. I was here for training and by the time I was done with training my room hadn t been cleaned. I ve stayed at various Sheraton s before but this establishment is at the bottom of the list. Stay elsewhere.

Clean, quiet and close to restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping and the airport and entertainment.

Staff is hospitable. Location is close to everything. Room was big and clean

Checking in was fine. The person at the front desk was very nice but the reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is the noise. This hotel has a weird layout and our room was right near the pool and I mean you look out the window, and if it could open, you could literally feel the hot tub. It is 9:40 p.m. as I am writing this and there are still numerous people at the pool making lots of noise. If you are looking for a restful sleep you won't get it here. DO NOT GET ROOM 108!!! I have both tv's going and I can still hear conversations perfectly :(

UPDATE: It is now 11:46 p.m. and the lights are still on at the pool and the noise level is still the same. I guess there isn't a cut off time for the pool.

The hotel manager Rick was the best! He takes great pride in his hotel and made sure my business trip went as planned. So so thankful and I will be back to bring my clients here! If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay where you're treated like a star, this is the place for you & your company or simply a family trip!

The room was nice and buffet breakfast was good but if I had known they don't accept their own gift cards at this location I never would have paid that price just to stay near the airport!

Kinda nasty. It smells like old ladies everywhere. The carpets were dirty. The window has a white residue on it. I can t see through the residue. There was a blood stain on the sheets. The receptionist was rude. Small rooms in general. The mattresses smelled like old ladies.

Staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were very clean and delightful

Stayed there recently overnight, room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel is very close to airport and provided free shuttle transportation to MCO during my stay. Parking lot was a little dark and outdated and lobby elevator was out of service which was a bit inconvenient. Overall satisfaction would be 3 out 5

For the price you pay, the house keeping is pathetic. Mattress covers were stained, iron stand was very dirty. Albeit, the staff is friendly. Will think twice before visiting again.

Great value and price. Rooms were very clean and nice. Complimentary shuttle service to the airport was a nice added touch.

The rooms were spacious. Not a fan of having to pull a string to turn shower on though. Otherwise it was a good place to stay!!

Hot tub looks like a bunch of kids peed in it, very yellow and cloudy. When I checked in I asked about food in the area that delivered she didn't offer any suggestions but to check Ubereats. I asked for a shuttle an hour and a half before our flight she told me it had to be 2 hours and the shuttle I wanted was full anyway so we have to get to the airport at 5 am rather than 6. Finally the website says they have a 24/7 fitness center and pool but we just got kicked out of both because they close at 11. Room was nice that's about all I can say about this place.

VERY nice and pleasant. ALL the staff was professional and friendly and went above and beyond to back our stay enjoyable. The beds are super comfortable you won't want to get out of them... Thank you VERY MUCH, for an excellent experience.

Great location. Clean and very helpful staff. We arrived very early in the morning on the night of our stay and was hoping we could use their facilities until check-in but they had a room available and let us check in early.

This is possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed at! I highly recommend staying here if you need to stay close to Orlando International Airport. This is always my hotel of choice when I go to the Orlando area from Tampa.

Very nice hotel and I got a stellar rate. Super convenient to the airport and that was perfect for my needs. Had breakfast and it was super... I ordered off the menu vs the buffet and it was a good portion at a pretty decent rate for a nice hotel

Ignore the first picture in this set of Google pics.. the grand white building is the Orlando Convention Center! The Sky Bar is awesome... when we went to the 3rd floor looking for the rooftop access to the Sky Bar we were redirected to the first floor - haha. Rooms were decent and served the purpose of our stay prior to flying out of MCO. Staff was great. This is by far NOT a 5 Star resort/hotel as shown in Google search - I would rate it a 3 star hotel compared to other hotels I have stayed.

Quick check in, very polite staff, pretty clean room with great layout for two people. Items for sale in room clearly labelled with pricing. K cup coffee maker but cups don't fit so overflows... but VERY comfy bed! (tho sheets had few spots of discoloration which was a tad offsetting till realized were clean - just stained). Bed sleeps incredibly well & very quiet in am (with earplugs -but still no wake ups). Bathroom had few areas that showed wear n lamp had only one light/switch for two beds (unusual) - so no reading if other person needs to sleep.... still, would def stay again.

The location was ideal for me and the free shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The only downside was there wasn't any lighting/signage outside, I had to drive around the loop twice to find the hotel. Overall clean hotel with nice staff.

Severely over priced and not really very nice. Its been added to my list of places to never stay again.

Closet to airport with shuttle ride. You can leave car parked there for 10.00 a day!

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The food is pretty good, but it's really close to a lot of good restaurant options.

Staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located to both airport and dining/theater we had a lovely evening before our early morning flight. The shuttle and park and fly option made the travel so much less stressful. Would definitely stay again. Indoor/outdoor pool is pure genuis!

Old place, lobby is nice, rest of property is pretty dated. Bathroom door was warped and couldn't be closed. Bath tub full of someone else's hair, beds gave wife a sore back...

Beware - March 26th Expedia user posted bed bugs. You would have thought that by April 8th it would have been remedied. My employee dealt with bed bugs on April 8-9th. While an upgraded room for my employee was nice, I would have never booked with them if I had seen the March 26th review originally - took a few days for it to be seen publicly on Expedia. The room should be comped for our time and stress of potentially exposing our homes and people on flight home to bed bugs.

Lied about room wasn't what I wanted. In fact she swapped my card and and knew she changed the room type without informing me. Now they took my money and tells me it takes 5 days for me to get it back. Never going to these hotels brands again. Very disappointed.

Late checkin and early checkout so we didn't use any of the amenities. We were surprised by the $10 parking fee

BEWARE, THE NIGHTLY RATES ARE ALTERED THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY!

I made reservations over the phone and was given a nightly rate for 5 days. I checked in and got the rate in writing. Upon checking out I received a surprise bill that was dramatically higher than expected. After talking to the manager on site, it appears that the rate provided to me was ONLY FOR THE FIRST NIGHT. Their reasoning behind this is that the nightly rate isn't actually locked in and it changes on a daily basis based on total availability, regardless of your reservations. Complete BS to me... Especially considering how no one at the front desk or over the phone indicated this to me. It was a great stay otherwise but I'll never go back again with shady business like this.

Great value for the money. 2 rooms are so much better than one! Close to the airport with free shuttle.

Great airport hotel, clean and comfy! My biggest complaint is the hot tub is out of order and looked like it has been for a while.
