The hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and attending a seminar at the hotel was pleasant.
We need to catch some zzz's after a long flight back from Denver. They took great care of us and the rooms are immaculate! They even left us a card under the door.
I had a good stay but I also left my watch in my room an tryed talking to someone multiple times but nobody ever got back to me an I would like my watch back cause i spend a decent amount of money on it the service honestly ruined my my experience.
We got stuck in the elevator! The place is run down.
Over priced everything ! My fiance had a panic attack
And only got offered free breakfast! Please avoid !!!!!!!
Best hotel ive been to with this price! Easily competes with the resort hotels, just as a smaller size hotel. Service is extremely professional and courteous, a d rooms are exceptionally clean. Highly recommended for your next stay.
Love the large room but king bed was like a queen. Great space with great location. Get you in and out with free airport shuttles. Always will come back if they keep the grest rates... and love the no pesky resort fee....that sells my stay. They also had a indoor outdoor pool
Amazing hotel! Great place to stay! Beautiful clean rooms and the atmosphere is great. Would recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Florida.
Friendly staff and clean properties, what now can you all for in an airport hotel?
Bad service. I stayed there a night. They gave ame a room looking at the pool inside. Lights were on at the pool so I went to front desk and told them to turn them since no one can get in. They said they will send someone. I woke up in the middle of the night and the light were still on and it was bright in the room.
I love Sheraton hotels, they're always well kept and beautiful. I had a great service experience from the staff there. The pool was awesome. Great experience.
no uber/lyft allowed at airport so this is a great place to take a cab/shuttle to.
Very good accommodation that are close to the Orlando International Airport.
Location was great but the I expected more from the interior. Toilet didn't flush very well. I had to call maintenance. However the staff was very friendly!
Stayed here overnight. Very fast checkin and checkout. Room service fulfilled a custom request. Very nice staff. Would recommend.
Great hotel close to the airport. Nice bar and good food as well.
Walls & windows paper thin, heard airplanes, car traffic, other guests talking & slamming doors all night. To top it off, maids talk very loudly with each other for ~30 minutes before actually starting to work. Do not stay here if you want to sleep
Tracy at the front desk was my first impression of the Sheraton Suites Orlando airport and it was not a good impression to say the least! She was extremely rude and unprofessional! Sheraton should record check in like they record phone calls to monitor service. Tracy needs to be taught customer service (and manners as she cussed) or consider changing careers because she certainly shouldn t be in the service industry! After travel plans changed I made my reservations at 1:50 AM the morning of October 14th. The site asked what time I would be checking in, I responded with 2:00 AM and it asked what time for check out so I requested 7:00 AM on the 15th. I came in with a cart of luggage, I wasn t greeted, she had papers all over the front desk and seemed bothered I interrupted her schedule. She said she couldn t find my reservation then said you are due to check in tomorrow to which I replied did I put in the wrong date, I would have swore I was checking in on the 14th . She said you did but check in isn t until 3:00 PM on the 14th so if I check you in now I will have to check you out at noon tomorrow....the 14th! So she wanted to check me in at 2:00 AM on October 14th and then she was going to check me out at noon on October 14th and repeated herself at least 12 times saying the same thing about hotel policy as if I couldn t understand her. I told her i heard her but that the web site didn t say that and tried to show her. She had major attitude and I said I would have to pay for another night. Then kept arguing with me and stressing that I would not be able to check in until 3:00 PM. I told her she was rude, and didn t have to keep repeating herself but maybe listen and learn some customer service. My tone was not as nasty as her tone but guess the difference is to me is that I am the customer and my husband is top level for MARRIOTT. So I said I have to sit the lobby until 3:00 and she said yes. After voices raised and she said a few things under her breath she
Told me that I could leave the property and then come back and check in at 3:00 PM! She probably said at least 20 times by now and was very sarcastic about me checking in at 3:00 PM. Tracy did not ever once say I m sorry for the inconvenience or let me see if I can accommodate you or I m sorry the website is misleading ! Not one time did I feel she even tried to be accommodating and was quite the opposite. So it is now 2:40 AM and I am sitting on the sofa in the lobby of the Sheraton Suites Airport Orlando with my cart of luggage by me while Tracy is standing at the front desk. And according to Tracy I will be on the sofa until 3:00 PM on the 14th!
I am an event planner and have traveled all my life and have never had an experience like my experience with Tracy and the Sheraton Orlando. And, I know that not only could she have but should have made some accommodations and at least apologized for the inconvenience! Can t wait tell my husband and best friend about my experience since they are both MARRIOTT top level. Apologize if all doesn t make sense but it is 3:00 am and I m on the sofa of the Sheraton on October 14 and can t check in until October 14th.
This place is so peaceful and convenient. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and this place is in my top 10
It's an airport hotel, so don't expect a view. And we are in a pandemic. But the rooms are beautiful and the staff super friendly. Jorge (spelling?) at the bar was a particular delight. Service was impeccable and loved how he was at the bar/coffeshop before bed and when we got up. The man never sleeps and still charms. Nice hotel.
Room was amazing. Starbucks was delicious. Will stay again. Close 2 hooters.
Super comfortable beds. Nice room with 2 tv's in separate areas. I would definitely stay here again.
Very nice. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bed, pillows and sheets were all very good quality. Shower had good water pressure, both check-in and check-out were painless.
The Sheraton has large comfortable room that are ideal to families and/or business travelers. The business center with no cost restrictions was convenient and the fitness center and pool were ideal to release stress.
Due to an insides theft job. After what we thought to be a fun and exciting Christmas turns into a headache.
After discovering that my mom's wallet was taken out of her purse, the nonchalant response from the GM on site Lori Fitzgibbon was a total 0 on customer service. We were offered breakfast tickets and a late check-out. Not to mention another couple comes down to report all his wife's jewelry was stolen out of her purse. This now confirms that it was an inside job. While speaking to the receptionist that initially helped me with the situation the GM cuts me off in mid conversation and say, as to why are you telling them. Again nonchalantly and without care to do anyhing. Totally dissatisfied with this Marriott property. Taking this all the way to the top.
Very nice hotel. Indoor/outdoor pool. Very kind staff. Next to airport and 30 mins from Disney world
I was working this day, waiting for a guest out in the heat. The staff came to me and asked if I was ok and asked if I needed a water or anything. I thought that was awewome of them to do so.
The hotel itself was nice and at first glance I thought it was a good value. We paid $135 a night for a basic room. This also includes an airport shuttle. It s proximity to the airport and the fact that the place looked clean are what attracted me to the Sheraton. During check in I was told that a breakfast buffet would be running from 7-11. I went down and grabbed a plate of food. The next thing I know we are being charged $15.95 per person for an at best mediocre breakfast. I went politely talked to the front desk about this and she said it was not included with my stay. I felt this was a bit sly on the hotels part. I m not the type to argue. We simply won t be back.
I stayed at the Sheraton hotel twice. I really loved the area and I especially enjoyed the restaurants&shopping nearby
Walked in from Marriott next door to get a heart burn medicine from their store because my son had heart burn late at night, I was denied because it has to be charge to the room at Sheraton and i was not staying at hotel. Not even cash.
Ok place to stay if need to be close to the airport
Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, you can also leave your vehicle parked here for multiple days if you fly out or leave the area. They give you a pass to leave in the front dash!
They still have the shuttle during COVID, but it took them 50 minutes to pick me up. No idea how that happened. The room smells bad maybe because there is no fan in the bathroom. But I guess it's still a good deal of groups of 4 or 5.
Huge privacy concerns. I had placed both placards, one a 'do not disturb' the other being a 'make a green choice' on my door to ensure I would not be bothered. The next morning as I'm getting ready two girls on the housekeeping team decide to STILL come inside with no heads up they were coming in. Thankfully my significant other and I were enough put together that it wasn't a terribly awkward situation.
But why would they be coming in with TWO do not disturbs up. And why would TWO unattended housekeepers be giggling and entering my room? What would have transpired had I not been there? I was not due to check out until the next day so there's no way they were doing a checkup in that regard. Weird you might say.
I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a manager. I don't get to speak to a manager but rather the cleaning staff supervisor. I tell her the story and she looks concerned asks me to describe the Intruders and offers a breakfast coupon. I don't care about breakfast I want privacy.
This is where the story gets even more bizarre. When I returned to my room there was a 'gift package' from the cleaning staff in my room. YET ANOTHER BREACH OF PRIVACY! How can you respond to my privacy concerns by invading my privacy once again?? I understand a hotel has a right to go in whenever they see fit, but should a guest have no expectation of privacy in any sense? I would never come here again.
Travellers that value privacy, look elsewhere.
Great hotel great pool, small limited gym, service was ok, was under construction and the dipping dots machine was broken, gotta love those
Wonderful experience. Amazing food, cozy rooms, beautiful pool. Would recommend.
Had a vary bad experience with this hotel. I was quoted $98.00+ taxes with my AAA card. Was charged $103.00+ taxes on the bill. Found a charge to my credit card of $134.00 & called to resolve the issue. Was told from the clerk that nothing could be done. Spoke to the manager & was told it would be taken care of & she would send me a copy of the revised receipt. Still waiting. There were power problems, the elevator was broken & the food we purchased from the deli counter was disgusting. Will never stay at another one. Very poor service!!!
Location is excellent if going to the airport the next the day. They have a convenient park and fly option (but have to reserve with anticipation). The installations are good.
What Didn't Go Wrong !! I have stayed at several hotels and never had this many issue
Yes Im at Sheraton rewards member and glad to write actually how I felt about this hotel. Made reservations weeks ago and request a early check-in since my other party were driving 12 hours to Orlando. Got to the hotel and no early check in even though we request 10am on the reservations didn't get a room until after 2pm so why do u have it on the reservation and can't honor it... When assigned to room 202 air conditioner went out and reassign other room 234 which the air conditioner went out as well. Now assign to room 205 with double beds and not the king we requested..Was advisef that will be reassignto another room in the morning .
. So as soon as I arrived by flight I contact the hotel for shuttle picked up and was advise to wait at A44 about 10 minutes the shuttle comes and instead of the driver taking the luggage and putting in the back of van he ask me to help him pick up my luggage and assist .Really where they do that at!! U are expecting a tip for me to pick up my luggage and put in the back of the van and take it out as well .. Rude and no customer service skills at all...
The room was nice and we'll designed but it was small and there is no where in the room of a whole body mirror. The bed was very uncomfortable.
Had the breakfast buffet . Price 1495 was continental items basic yogurt egg bacon and french toast oatmeal and fruit ... Better go to IHOP/ Waffle House better prices but selection for the money...
Price is decent for hotel stay but parking For 10 dollars a nigh
We decide im going to staying with Hilton hotels for now early check in always better service.
Great value, spacious room, friendly staff. We especially liked the indoor-outdoor pool.
Amazing! Not only is the hotel spotless, but the staff is amazing. The young woman who checked me I went out of her way yo make a stressful day so much better with her wonderful attitude and knowledge. (I forgot to ask her name but she has curly dark hair and black glasses)
Definitely not a 5 star hotel, rooms were nice but the hotel halls were very dirty. The staff at the general store werent present. They also charge 10 dollars for overnight parking which is quite frankly bogus given the dirty grounds and lack of security in the parking lot. If you stay at this property, do not expect a five star experience.
We had two stop overs at this hotel. Room was comfortable, roomy, clean and the usual amenities. They have a pool and small gym. One of the free services they provide is a shuttle you can use to go to local places or back to the airport. Overall a nice hotel.
My stay here is GREAT! The room was very very spacious and the front desk staff was amazing.. JORGE in the sky bar and grill breakfast area was so understanding and gracious..
LOVELY hotel!!
Nice looking until you get to room. Sofa bed is like sleeping on springs no padding. Carpets need to be replaced and hot tub by the pool needs work.
The location has free shuttle service to and from the airport. Game take in the lobby for families. We stayed overnight and the room layout was nice and clean.
Because I work there and I give 10 stars for all the service offered by the hotel and the part in the officials we are note a thousand ... kkkkk truth
Nice clean rooms friendly staff and free airport shuttle
This was a decent hotel for the price (comparing to other hotels in the area). Hallways are very noisy with children and couples. If you want a place with a quiet room this is not the hotel. Staff were friendly, seemed like a safe, good location. Pool was in good condition. Overall I would say for the price this hotel is a 7/10 - nothing fancy, hotel appeared to have been in its prime in the 1990s. A little outdated in style. But not a bad place to pick if you are traveling on a budget with a family.
Stay was excellent, rooms were fresh and clean. Fire alarm went off at 5:30 am, which is a bit of a pain for us, but good to see how quick the staff reacted and fire rescue was on scene.
I loved this hotel, but minus one star for the misleading "go green" service. The suite was clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the pool was very nice with both indoor and outdoor halves. It was a welcome respite from our long days visiting family and playing around Orlando. The fridge and microwave were nice additions, but the freezer was not cold enough, and we did not see any way to adjust the temperature.
The "go green" program, as described on the door hanger, allows one to forgo "full housekeeping" in exchange for food and beverage credit or star points. It stated that linens and towels would not be replaced. After two nights of housekeeping not entering the room, and garbage and recycling bins piling up, I called to ask for housekeeping to come in. I was told a note was made for them to come. The third night upon our return, housekeeping still had not come in and the garbage continued to pile up. I called the front desk and was told I had selected the "go green", so housekeeping would not come in at all. I stated that the door hanger only mentioned towels and linens being changed, not that housekeeping would not enter the room at all. I was told someone would come in the next day. The fourth night, housekeeping came in and cleaned up. I looked more closely at the door hanger, and in very tiny print it stated that if you chose "go green" that housekeeping would not even enter the room to empty trash. I have no idea why the description of "go green" would be to forgo "FULL housekeeping" and that linens and towels would not be changed, and then in very tiny, sneaky fine print, state that you get NO housekeeping whatsoever. Why would they try to be deceitful about how the program worked with clear wording about how the program worked, and then completely contradictory fine print about the program?
I looked in the hotel guide book, and there it noted clearly that "go green" was to forgo DAILY housekeeping in an effort to reduce water consumption and chemical use. If that wording had been on the door hanger, we would not have been in for the nasty surprise of the complete absence of housekeeping, feeling confused and neglected.
Additionally, there should be no reason why housekeeping could not come in the room and at least empty the trash cans and tidy up. This would not negate the program's claims to reduce chemical use and water waste. Is one supposed to just let trash pile up because one does not need linens and towels changed daily, or toilets cleaned, etc.? I ended up taking the trash can out to a larger trash can near the elevators on the fourth day before housekeeping came in because with four of us eating breakfast in the room, the tiny trash cans had become a problem. This is just poor service, in my opinion, to force a guest to empty their own trash cans out in a public area used by other guests.
If the wording and even the details of the program were fixed, this was otherwise an impressive hotel and wonderful stay; worthy of five stars.
Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious and not too expensive. We did get the wrong bread though.
Absolutely the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time room was very clean and updated. Quiet hotel, quick check in process, nice receptionist got a much needed good night rest will stay here again
It's a nice place. Good location. Carpet/furniture had an odd smell to it though. Would have given it 5 stars if it was not for the smell.
Recently stayed here during a wedding ceremony with my friends. The customer service was excellent from the front desk staff to the housekeepers who made sure the room was very clean!
The staff was excellent. Every single person is nice!
I had such a great stay at the Sheraton, the hotel staff was so acccomodating and friendly! My favorite part about the Sheraton Suites was the bartenders and the amazing food!! I had a long stay and ordered just about everything on the menu by the time I left and loved every dish I had! Thank you to Morgan, Felix & Melissa for such an enjoyable stay!
