For what I paid to stay and eat I would expect to not pay for coffee, much less wait for someone who expected a tip to put it in a cup for me. Staff was detached, disinterested for the most part, and the shuttle driver may have been incompetent. Room is real nice, there is a pond in front to walk and sit around, place is located well but you have to drive or catch a cab to go most places. I should mention the shuttle driver picked me up after 1.5 hours when I was on the phone with the hotel about to cancel my reservation and find a different hotel.

Very nice hotel. We encountered a reservation problem,(no fault of Sheraton) and the front desk clerk handled the problem, tactfully. Because of the mixup that took her about an hour to resolve, she offered us free dinner.

We stayed here for 3 nights to be nearer Orlando for flying home and didn't quite know what to expect but we were astonished at how much there is to do around the vicinity and the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Very roomy room. Elegant hotel. Restaurant was lacking for service at lunch time. We walked in a noon and they weren't even ready. Ended up just getting pre-made sandwiches and a bottle of coke. :-( Upon our late arrival, the check-in was quick and fantastic along with offering a very late (4pm) check out to us. We were able to get a quick bite of pre-made sandwiches at midnight as well. The work out room was well equipped but seemed small. It was okay since we were the only 2 in there for the half hour. The indoor-outdoor pool and jacuzzi looked very nice.

Hotel staff not as friendly. Hotel food is aversge. Rooms however are very comfortable and clean

Staff was not the nicest. You could see the floor outside of the room through the door. You could feel the springs through the pullout bed and the main bed wasn't the best. They only reason they are getting two stars is because their pool was nice.

I loved this hotel, the rooms are AWESOME!!! The rooms have an actual bedroom in them and the bed is so comfortable! I plane on booking this hotel everytime I come to Orlando!!! The people were super nice and having Starbucks in the lobby was a good call!!!

Unfortunately I have to share a lower rating for this visit, and 3 stars is being generous. The property is beautiful and clean overall. However, when I initially check in, the room was not been cleaned or either someone was staying there. Neither is a situation you want to encounter at 2AM coming off the road.

Of course I was moved to another suite immediately with no problem. The front desk person had a great attitude and was apologetic about everything. The suite I was moved to seemed great. I spoke with the Front Office Manager and she maintained a good attitude as well and discounted my stay for both nights until.

It wasn't until the next day that I noticed stains on the white comforter in the room I was moved to. There were several what appeared to be urine stains in different places on the comforter. I took video and emailed to the Front Office Manager. She was courteous and apologetic in her response, and I acknowledged we are in unusual times but thanked me for being a loyal customer (Bonvoy is my ).

I did not want to push the issue since one issue had been accommodated, but it is a disruptive experience to enjoy what you perceive to be on an unclean room.

With this said, I do not think I'd be opposed to staying again because the overall property was nice. I'd just thoroughly check the hotel room before bringing anything or anyone in.

Easy convienent shuttle to and from airport..

The staff are what makes this hotel worth staying in. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping has been welcoming, friendly, and attentive. My room was clean and comfortable. The reason for 3 stars and not 4 is the old bedding and obvious lack of staffing.

I've read some reviews that the beds are comfortable, and my coworker agrees hers is, but my mattress must have been skipped over if they were updated. It's old, flat, and uncomfortable.

When I arrived, the pillows in my room were all feather. I can't use feather pillows because of allergies. The staff was quick to find me poly-fill pillows.

However, the housekeeper said something disconcerting when she delivered the pillows - that it took her so long to bring them because she was looking for the best ones. That's a huge flag to me that new pillows (probably bedding in general) need to be bought. Also, the detergent has perfume/fragrance in it, which is not a great idea.

As for the staffing issue, I noticed every night the bar staff (2 people) were practically run off their feet. They are expected to tend the bar, run the coffee shop, take food orders for the whole dining room, deliver the food, take room service orders, AND deliver room service. Kudos to the evening bar staff for keeping their smiles through all that. I hope management takes note and hires additional evening help.

Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. This hotel is extremely close to MCO and offers a free airport shuttle running every 30 minutes. I would recommend this hotel and will consider staying again.

Everything is clean and in working order. Bar/food is accessible by pool area. Close to Orlando Airport with free shuttle. Only negative-- parking is not free.

Positives: Lovely suite with lots of room. Friendly staff eager to please. Great location near entertainment and lots of good restaurants.

Negatives: Getting charged parking when told it was included in the booking price. Planes will not let you sleep in.

Overall I would absolutely stay here again, but I'd bring some ear plugs if you like to sleep in late.

Airplanes flying overhead were a bit noisy, but I suppose expected. I was given two doubles instead of the king I requested, but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, clean and high quality for the price. Breakfast is not complimentary though, that was the only drawback.

Ok rooms and staff, just felt old and dated. Signage finding smaller conference rooms was lacking.

Very nice hotel with great rooms and very nice lobby, cafe and bar. Very good breakfast buffet.

Slow to get acknowledged at bar. Food just OK, and above average on cost. My LH nitro milk stout had an unexpected frothy large-bubble head. Strange. Bartender was nice though. Place got pretty busy on a Friday at 6pm.

The hotel seems dated but they have updated the interior. I couldn't get over how far we had to walk to the elevator!! Parking is a $10 per day charge ... fyi. There is a pool that is both indoors and outdoors. The hot tub was broken on our visit. The shuttle was prompt. Be sure to reserve shuttle ahead if you must be somewhere...there can be busy times. We liked our room...it had a separate living area.

I would give five stars if the decor and HVAC in the room were updated.but all in all, very enjoyable.

The women behind the desk last night was very kind when i explained situation about the airport and no taxi, uber or shuttle for my original hotel.

Upgraded pool view room? Room has major mildew smell seems to be coming from the air handling system. I have spent over two years of my life in Marriott owned properties and this not what I typically experience. Seems like they should have used the slow year to update. Also you won't get much sleep no sound proofing. We had to listen to our neighbors 3am phone call.

Pretty good. Bathroom was a little small but can't complain, very nice pool and hotel staff.

It's OK kind of outdated to me. And the host in the dining area she always concerned about money and not put you want to order. That's the older lady that was working there in the mornings.

Gorgeous modern feel to the Hotel. The bed and pillows were so comfy. The rooms are pretty and are decorated in a cute modern style. Plenty of room to move around. The staff is super sweet and they go out of their way to accommodate the guests. Staying here was a wonderful experience.

First of all i Arranged for an early check In and still had to Wait 3 hours to get a room. After getting the room 30 minutes later housekeeping walked in on me half dressed. They didn't knocked first just ran back out without an apology. Very upset with this suppose to be 4 star hotel. Furthermore I was suppose to get a suite with a balcony but ended up with a patio. When i questioned about this the front desk excuse was that it was a patio balcony. What the heck?

The stay was great! I am a Titanium member, and travel a lot. The holiday spirit here was such a great relief, and the whole staff was full a joy. I'll be traveling this Christmas for business this year, which is a real bummer... but having this stay was truly what I needed. Happy Holidays Sheraton!

Well I wanted to say that it is a good hotel and the service is super, if I am not mistaken the girl who attended us is called Veronica a blonde she who was in the night was great bn helpful super friendly, she helped us in everything always with a smile all the time time he attended me without any problem it was super nice! All my doubts she is always kind and willing to help I give the girl a 100 stars, I tell them that I would return ,, ...

Everything was lovely, very comfortable and great location. Just a few minutes to airport!

Very expensive hotel Hidden charges if you have to park they actually charge you $10 a day and hidden charges of $30 a day. This place is a rip off. Me and my daughter will never stay at a place like this! They also charge you for services that you don t even use like the shuttle some kind of tourist charge that they don t tell you about either!

Our flight was cancelled and we had three exhausted children. Barbara at the fruit desk got us a room at a great rate (a suite no less!). Lifesavers. And after Disney, a bargain!

The room is fine. The service is the worst I've ever seen from a SPG hotel. I would *not* advise to try the airport shuttle. I waited over 40 minutes for it, and the front desk people and the driver seemed extremely annoyes with me that I cared. Very frustrating. Room is fine. If I'm aiming to stay near the airport, next time I'm trying a different hitel

The rooms are decent size but slightly dated. Nothing horrible though. The elevator situation is a little complicated because there's only one and it's at the opposite end of the hall as the lobby. You could end up walking to the other end of the hotel to catch an elevator to the second floor and then walking all the way back to where you started to get to your room. It's in a quiet area with nothing but hotels all around it so there's not much to walk to. Lots of chain restaurants within a couple of miles.

Great hotel, spacious, clean, friendly staff. My only problem was the airport shuttle driver, who is kinda rude, and left us while my daughter was in the bathroom after he knew we were waiting. Not worth taking a star off, but will definitely Uber next time.

Very friendly staff, clean room and spacious.would definitely stay again, only bad thing was that the hotel was extremely far from our planned events and the pay tolls became exhausting.
