I got into Orlando super late and the shuttle came to pick me up despite that, which was super nice. The people at the front desk knew my name and greeted me before I even got to them! My room was really clean and nice, as was the bathroom. Thank you for making me feel safe and welcome as a solo traveler!
Great hotel layout and close to airport however the hot tub was unavailable and many of the guests continued to be loud and disrespectful. The front desk does not accept cash and the kitchen closes at inconsistent hours. The bartender was kind enough to put a pizza in after an 8 hr travel day. Stayed here a few times and overall enjoy it.
Excellent amenities and buffet breakfast. Rooms are very spacious too.
Very nice rooms, but your kitchen staff is terrible. I shouldn't have to wait 90 minutes for a soup and salad.
Get it together, management.
Location was great, rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds.
Customer service could be better, no complimentary coffee, no complimentary breakfast.
Great place. Very great food and service. Great Staff. The room was larger than I expected with a great bed I didn't want to leave!
I love this hotel. Beautiful rooms, lovely inside and outside pool. Nice resturant with bar. Employees very nice and helpful...
The Sheraton was a wonderful hotel that my mother and I enjoyed on our vacation down to Florida. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating at all hours of the day.
My only "gripe" doesn't reflect on the hotel so much as my inexperience with the surrounding area. I often felt I had to drive 20-30 minutes to reach any one particular destination.
I would happily stay here again were I in the area!
Two night stay. I was worried there would be lots of noise as the hotel is so near the airport, but that never happened. It was incredibly quiet. Unfort. flight delays were how the day started and how it ended. Shuttle driver Masood was helpful and kind, going out of his way to help my mother and I at 11:45pm, after a 9hr delay, as we got turned upside down at the airport. Shuttle runs 24/7, thankfully. At the hotel, staff were professional and helpful at every possible opportunity. 5 stars to all of them. The 1 bdrm suite with two queen beds was ideal for us and was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small, dated, and shower heads need replacing - but water is hot. I really liked that the vanity was in the bedroom area so Mom could shower, while I did my makeup. My only complaint was that the sofa bed mattresses need replacing (you can feel the metal springs underneath them). Buffet breakfast was average, but I liked the variety. It is replenished fastidiously, so if a food item is running low, inform staff and it will be taken care of. Waffle station was my favourite! Restaurant is open until 11pm. We had dinner at the restaurant on our second night, including dessert (see pics). It s nice to have the shuttle and the restaurant and I am glad we stayed here because we didn t realize we would need them and it saved us time, money, and frustration having these amenities on site. I would confidently recommend for a 1-2 night stay. Tip: request room facing pool.
a pitcher of orange juice (10 - servings) at $3 each cames to $30
Worst check in experience in my whole life. A rude and unhelpful front desk officer and "i guess she is the manager on duty" was sunday after midnight 8.20
Rooms are great. Clean. Spacious.
Housekeepers were so helpful and nice.
Love this place! Very nice rooms, comfy beds, and great customer service.
Friendly and helpful staff...great space...better than your average hotels. Microwave oven and other amenities. However, money blocked on card for expenses still not accessible 3 days after checking out.
worst hotel ever i dont recommend this one at all its just wast of money
Stay there before it's all clean Staff is always friendly Close to the airport and they will pick you up The bar and restaurant was good When I go back to Orlando Florida I will be staying there
Wasn't what I'm used too. Staff was friendly but rooms are dingy, sinks are clogged and dust around the rooms. And also a wet mildew feeling in the rooms.
The room was nice. TV in the living area and in the bed room makes for convenient locations for family. The toilet and shower room is small and the shower had poor pressure and temperature. The dining was good and reasonably priced.
Felt like it was a bit "meh" for a Sheraton... I scored a great last minute rate on their app, and felt good about the price paid.
The transportation in the morning was not well organized and waiting for a family to go on the 4:30 AM shuttle (we left at 4:45 AM) caused me to be rushed for my 6:20 AM flight... Others were vocalizing their frustration in waiting as well.
Rooms were great, good amount of space. Good for families with children. The only thing I can complain about is the bed sheets. No elastic.. fell off the bed everytime we slept and exposed the bed which doesnt always sit well with me. Beds rate like 7/10. Feather pillows which isnt my favorite but were comfortable to sleep with. Hotel bar was great. Good bartenders! Made our Christmas eve dinner!!
Old hotel, staff unwillingly. I did not like it ...
Nice hotel, nice rooms. Liked the split fam room and bedrooms. nice decor and comfy bed. Good lobby service.
I am cautious in giving anyone a 1 Star. However; I feel this incidents warrant it. I am very brand loyal to Marriott. I understand the booking process and cancellation fees. I also travel a significant amount for work and my bookings are completed through a third party vendor.
First of all be advised the cancellation fee for this property is extremely high at $167. Due to unforeseen reasons I had to change my hotel due to travel issues and needing to be closer to a certain area the next morning. I was charged the cancellation fee at no fault of the hotel. The issue arises when the travel agency contacted the hotel and a represented said that I would not be charged due to multiple factors.
After long emails, calls to Marriott and having the travel agency speak with the GM of the hotel. The Sheraton is refusing to waive the fee.
Again I understand processes however the fact the hotel went against their original decision is the most concerning issue.
This Sheraton is on the downswing. Quality is poor, unlike any Sheraton I've ever been to. Convenient location with excellent lounge & restaurant. Nice exercise room, although small & cramped. Nice looking pool, but didn't have time to use, so can't say more. Stayed at many Sheratons for their room quality. This time must've been a fluke. Room was comparable to Motel 8.
Nice rooms, comfy bedding. I did not even feel like I was in a hotel room. Shuttle to and from the airport, left right on time.
The stay was great, the only inconvenience was that the living room TV was out of order and the microwave had greasy fingerprints on the number pad of the previous person who stayed in the room.
Cancelled our reservation because our card was declined but did not call us to let us know. Left us stranded in a city we are not from. Left Hollywood Studios park in Orlando early to check in a swim in the pool and we weren t able to do either. Terrible experience don t recommend reservations.
Infested with ants, when I woke my toothbrush was crawling with ants, but suite was beautiful and comfortable.
Great location for airport access with plenty of dining options nearby, many even in walking distance. Staff is pleasant and attentive to requests - rooms even smell freshly cleaned.
The bed need to be upgrading and my room has a bad ordered
Our room felt damp and musty, that's with the AC running all night. The pool area could use some work. The divider between the outdoor and indoor pool area was falling apart and the hot tub water has a brown tinge to it.
Staying one night at the Sheraton and then flying out in the morning. Excellent experience. Everyone was friendly. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.
Great one night stay. The only issue was ants in the bathroom.
Very nice suite, the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, I would say, the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, and the pillows, just right softness.
We ordered the room service for dinner for 2 person, I just had a salad, was quite expensive, $88, and the value is just not there. The quality and value of the food could be improved.
But the hotel seems clean,it is kind off the road a little bit, so it's not full of noise. I like it to stay at a quiet and clean facility when the city is full of tourist trap, the suite we stayed was roomy, I would definitely stay again when I come to Orlando again.
Pros:
-Friendly employees
-Great indoor/outdoor pool
-Large room with separate living/sleeping areas
-Nice lobby/restaurant area
-Lots of restaurants very close
Cons:
-$10/night parking. There are many hotels nearby that do not charge this.
-No kitchen area; just a mini-fridge (no freezer) and a microwave.
-Housekeeping. 1) You can hang a tag on your door to refuse room service in exchange for points or food voucher (great idea!). I did this the first couple days, but then stopped hanging the tag. However, I kept getting the vouchers (and no housekeeping) for the remainder of my 19-day stay. I called 3 times asking, please stop leaving vouchers, I want daily service. It never stopped. I had to call and request housekeeping each day. 2) One day I called and asked for a full turn-down because I had cut my ear and left a few drops of blood on the pillow case. They came, cleaned the room and left the fresh linens card on the bed, but the blood stained pillow case was still there. I told the house keeper this, and she said no, I personally changed the linens. This was not true. She then changed the linens.
-My room was big, with nice appointments, but a little run down; the wallpaper seams were visible, and the carpet had a couple stains.
-Maintenance. The toilet in my room would continue to run after being flushed. I called 3 times to request maintenance; if they attempted to fix it, they failed.
It's a great 5 star Hotel close to the airport. The restaurant has great food and great prices at the bar. Friendliest staff you will ever encounter.
Fine airport hotel for a night, but not for a vacation or a business stay beyond a night. Charge for parking, quirky layout of rooms, etc. Acceptable but not great
Keep getting conflicting info from the front desk. Checkout time. Shuttle schedule. Annoying.
Heated pool was cold they shut the heater off on Saturday , no shuttle service was offered to any attractions. poorly run hotel .
Awesome customer service!! Thanks for everything!!
Rooms are showing their age and signs of wear & tear.
Clean. Great room- comfortable- good service
Crazy that they charge for parking.
Love Sheraton, that is why I am a SPG/Marriott Bonvoy Member.
Nice to have our own suites with balconies and the early check in, late check out.
the restaurant was awesome, the french toast with the breakfast buffet is out of this world and the staff is on point.
AC issue, but they moved me to new room and nice stay
It was conviently located in a plaza of hotels. The transport from the airport comes upon request. Breakfast is not included but all food options in the hotel and the surrounding area are very good. A nice touch was that they had apples and water in the gym.
Quiet, clean, comfortable, very friendly staff from night desk person on. Highly recommended!
Very comfortable rooms, the only bad thing is that they charge the parking lot at night
Stayed only one day for a layover. Great location, very close to the airport. They offer a shuttle which is nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect size and clean. It had a refrigerator and microwave. Overall very satisfied.
Had to stay at the hotel when my flight got cancelled, the hotel receptionist was very helpful in accomodating my large family and very patient. The hotel is showing its age. You can see some signs of wear and tear. The rooms are large and comfortable. If you want the latest tvs, and equipment. This hotel isnt for you, but if you just want a nice large comfortable room to sleep. This hotel is good enough.
We've stayed here a few times. The rooms are clean and the staff is always friendly
Typical Sheraton suites hotel.
Massive rooms with loads of space (I'm a European so maybe they aren't massive to locals).
The bed was very comfy and a nice powerful shower, better than some I've had in the past.
The service at the front desk, the bar, room service breakfast was always friendly and efficient.
Good free WiFi even in the rooms.
The most important comment I can make is that I pleased at observing the staff thoroughly sanitizing the lobby, lounge....I am stage 4 cancer so very picky. It wasn't as modern as I thought it would be but suite was immaculent and large. Pool area was nice. The shuttle to the airport didn't start until 7 a.m. so company that was visiting made other arrangements but other than that they enjoyed sitting by fireplace in lounge visiting.
Stayed here while working out of town...really nice!
I totally underestimated the restaurant in the hotel. We were planning to eat outside, but the rain has started to pour down so we decided to eat here, which was a fantastic choice!
Very helpful staff with very clean rooms, dining and beverages on sight, and transportation to and from airport.
Great location .. very close to Orlando airport
... love this property
Great rooms
.. great food
.. great people / service one receives
Wonderful stay. Our room was very clean, which I was pleasantly surprised to find.Staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Lots of room in the suite, comfortable beds and linens. Did not get to visit the pool but enjoyed our rest before catching an early flight.
Good hotel. Great food and nice bar. Friendly staff
nice hotel with nice large rooms. the breakfast buffet is a good value at $15.
