Sheraton Suites Fairplex Review

The workers there were nice and very helpful. They helped me find where i needed to go. I will definitely be back.

Accommodating...Most accommodating! Or perhaps I was so happy to see my brother shine like a star @ the NA convention held there I might've gave the same high marks if it was held at a MOTEL 6. Not really... everything about the Sheraton FAIRPLEX was.... Stellar!

The hotel is great! My only complaint is the elevator is only on one side of the hotel and my room was the opposite side of it. Otherwise this is a great hotel.

The Sheraton Fairplex Conference Center was fantastic. It's a very nice and friendly venue.

I was there for a meeting and lunch. The food was tasty (I had the flat-iron steak. Alternates being salmon [don't know if it was wild-caught, so I didn't choose it] and butternut squash ravioli-- not gluten-free). Small problem getting steak knives... But, overall, it was a very good experience!

I came here for a convention and did not stay at the hotel, so I can't describe how staying there really is. However, I enjoyed the service and think that the property is well taken care of.

The staff, NURSES n doctors, n PATH staff (Appriana) are an AWESOME TEAM of Godly Angel's who show genuine care for wellnes

We went to the conference Hall for my medical school lunch mixer. It was a really nice environment. The bathrooms are really clean and new. The food was pretty good as well :)

It is an absolutely amazing establishment. The rooms are spacious and it's like s home away from home. The staff are very nice and extremely helpful. It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I would definitely visit again, as well as recommend to just about everyone.

The conference venue is really nice. The food was okay and was slightly bland, but overall good. The cash bar/staff was good

Amazing experience. I have never stayed at a Sheraton property, until now. John at the front desk made for an awesome check in experience. The room was amazing! Comfortable and clean. The surrounding area has a park to vosot, especially if you have kids. The pool was well maintained and clean. All around enjoyable experience. I usually stay at Marriots even after the merger. I might have to start staying at these more often!

Quiet property and decent sized room for the money.

We were there for a conference and they ran out of food and out if coffee. The food was below average and expensive, I would not waist my money on the food here.

Fantastic room, great service, and even had a free shuttle running from the hotel to the fairplex for warped tour. The driver was amazing

Visited the conference center to support my sister in the Pro Starr Cup. The center was set up in an organized fashion that made it easy to find the event, it was set up well, plenty of room, friendly staff.

The facilities are awesome and the staff is very helpful.

Best hotel in Pomona. Rooms are all single bedroom suits. Staff is courteous and place is clean.

The hotel was nice but our room phone didn't work. Then, we were told that we'd have complimentary WiFi, which I needed for work. When I called the front desk about it, they told me that they didn't know what to do about it and advised me to call the party who booked the room. Otherwise, the front desk personal had great restaurants recommendations and we're friendly.

Had a comped one night stay in the wonderful hotel. Had a bit of trouble connecting a chrome cast to the hotel internet, but the staff was very helpful and got it working in no time.

Conference center restrooms were atrocious. Everything else was ok

Unfortunatly the power went out the first night we were there but the hotel staff did its best to take care of us. Its a great place to stay and very nice inside. It worked for us since we were vendors at the Pomona FairPlex and we were able to walk to our show that was hosted there. Every one was extremely nice and accommodating.

My room was very nice, modern. Elevators are lousy. EACH person must out own key, causing most users to miss floor. Lots of complaints from guests about this. Also, min. $10 up to $100 for wifi use! Most hotels now include free. Lots of rooms labeled for "SPG" ONLY, and guest around me with free newspaper, except me. If they wanted to make it Clear I'm not a preferred guest, mission accomplished. Guess my nite rates charge wasn't in there best Interest. Also, it's inside of Fairplex Pomona so if their is an event at Fairplex, probably not a fun hotel to be in. . My two cents.

Rooms are nice, friendly staff, super close to the Fairplex. Not too far from the freeway

I went through the VIP entrance to the LA County Fair. The workers were very nice and showed me all the fun places to go.
