Aloha! Good place to have a wedding reception. Lots of room even from parties up to 200 people. Food and steaks are delicious. Great people.
The hotel is very nice and the staff is great. The only reason I am rating with 4 stars is because of the internet. If you don't need to work, it is not that bothersome. Slow but available if you are patient. however, if you work remotely the internet here is absolutely dreadful...
The conference center was very clean, the staff was helpful with our Pharmacy school white coat event. The bathrooms were clean and we'll stocked, although the toilets need to flush stronger. The reception after our event was well staffed with snack foods and water. Great venue for events!
Very friendly and attentive staff. Great location for events. Spacious, clean room. Very good restaurant on site.
I love this hotel! great rooms, tons of space, and the staff is fantastic!!!!
Beautiful, clean, spacious rooms... Awesome price on Priceline.
After a long day out arrived back to the hotel to get our second complementary surprise a bottle of champagne and chocolates.
Bathrooms are a little weird, very small: this seems to be a trend in all modern hotels for some reason.
Also, no lock-hole on a door with a latch. One doesn't expect this in rooms of such expense.
Rooms are big, comes with a living room area separating the bedroom. It is a true suite. It was a good location for me. Hotels had a lot of amenities but did not have time to use them. The only gripe is that the WiFi is not free, to use free WiFi you have to get an access code at the front desk via your SPG account. I would have expected a web portal for login instead of needing to go throughthe front desk.
Great experience, the staff were friendly and waiting to help.
Was there to shoot a wedding. Staff was cool 10/10 would recommend
Sheraton Fairplex Hotel is a great place. Went there for the LA County Fair and the place was beautiful. Enjoyed the time there a lot and recommend it to a lot of people.
Had a convenient vip entrance to the fair. It's great if you have little ones because you can bring them back to the room to nap before heading back again for more fun!
Overall, nice venue with good parking. Catering staff was courteous and attentive. However, common areas and restrooms needed some attention.
They provide easy and convenient parking for the L A County Fair and other events at the Fair grounds!
My sister stayed here on a business trip. Refurbed hotel, it was very quiet when we were there.
Came here to attend a professional event at the conference room. Beautiful interior and plenty of parking spaces.
The conference center was really nice and it looks like it's updated. The restrooms didn't look dated.
Was not an overnight guest, but instead attended their Easter buffet. The servers were attentive enough with drinks (they were quite busy), the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere fitting of the price. Their custom omelette bar is a must-visit. One of their servers was tending to tables dressed as the Easter Bunny, making for fun photo opportunities.
My visit was actually using the hotel entrance to the LA County Fair, we Ubered there and the entrance was easy and quick.
This hotel is a hidden gem located midst a grove of mature tropical trees and foliage. The room was clean and spacious and the bed definitely was a dream.
The food was fairly solid overall, but the staff more than made up for it with their kindness towards my family and me.
Very formal. Staff was very attentive. Was here for a wedding and the halls are gorgeous. Can not comment on rooms as I did not stay there.
Clean. Food is good. Comfortable place to stay. They have a farm to table meals. Staff are frendly.
Excellent stay. Clean room, friendly staff, and the perfect location.
I attended the Glenkirk Women's Christmas Celebration. It was beautifully decorated and the food was delicious. Overall, my experience was wonderful.
Was their for an event. Great space and large room. Perfect.
I enjoyed the clearness of presentation of subject matter that was new to me. The environment was very comfortable and friendly.
The room, which ended up being a suite, was very nice. Spacious, clean, even a small kitchenette. Beds very comfy. The reason I am only giving it 4 stars is because the outrageously priced breakfast buffet is a joke! Go to any Best Western, Holiday Inn Express, or Hampton Inn and you will get a much better breakfast, FREE. This one cost $20 and was mediocre at best.
The conference center was the perfect venue for our event. Adequate parking, excellent meeting and presentation rooms.
There was ample parking. The conference building was very large and spacious and comfortable. Could be cleaner (carpets stains). Overall good place for conferences/trainings
I work here, I m bias lol I enjoi working here so I care about the service I offer people. If I see you I will make sure your well taken care of. Stop on In!
It's a cute spot. The concierge is very helpful and rooms were much larger and updated than expected. I will definitely stay here again.
The rooms were big and soooo nice! I loved it! The week we stayed, there was conference going on (I believe) but we never had an issue with parking. The front desk agent, Lucinda, is so kind and gave us such great customer service at check in! Housekeeping staff was awesome! I definitely recommend & will definitely be back in the future.
Very nice. Great customer service, and beautifully decorated. Nice amenities in the rooms.
Parked there for an event, great instruction and staff understanding of our needs.
Front desk and Valet were very Friendly and Professional
Very nice facility and Good quality food was provided (I'm not sure if Sheraton provided it). Plentiful (but sunny and disorganized) parking. Comfortable.
Excellent rooms and very clean and tidy and comfortable beds...
Very friendly staff. Nice facility, but use use a bit more in the upkeep department.
Came to the conference center for a deaf event for my daughter's class in American Sign Language
We stay every year for the drag races and stay in club suite room. It is always great. Hotel staff is excellent
Perfect size. I have been to plenty of hotels for events and this is by far my favorite one. workers are very professional and it has a professional yet homie feel. The conference rooms are nice and have an easily visible room name placement.
Stayed at the sheraton for 3 days, 2 nights to attend a conference at Western University. Stayed in a suite with 3 other gentlemen which was nicely furnished. There was a main bedroom with 2 double beds, and a living room with a pullout sofa. The washroom connected the bedroom and the livingroom, next to the minibar/fridge. The full bath was very nice, with a generously sized tub.
There was free parking which was a big plus. However, WiFi was not complimentary ($10/night), nor was breakfast ($16 for continental, or you can order off the menu). Our receptionist, Briana, was very gracious and helpful, giving us A+ service.
I was here for a professional event. The staff was helpful and the event was a great success.
What a gorgeous Hotel this was with the separate living room comfortable beds and great service I even had a lovely meal with designer cocktails in their Lounge ice was very close by my room as well the bathroom was very nice and I sure enjoyed my bubble bath I will be back to this hotel in the future
Incredibly lovely venue. The food served was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice location
Beautiful hotel located adjacent to the Fairplex, which has different events nearly every weekend, home to the LA County Fair every September. It also houses both large (actual) and model trains, the NHRA Museum, Millard Sheets Art Center More
Beautiful ballroom. The room was nice and comfy as well.
Not typically a big fan of Sheraton, but the room, bar and staff were excellent - save giving me my second spare key to my neighbor and meeting the husband when all that was coming out of his mouth was a toothbrush.
Went here for a wedding. It was fairly large. Decent place.
I was just their for prom but what I saw it was Magnificent
This hotel is fabulous. The front desk staff is very friendly and hospitable, and the facilities are well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel.
This place was incredible, staff was attentive & humble, architecture was extremely beautiful.
I was very disappointed in their reservation system and their inability to correct mistakes. We'd had a wedding party stay there with one of our party responsible for setting up reservations. When it came to adding names to rooms, the reservations department was unable to help but could change a name, however not the one that made the reservation and even when told the name was changed, it was not. Additionally, when the person within our party that arranged the rooms decided that she and her family weren't going to stay and cancelled her reservation (making sure it was the reservation on a Friday night which included 2 children in the room which she was told it was by the staff), the reservation that was cancelled was the room on Saturday night that she arranged for the bride and groom for their wedding night. Due to another large function at the hotel, the manager was unable to provide a room and could not find a comparable room close-by nor could offer any assistance with the cost of said room (even a discount for the SNAFU would have been appreciated as the room he could find was at a Best Western that wasn't in as nice of an area and cost more that the original reservation). I was also disappointed with the size of the rooms and the layout of the room. It was not up to the ADA specifications that I could see, from button placement in the elevator to where the thermostat was in the room. I stayed Saturday night in a less expensive motel which showed more concern for their customer than the Sheraton Fairplex had shown. This is not what is expected from such a highly regarded brand name in the lodging industry.
I loved the room layout. Lots of doors to section of different parts of the room. Ideal for a group who has different bedtimes or just wants to have separation for any reason. The room could be sectioned off into 4 areas: bedroom, living room area, toilet/shower area, and sink area. The room was very dark, not in lighting, but in the wall color. Very nice facility. We upgraded to the club level and had a really nice buffet of nice fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurts, pastries, etc.
