The hotel is very nice and the staff is great. The only reason I am rating with 4 stars is because of the internet. If you don't need to work, it is not that bothersome. Slow but available if you are patient. however, if you work remotely the internet here is absolutely dreadful...

The conference center was very clean, the staff was helpful with our Pharmacy school white coat event. The bathrooms were clean and we'll stocked, although the toilets need to flush stronger. The reception after our event was well staffed with snack foods and water. Great venue for events!

Bathrooms are a little weird, very small: this seems to be a trend in all modern hotels for some reason.
Also, no lock-hole on a door with a latch. One doesn't expect this in rooms of such expense.

Rooms are big, comes with a living room area separating the bedroom. It is a true suite. It was a good location for me. Hotels had a lot of amenities but did not have time to use them. The only gripe is that the WiFi is not free, to use free WiFi you have to get an access code at the front desk via your SPG account. I would have expected a web portal for login instead of needing to go throughthe front desk.

Was not an overnight guest, but instead attended their Easter buffet. The servers were attentive enough with drinks (they were quite busy), the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere fitting of the price. Their custom omelette bar is a must-visit. One of their servers was tending to tables dressed as the Easter Bunny, making for fun photo opportunities.

The room, which ended up being a suite, was very nice. Spacious, clean, even a small kitchenette. Beds very comfy. The reason I am only giving it 4 stars is because the outrageously priced breakfast buffet is a joke! Go to any Best Western, Holiday Inn Express, or Hampton Inn and you will get a much better breakfast, FREE. This one cost $20 and was mediocre at best.

The rooms were big and soooo nice! I loved it! The week we stayed, there was conference going on (I believe) but we never had an issue with parking. The front desk agent, Lucinda, is so kind and gave us such great customer service at check in! Housekeeping staff was awesome! I definitely recommend & will definitely be back in the future.

Perfect size. I have been to plenty of hotels for events and this is by far my favorite one. workers are very professional and it has a professional yet homie feel. The conference rooms are nice and have an easily visible room name placement.

Stayed at the sheraton for 3 days, 2 nights to attend a conference at Western University. Stayed in a suite with 3 other gentlemen which was nicely furnished. There was a main bedroom with 2 double beds, and a living room with a pullout sofa. The washroom connected the bedroom and the livingroom, next to the minibar/fridge. The full bath was very nice, with a generously sized tub.

There was free parking which was a big plus. However, WiFi was not complimentary ($10/night), nor was breakfast ($16 for continental, or you can order off the menu). Our receptionist, Briana, was very gracious and helpful, giving us A+ service.

Beautiful hotel located adjacent to the Fairplex, which has different events nearly every weekend, home to the LA County Fair every September. It also houses both large (actual) and model trains, the NHRA Museum, Millard Sheets Art Center More

Not typically a big fan of Sheraton, but the room, bar and staff were excellent - save giving me my second spare key to my neighbor and meeting the husband when all that was coming out of his mouth was a toothbrush.

I was very disappointed in their reservation system and their inability to correct mistakes. We'd had a wedding party stay there with one of our party responsible for setting up reservations. When it came to adding names to rooms, the reservations department was unable to help but could change a name, however not the one that made the reservation and even when told the name was changed, it was not. Additionally, when the person within our party that arranged the rooms decided that she and her family weren't going to stay and cancelled her reservation (making sure it was the reservation on a Friday night which included 2 children in the room which she was told it was by the staff), the reservation that was cancelled was the room on Saturday night that she arranged for the bride and groom for their wedding night. Due to another large function at the hotel, the manager was unable to provide a room and could not find a comparable room close-by nor could offer any assistance with the cost of said room (even a discount for the SNAFU would have been appreciated as the room he could find was at a Best Western that wasn't in as nice of an area and cost more that the original reservation). I was also disappointed with the size of the rooms and the layout of the room. It was not up to the ADA specifications that I could see, from button placement in the elevator to where the thermostat was in the room. I stayed Saturday night in a less expensive motel which showed more concern for their customer than the Sheraton Fairplex had shown. This is not what is expected from such a highly regarded brand name in the lodging industry.

I loved the room layout. Lots of doors to section of different parts of the room. Ideal for a group who has different bedtimes or just wants to have separation for any reason. The room could be sectioned off into 4 areas: bedroom, living room area, toilet/shower area, and sink area. The room was very dark, not in lighting, but in the wall color. Very nice facility. We upgraded to the club level and had a really nice buffet of nice fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurts, pastries, etc.
