I visited for the Modern Pentathlon! Very organized!

Great hotel, very clean and well taken care of not too expensive great employees I've stayed there whenever i visit L A area

Great room but I really hated the extra firm mattress... It was like sleeping on a slightly padded rock. Also, the hotel restaurant was very meh for what was served, overpriced burnt, and drowned in horseradish.

Clean, quiet, excellent service, room was spacious and the TV/internet was excellent as well.

Great atmosphere..Friendly Staff..BEAUTIFUL place to stay at..its a little paradise with BEAUTIFUL tall palm trees...flowers and trees..i loved it all..

Easy to find location, plenty of parking and shuttles. There were good food places available. The area was clean and attractive.

Room was nice , staff and service was pretty good. Layout of the hotel means you might have to walk a bit to get to your room .

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in a while. The staff is professional and attentive. The rooms are clean and updated. The beds are very comfortable. They have a great convention center as well with all the up to date amenities you would ever need to have a successful conference!

Room was very spacious and kept clean when out. Front desk was very responsive to requests such as extra pillows.

They have a program where they give you cash vouchers if you don't have room service come in. I don't particularly like people cleaning my room, so it's a win win

The facilities were more than adequate and the staff was professional and respectful.

Stay here every week for work. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice toiletries. Lots of space. Good bar and restaurant. Lots of parking. Pool, steam room and gym.

The rooms are great for the average price of a room. The pool area is perfect.

Nice place to stay in California, although it is a bit far from the center of Los Angeles, the buffet that they offer you along with daily starbucks is excellent and the receptionists are very friendly and speak several languages.

Want to spend the night in the dark, no air conditioning, no generator for emergency power to light the way to the stairs for evacuation purposes? Sound like a good time to anyone? Well if it does, oh, I forgot one more minor detail . . . for this good time it will cost you between 250.00 to 350.00 per night. Well if this sounds like a good time to you then the Sheraton Hotel at the Pomona Fairplex is the place for you! No amount of "the rooms are nice, great beds, nice pool" trumps basic safety! We were without any power and generator non-functioning for almost an hour. No hall lights to light the way to the stairs, no call from the staff, no delivery of flashlights, nothing! I work in a hospital where we are bombarded by surveys almost on a weekly basis (as we should be), so it totally blows my mind to see first hand this blatant disregard for hundreds to thousands of people's lives. The entire Sheraton Hotel organization should be put on "Immediate Jeopardy", doors locked, business suspended until they get basic safety measures in place. As a side note, while lurking in the dark hallway searching for another human being who might know what was going on, I spoke to a gentleman who has been staying at this Sheraton for a week; he shared that this is the third time this has occurred in the week! Isolated, freak occurrence??? No way! Middle America, vote with your money and choices - Sheraton is NOT the only game in town, send Corporate a message loud and clear, your profits and stocks are down because we expect to be treated better, basic safety measures are not too much to ask for! One star is too high of a rating for these bumbling fools but it's required by Google in order to have your review posted. Hey Google, you know the number line goes both ways, how about giving us a negative number option on the scale???

love coming here, staff so nice. rooms are big. comfy bed. love it. wish i could live there.

Great place to have a conference. Great support staff.

Outside dinner experience by the pool. Very well set up from the ambiance to the table clothes to the fine silverware, the food was delicious. Served in four courses. Excellent service and happy faces by the staff.

Could not believe the incredible service and fantastic tasting food in the restaurant

Bathrooms were full of garbage in the convention center ... Employees lied about the so called FREE wifi in the convention center.

Parking situation is confusing, otherwise its a nice facility.

This place is in fantastic they have great rooms very professional staffthey will help you with any problems you have no questions asked if you're looking for a place to stay this and the restaurant is fantastic all-natural their steaks are great

It's nice, I liked the thought process behind the handicap ramp, motion doors, and the use of space in the restroom.
Can't speak for the ballrooms but, if they're planned by the same ppl, I can only expect the same superior design.
Someone got it right!

Conference rooms were nice, and staff was professional. It was a great place to attend a conference.

My visit was for an interview for a job. The hotel was beautiful and clean. I even had natural water with strawberries in the lobby.

Awesome room, good rate, plentiful parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was well maintained, but the steam room was a bit on the sad side. It wasn't bad, but was more like a steam closet. The elevator was a bit of an ordeal as it required inserting you room card into it and often seemed non responsive so you just kinda ride up and down for a while. This is a good place to stay for easy access to the surrounding area.

Would definitely be willing to attend another conference here.

I was here for a company holiday party. The decor, food, and service were all excellent.

We thoroughly enjoy our visit at McKinley's Grille everytime we come to eat here...Javier (mgr) and his staff are AWESOME. The food is ALWAYS fresh and savory. The service is always pleasant and you would greeted with friendly, warm and sincere smile.

Great hotel.... We love there beds they are so comfortable. We will come back!

Really nice place and friendly. My only complaint is the food is terrible and priced Ridiculous for the quality and amount. Find some place else to eat.

Hotel and room were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was awful and way overpriced. Eggs were runny and french toast was cold and stale. Service was just ok. Very disappointed for the amount paid and will not eat there again.

Decent hotel, not really worth the price in my opinion though.

Wall outlets were all out of reach so it was inconvenient to charge and use devices while charging. We needed to rely on an extension cord the whole time. Room was clean and bed was comfortable though. We needed to unplug some lamps to use an outlet and it made the room very dim

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were comfortable! The 10$ a person breakfast was worse then the breakfast you get as a poor kid in elementary school. The wonderful night was followed by a terrible morning

Nice place to stay but they charge ya for everything... Wi-Fi was $15.. who charges for Wi-Fi anymore??

The rooms are nicely set up with separation between bedroom and living area. Room is clean and nicely furnished. Only issue I have is the water pressure in my room is a bit low but acceptable.

Very convenient location when traveling from far away and needing to be in the area for the LA County fair, be it to work, perform, or just to visit and enjoy the events.

Really nice and kept up hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and will help you out with whichever concerns or questions you may have.

it was our Dog Club annual specialty banquet. Facility was clean and attractive; although, prepare for a walk if you park at the hotel. This building is behind the hotel a fair distance away. The banquet food not what one would expect for $65 a plate. My steak was okay, but others at my table said theirs was tough. The pre-dinner snacks were great!! Why couldn't the dinner be as good?? mashed potatoes with raw carrots in them?? I only came for the banquet dinner, so cannot speak to the hotel rooms.

Rooms are very nice and the lobby is very clean with comfortable lounging areas.

Bar claimed they were closing at 10:30pm, ended up closing at 11. Other than that, no complaints.

The dinner was delicious. The fundraiser had plenty of space and I enjoyed the evening!

Had a job conference here. A beautiful building and hotel.
