The hotel was nice but our room phone didn't work....

The hotel was nice but our room phone didn't work. Then, we were told that we'd have complimentary WiFi, which I needed for work. When I called the front desk about it, they told me that they didn't know what to do about it and advised me to call the party who booked the room. Otherwise, the front desk personal had great restaurants recommendations and we're friendly.
