Very clean hotel, with pool, sauna, and fitness center. Room I had was spacious, with a king size bed, couch (which pulls out as a bed!), desk, fridge, microwave, and 2 TV's.

Attended for hosting an international summer camp. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful and the facilities are excellent

Great place albeit the fence makes the location a little daunting, it's probably safe. Spacious and extremely luxurious interior makes this place fantastic for attendees and event organizers alike!

Staff is very helpful. Facilities are nice. Wifi is over priced for not a lot of speed. Very close to the Conference center that is also nice with helpful staff. Verizon data is spotty at the conference center. Parking is plentiful. Bar and restaurant is very nice.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are very polite and attentive. The beds are very comfortable. I recommend this location.

Very conveniently located in downtown Los Angels. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet.

This isn't in regards to quality of room, but quality of hired personnel.
Needed to book a room for a client through the company I work for last minute and had to jump through hoops. Requested the king suite for one person and got booked a double. Called to change, Kristen told me that that isn't possible. Asked to speak to the manager who helped but told me I'd have to call back the next day and speak to Stacy in reservations for a credit card authorization. Spoke to Stacy who made it a problem to send the authorization due to my email address, then put her on hold to get another email address only for her to hang up on me. Called back to finally get the CC authorization I've been trying to get for 24 hours and once she sent it said that it'll take ten minutes. (10 minutes for an email? ok) For a company that markets toward traveling business people - they make it quite complicated. Not to mention, no one was polite when I spoke to them over the phone. When I questioned why - 1. they couldn't change the room 2. why it's taking so long to get a cc authorization 3. all the other questions i had - they proceeded to be argumentative to show that they were right and I was wrong. I book hotels for guests all the time and this was the worse response I've received. (especially when looking to book the most expensive room they offer.) Next time I'll take the business elsewhere. Word to management: Re-train Stacy and Kristen with better customer service. This is the hospitality industry, isn't it?

Location was not convinient but there isnt much that can be done about that. There were no problems with the rooms or the service, but nothing spectacular either.

The staff are wonderfully friendly. A very warm place to stay and very secure with good food and drinks on the premises.

A great place to stay while we were passing through Pomona. Very clean hotel and the staff was excellent. The onsite restaurant was excellent and we were happy eating in during our stay.

Went in to get information about hosting events at the venue. The staff was friendly and response. Someone showed us around the campus and took time to answer our questions.

It was not what one is accustomed to receive in other hotels of the Sheraton chain, at least in Argentina the service is completely different. In the rooms you have to pay for Wi-Fi separately. Very few elements for the shower and several other things that do not match their price. The security system of the room cards every day we had to change them.

I have been to many events and a weekly meeting of Rotary. The facility is always clean the staff professional and the food good.

More of a destination resort feel than your typical hotel. Pool is large enough to swim laps. Lovely grounds. Convenient location. Playground and park next door.

The location is easy to get to just off the 10 fwy. The rooms are absolutely modern and gorgeous. I got a suite and it was very spaces. The hotel was so kind enough to provide a crib to my room for my baby! The staff never once pestered me for a tip like most hotels do so I felt happy to tip them of their services. The hotel 8s clean and we'll kept.

I went for a wedding and the parking was not a hassle with lots of space. The food wasn't that great although the salad was okay

The Sheraton fairplex is a great place to hold a social gathering.

I attended a business meeting on this hotel and its pretty good for the same. Plenty of parking. No hassle.

Started out LOVELY. The rooms are great, the service was great, the location is quite....then, we wake up this morning to all of the power being out, us almost missing our flight AND taking a cold shower. What a shame, would come back here but, after all we hot was an apology and no type of recourse, I think I'll pass

The convention facility was suitable. But we had to walk through the hotel and across a parking lot to get to it. Weird that the staff didn't just have is part next to the convention area.

Fast check in. Clean facilities and conference center. Friendly staff.

It is a very nice and spacious. The staff were excellent as well. Always enjoy attending training and conferences there.

I had a chance to attend a private event in the outdoor patio area and quite surprised on how well it was put together. Other than the heat the venue was great

Machine wouldn't swipe my card and there was no other option for them to accept payments like other Marriotts.

The employees are all very nice and eager to please. The bar is big and has 10 beers on tap, not bad.

Visited for a holiday party. Convention room was plenty large enough, and service was good. Everything was clean. Food was also pretty good. Only complaint was the AC unit was blowing cold air hard, and it was never turned off after multiple people stated it was way too much and cold.

The beds are amazing. Between the pillows, comforter and sheets?! I fell fast asleep with a big smile on my face! Love every time I stay here!

This hotel is very good for conferences and big events. They have a nice meeting room and a side building for major events as well. The bathroom are a little small though, so be warned.

Went here for an annual conference. The food was fairly average and served buffet style. There was a closed bar with $8 drinks. I can't say this was much of an improvement over past events and it seems to have cost more overall.
