Great rooms, excellent concierge lounge and strong wifi. TVs are a little outdated but otherwise a great hotel.

Clean, spaceous room, quick guest room services, plenty of parking

Went here for the mother's day brunch. They put out a pretty nice selection. Pastas , crepes , steak , along with break fast essentials. Plus kids have their own mini buffet to go through. Asked my neice for a mini burger. Cuz why not

Soraya at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. The whole front desk tab was friendly and smiling. The computers the business center were frozen and thus unusable.

I was at the Sheraton to eat dinner at McKinley's Grille. It was a weeknight and there wasn't anything going on at Fairplex so there was plenty of parking and the restaurant was empty. It was 6:15pm on a Tuesday night and we were the only ones dining in the restaurant. The food was decent but I feel it was not worth the price. We had seared yellowfin that was slightly chewy and the ribeye was comparable to something you can get at Outback steakhouse. Food came out quickly but that was to be expected since we were the only ones in there.

Rooms were great. Beds were comfortable. All the staff was great. Food and drink was very tasty.

Was there for a company Christmas party. Prefessional and friendly staff. The wait staff was very attentive. Food was good. Overall a nice evening.

Attended a quinceanera, it was a beautiful wallpapered room with many beautiful chandeliers throughout. I was only a guest there, but the servers were very nice and accommodating and the Starbucks coffee bar was on point. The lobby and bathrooms were very clean, bathrooms were stocked with paper, was there for 7 hours and seen the bathrooms being cleaned at least twice. The only problem was that the conference room that the party was in was across from the bar so there were a few wandering drunks that got into the party room hitting on little girls! There were also a few drunk ladies from the bar trying to take free pictures in our rented photo booth, security and family members from the party were able to control those situations, so overall it was a good experience attending and event here.

Attended the Yager conference and the Sheraton employees were very nice and helpful.

Attended the conference center for a small work event. The staff was very professional and prompt. Food was good and replenished quickly. The California room was more than adequate for 60 people and the AV setup worked without a glitch.

Front desk was polite, lobby was nice and big, but the room was not what I expected. The shower got flooded, the refrigerator was dirty, found trash on sofa, headboard was loose so every movement, it made noise. And to top it off the tv and no internet. They gave you two water bottles but only one was free and the other one charged for 4 dollars. The area was nice I was just disappointed in the rooms.

Our meeting spaces were very comfortable for our large group of 100+ people. The food and snacks provided daily by the staff in between our meetings and events were delicious. The servers and bartenders were friendly, prompt, and patient.

The rooms were clean and well kept. Unfortunately, the HDMI port on the TV's were not usable.

Room was ok..Windows were dirty and outside tracts not cleaned with webs..spider on curtains..bathroom door stuck and handle was falling off. Staff is amazing

Such a beautiful hotel thats conveniently right on the fairplex grounds. Was going to a weekend event for business and the stay here was perfect.

We were missing a sheet and called for another one. Waited 30 minutes and no one came, they only brought it up after calling again

An elegant place all clean and tidy its buildings in good condition of construction has its conference rooms and some other rooms and good security attention.

The hall was big enough to accommodate a large party. The temperature was maintained well. Staff was great and very helpful. Cleanliness was good including the restrooms

Beautiful, natural setting gives this space graceful elligance...of the royal kind. Everything you want and expect from a 5 proformer.

Location is nice, would rate 5 Stars if it wasn't for the noisy generator equipment on the roof directly outside our room window, and the unannounced one-time $50 "dog room cleaning fee"

I attended a charity breakfast in their California Ballroom, and was very impressed. The room was very large, yet well lit. The wait staff were extremely courteous and attentive. I especially appreciated that the bathroom facilities were clean, well stocked, and also well lit. (Dim bathrooms usually mean there is something to hide)

Found very easy to locate also a great invirement to conduct business.

A nice place, clean and recently remodeled. They cover all kinds of events and have ample parking. Good food and excellent service.

The facility was Christine and its cleanliness as well as looking professional in structure. Everything was relatively easy to find the bathrooms could have been cleaner one of the toilet seats was broken. Other than that the rooms were nice and it was all around an excellent experience. I would recommend it to friends and family

Employees using inappropriate language in front of my kids, referring to the people that have a business meeting today. They even laughed at my 2 year old tripping and hurting him self.

The rooms are very nice, but it's in the middle of nowhere and the WiFi signal isn't great on the club level

Lovely hotel located right next to the Pomona fairgrounds. The conference rooms are a great size and the interior of the hotel is amazing. The outside is very well kept with its beautiful plants and lighting.

Everything was great while attending a conference. The conference center is away from main hotel building, pleanty of friendly staff to assist.

I went to the Mckinley Grill Restaurant at the Sheraton for a breakfast meeting. The service was good and the food was tasty.
