Sheraton Suites Fairplex Review

There were many different buildings so it was a little difficult to get to where I needed to go at first. It was a nice facility though, and I enjoyed my time there.

Attended a church service there, had breakfast beforehand and the service was excellent from the staff.

Beautiful Hotel and landscape. Easy to get to from Frwy, Staff is helpful & Nice. Rooms r big.. The Living room has door that can be shut off from bedroom. Nice private area separate from bedroom..

Event was amazing. Hotel was clean and staff were pleasant.

The rooms were well kept and the staff were very pleasant.

A great place for a conference. The food was great and the meeting rooms were up to date and well maintained. Staff was experienced and helpful.

An amazing place and not far from downtown la and Pasadena

The food was great, but the service was very slow. My friends waited for hours just to order. It felt as if they were either unprepared or they were delaying us so we would buy more drinks.

The newly renovation of room was the most impressive piece during staying. The fee of the hotel are very reasoning for a bedroom that over 500 sq feet. There is a gym and club center you can chill and drink with people. I stayed at the second floor and had the great view to fairplex. Location is very convenience since it is close to i-10 and i-210, as well as the i-57. I really enjoyed my staying.

Having keycards to use the elevator is super annoying.

Very nice spacious and comfortable space for conventions and meetings.

Stayed here for the WRCCDC, great rooms and breakfast!

I love this Sheraton. The staff is very attentive and gracious. The rooms are huge and stocked with free water and other standard toiletries. It's also great for conferences.

It was a very nice evening at the Sheraton. They have a nice happy hour in the lounge. The bonus was the was an antique car show

Although stretched accross the massive fairplex, the Sheraton hotel provides great hotel rooms for the local area.

Went there for an event. Convocation ceremony for Western University of health and science's.

Great location for a party, but alcohol was ridiculously expensive.

Conference rooms are big & clean. Staff is friendly & helpful. I came for a meeting, but I would come back to stay!

Right now it is mainly used for a covid19 program for people who test positive, its a Dr and nurses here also

Great location--especially for the LA COUNTY Fair. Staff was definitely attentive! Food was great on property and rooms were your typical Sheraton. Not the newer Sheraton, but definitely clean and well kept!

Lovely suites, really enjoyed a nice quiet overnight stay. Had I known how great the place was, I would have booked the entire time there. Roomy suite with comfy couch and easy chair, a good work desk and lovely beds. Only bad point was the motel 6 like charging for Wi-Fi and the really cruddy snowy local channels.. How do you do that with digital tv?

The conference room I visited for a seminar was clean and the employees were helpful

Very beautiful hotel but for the price you would expect a better choice of amenities and free breakfast. And they advertised arrowhead water in the room for four dollars....bad choice. Lol

Good hospitality and beautiful city. I would recommend the Sheraton if you are looking for a place for your event.

In February my aunt had a make up convention there and I went as her model, while we were sleeping someone came into our room and stole ALL of our stuff. My car was stolen, the hotel did NOT seem to care not one bit. I would not recommend this to anyone. It was totally an inside job.

Beautiful, sound system great, food outstanding. Service crew polite and efficient.

Nice ball room, decent food, and easy to get too. An inoffensive, fairly average hotel conference.

Attended a high school graduation. The conference room was clean and spacious. Would attend again.

We were the DJs and did lighting for a wedding at this venue. I just had to leave 5 stars for the STAFF! All of them were very helpful! Extremely nice! They deserve more than a $0.50 California raise!

Went there for a wedding reception. The servers were friendly, but the overall device was slow. Food was decent.

Was surprised, the venue is in pomona but in an area that's beautiful and lush with greenery. The venue space provided for an outdoor wedding as well as the furnishings surprised and exceeded my expectations, the inside of the hotel lobby and rooms are beautiful and the decir lighting and food along with desert were just as delicious. I would highly consider planning my wedding at this location

Only used the conference rooms and they are nice. Good food.

Spacious environment. Ambience would probably depend on the actual event, and not on the owners of the hotel. However, overall the experience was fairly positive.

Had a blast coming for the convention center. Not the best hotel ive been to but definitely kept tidy. The conference center was huge allowing 500+ people easily

The staff was attentive and taking care of our requests promptly. Food was good and hot. The Congress hall was well lite and clean.

We stayed here to attend the Retro City Fest Gaming Expo. Despite being located in the same general structure we weren't allowed to walk directly to the exposition hall, which was annoying. Otherwise the hotel itself is wonderful and we are considering becoming members of their Preferred Guest club.

The service and everything was fantastic. But overall, the event was very, very, very expensive.

This is an all suites hotel in a nice location. It is a generic luxury hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The drain did not work well but otherwise no issues.

Everything was wonderfully clean and staff were very welcoming during our convention!
