Our suite was the best we have ever had. Huge! Staff was incredibly nice and the view was spectacular.

The rooms are nice and the facilities are ok. There are multiple hot tub areas which is great, but 1 pool that is overrun by kids and seems like an afterthought to the resort. They offer s'mores "for a sweet treat at the end of your day"...at 3pm. Yes, 3pm. It's a million degrees outside (August) and you'll be leaning over a searing gas flame with oddly curdled-looking marshmallows. The timing is bizarre to me, but s'mores are good regardless. There is construction all around the resort, so it makes navigating a little difficult (+ the construction workers are pretty rude). The staff was great with recommendations and providing supplies, and there are nice shops around and a reasonably priced park (carnival rides) on the grounds. Fun for kids, but otherwise I think this is probably a better resort in winter time.

Great room with awesome amenities! The check-in was quick and friendly. The room was clean, neat and provided us with everything we needed.

Went up to steamboat for a work trip and stayed at the Sheraton. The best location for a hotel! Head out the door and you re in the middle of the village. Stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was nicer than most two bedroom apartments! Bummed it was such a short trip but definitely going to stay again!

One of the better resorts in steamboat and right on gondola. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Room, service, spas, and everything was great. Only thing I disliked was the less advertised parking cost which is basically common at any resort and I didn t like they deactivated my keycard at 11am to get into the garage even though I had paid for it and extended for late check out. Once you leave garage on check out date, good luck getting back in. Luckily they reactivated my garage and I parked my car while we enjoyed lunch nearby. Lovely resort and modernized rooms!
