I came to the seminar, but there is no wifi. Even the instructor couldn't effectively lecture because the wifi connection was not available. The lunch box is large and tasteless.

One of the best i have stayed in. Always looking forward to stay here
The view is very good, the Italian food is delicious,
Service is also good.
The room itself is very good at the five star hotel itself. But it is in a building like a department store, art center, movie theater etc.
Although it is a little off the center, it is directly connected to the subway and is convenient for traveling. There are department stores, supermarkets, and cheap restaurants around.
The hotel staff was very kind. The club lounge was abundant with food and drinks from morning to evening.
The room is large and clean.
To get to the room, you must go to the lobby level of the hotel and transfer to the elevator for the room.
Room service, etc., was too poor to be a 5-star.
There is a reason that the price is a little cheaper.
We had a great experienced in this hotel when we were in Korea... the staffs specially the concierge had good english communication skills. They give proper informations for every places we want to visit....this hotel has an easy access to all means of transportation. Concierge staffs can also direct you properly with full details of the most visited places in Korea and provide you with a map. Good job and keep it up. More power. Note: And rooms are well cleaned.
It was a good stay.
The steam sauna bath was too good for relaxing fatigue.
I want to praise the quick check-in and out.
The Lounge Bar and Fist Buffet Restaurant is attractive. The club sandwich is wonderful!
The hotel elevator was inconvenient. Facilities were clean and breakfast was delicious.
I had to pay 5,000 won per person for lunch on weekdays and buy 5 pieces.
I smelled a mop in the cup and asked me to smell it, and I did not see the manager after I took the cup.
I see a cup in my cup to drink coffee.
This is where the basics go.
There is not a lot of food, and taste is less.
Never return to the inquiry.
It's more expensive than anywhere, so I often go for an afternoon tea set.
This time I had a lot of undesired desserts, smaller than usual, and a little bit loose, but I look forward to delicious next time. It's summer, so it's sour.
But the staff friendly and the view on the 41st floor is always good!
Great location, great service. The fact that it takes two lift journey to the room was a bit irritating.
Location is nice, room is okay, service good, facility a little lacking
If you sit toward Yeouido, you can enjoy a better view.
The Sheraton Seoul D Cube is located in Southwest Seoul, across the river from the metro area proper but still a short subway ride to most of the key attractions (Hongdae, Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, etc.). Best way to reach here from ICN is by airport limo bus (Approx 1 hour), and it'll drop you off in front of the door - doesn't get easier than that. Also, hard to miss the large, artistic shopping mall and huge tower of the hotel.
First thing you notice is the very small lobby area - well, it's not the lobby. It's a concierge desk that then directs you up to the lobby - At the TOP FLOOR of the hotel. Only place I've seen that does that. Regardless, I checked in at the executive lounge on the 38th floor - there was a small wait for the friendly lounge staff so I helped myself to the complimentary snacks (e.g. full spread of at least 50 dishes during evening hors d'orveus) and a drink or two. Was able to quickly get into my room, a nice suite overlooking the west? side of Seoul on the 38th floor. Lounge staff was also excellent at recommending a great Korean BBQ place across the street that was totally legit.
The room itself was spacious, well appointed, and luxurious. The bathroom had floor to ceiling windows over the city which was great when waking up in the morning. Bed was very comfy, A/C worked as expected, and there were even some decent American TV shows. You'll definitely enjoy your stay here.
Two more things: Breakfast buffet in the morning is also an amazing spread in their main restaurant - sweeping views, beautiful restaurant, and pretty good food (The egg tarts are amazing, eat eat eat). The gym was also clean, spacious, had a pool overlooking the city and a Driving range! One odd thing about Korean hotels though is there's a staff member at the gym to help you with stuff? Which totally threw me off because wasn't sure what they were there to help me with (weight, BMI, workout advice?)
Lots of babies and moms are coming to this hotel, but they shouldn't expect high quality service. This hotel is always short of baby chairs, and they do not even change blankets. Also, bellboys do not wait for your response too long so they press the bells 6-7 times in 20 seconds. All in all my husband and I are very disappointed by their service.
Really inconsistent and bad customer service. During checkin we were informed that our room included free breakfast. We were also given explict instructions on the timing and location where breakfast is served. On the first day of our stay we enjoyed complimentary breakfast. However, on the second day, we were presented with a bill and told that breakfast was not complementary. We were charged KWR 44,000 which is rediculously overpriced considering the items available.
Rooms were decent, although a bit smaller than I would have liked. Elevator system is unnecessarily cumbersome. The instant coffee machine never worked.
This is absolutely not the kind of service I expect from a five star hotel, I will chose a different hotel for my future stays in Seoul.
Love the huge room, there's a nice food area opposite the hotel, with lots of local food like seafood pancake, oyster fried rice.
Sheraton D cube food court has great honey Korean fried chicken!
Also love the supermarket and the skincare section
Modern Hotel, well equiped rooms and good facilities. Intercontinental breakfast.
Only downside is the traffic, which can make the travel to the hotel take more time than expected.
Looking forward to being back.
The department stores and markets are close by and the subway is also good.
A place where you feel good with friendly hospitality every time you visit
The suite is not so spacious, but the high-rise city view is good.
Spacious room. Averaged breakfast. Kind staffs. Sauna is great.
Great location, service is good, rooms are modern and have great add-ons like steam showers. Location let's you get out without having to be in Seoul with all of the traffic.
Good quality facilities and friendly staff. You may feel that something is a bit unfortunate... It's not like it's bad again. There is unbalance, but it is not bad. Such a feeling
It is the largest department store and shopping mall in the Southwest region.
Good hotel. Clean and comfortable. Located little far from the city centre and sometimes has strange internal policies i.e. places for food or pushing guests to buy a bottle of alcohol to get a table by the window.
I visited to have afternoon tea set and was a little disappointed. It's a good idea to check before you visit because the menu changes every season. After the Strawberry afternoon tea set was over, I felt that the hot dog was very much in configuration and was not a harmonious overall configuration.
The lobby is located on the 41st floor, so the view is good and the night view from the room is a must see. The 24-hour parking ticket is available at the breakfast buffet, which is Korean food and Western food.
Good rooms and friendly staff . Good for business visits
Very fresh hotel, good breakfast o nice staff.
The room was good
Sindorim Sheraton D Cube City
The 41st floor lounge view is so great,
I'm sure to come to have an afternoon tea or cocktail
Because the subway and Hyundai Department Store are connected
There are many restaurants and a mart so I didn t worry about eating.
To get to and from your room and outside the hotel
I have to go outside and enter via the 41st floor elevator
Due to the high number of hotel floors, it takes a long time and feels rather uncomfortable.
But the stay wasn't really good...
The toilet water pressure is too weak and the view is poor.
The view was poor and the room was clean, but the first floor check-in help
I don t really want to go because the staff are so crazy.
Nice environment n breakfast is great....Staffs are friendly to help..
Breakfast is not so good..
If you knew this would go, go out and eat McMorning...
There aren't many menus and the food menu doesn't have a name or it's wrong.
Really disappointing breakfast!!
Does it make sense to cut down on food prices because of corona? I'd rather not stop operating the buffet.
Convenient access to Seoul city with double station area
There are also modern department stores
Light meals and shopping are also convenient.
The airport bus is the last stop, so it is recommended for foreign visitors to Korea.
There is also a lounge bar on the 41st floor.
Worst Marriott/Sheraton I've ever stayed at. The rooms were great, but everything else was a joke. We reserved in advance for 2 nights, paid for the rate that included breakfast, asked for a crib for our son, and asked if there was anything we should know about the pool rules, golf, and sauna (especially since we had a baby). When we got there, the lady at the desk kept telling us we had to pay for breakfast in the morning. When I said I already paid, she kept saying that I couldn't have and that it "isn't free." She finally checked her computer after going back and forth about it for a while and admitted she was wrong. We also asked if the crib was in the room already and she told me I couldn't have one. When I told her I had it in my confirmation, she acted like she didn't believe I had reserved it. She repeatedly said that I couldn't have one and the ones they had were already taken. My husband ended up calling guest services once we got to our room and they didn't know why she said that. They brought one right away.
The pool was also terrible. Water was cold, it's separated into 3 lanes but 1 is for "members only" so you can only swim in part of an alteady very tiny pool. We wanted to swim with our baby and brought a small float for him to use but they said it wasn't allowed. They told us that, even though it isn't stated on their website, confirmation emails, or notices they send you with rules and guidelines, they do not allow floats (even for babies) and we would have to go buy a neck ring for him. When I told them that I refuse to use one because I think they are unsafe and would hurt my baby, they said I would have to anyway. I told them that I had already asked about these things before going to the hotel and no one told us that rule but they didn't care.
The sauna is also for adults only and you can only use the golf if you bring your own clubs.
The staff was so rude and our vacation felt ruined after only 1 day. We called guest services multiple times on our first night to tell them we didn't want to stay another night and wanted our money back and they just said to wait and someone would call back. We waited all night and tried again in the morning but no one would help.
We eventually decided to have breakfast even if we were going to leave, but that was also a bad experience. They let us in later than the time specified and, after waiting in long buffet lines before finally being able to sit, the staff came by to let us know we only had 10 minutes to eat our food and feed our baby!
We tried multiple times to check out and get our money back but no one would listen. We ended up feeling like we had to stay the 2nd night after half the day was already gone trying to talk to them.
An all around horrible experience and we are still trying to get at least a partial refund.
The place is really good it is a 5etoiles and the service is at the top.
It was a great stay because it was upgraded to a sweet. The facilities are cozy, the lounge is good, and the breakfast is great. As a welcome gift, you get a great gift, such as half a bottle of wine, fruit or nut cheese platter. I am willing to visit again.
The Sheraton in front of the world.
I've stayed from Standard to Honeymoon Sweet and I was always satisfied.
Even the city view from the fitness treadmill was great.
It's not the best rate guarantee, but there are times when the hotel's own package is much more efficient than Hawcom or InO Park, so if you have any reservations, please call us.
It's the same, but the night view is really nice. I can see both 63 and Lotte, the tallest buildings in Seoul.
The service was great with an very friendly staff. The location was perfect with the mall and restaurants in the same building and the subway below.
Afternoon tea and healing
The view is good and the coffee tastes good~~^^
Good accessibility from Shindorim Station. The top 1%
I like the best of yesterday. All program composition is good (although it seems to be option), food is very delicious
Kind kind kindness
I think you're suffering too much.
Here is subway station at line1 & line 2, it's good place, service and clear room. But there is no free wifi in the room, just at the lobby has free wifi.
The staff was incredible and cared for our every need. They really went above and beyond for us! Also the views from this hotel are outstanding, and it is very convenient because there is a mall and subway station on the bottom floor.
Great place to rest at. Great gym and neat swimming pool.
The lobby is on the higher floors so you can have a coffee and look at the view.
Excellent hotel and very friendly staff! The in room dining was great and the location is perfect if you want to go downstairs there is a shopping mall. Outside across the street are a lot of eating places as well! Breakfast was great, gym was very nice! Best part is the view!!
Location of the hotel above a large shopping mall with popular eateries and large departmental store. Also the train station is located just under the hotel. So fantastic location out of town. Rooms are large, neat and clean. Bathrooms are will stock with separate bath and shower. Hotel amenities include a huge gym with fantastic views. Reception is on the 42nd floor, making this hotel very much feel like a sky hotel.
- Room comfort, Breakfast safe, Lounge Happy hour arrangement OK, Sauna tidy, Fitness center Splendor
- I expected the view to be 40 stories, but I only see the Gulo / Yeongdeungpo apartment complex. There are only three lanes in the swimming pool.
- overall satisfaction
The staff is very good and the banquet hall food is very good. The price is a little expensive but tidy and tidy vip lounge best
Very nice hotel, looks new at all angles outside and inside. Convenient as there is a mall right downstairs. Cons would be the slightly complicated lift system. Overall still a very good experience!
Very nice and clean. Very attentive staff... Easy train or taxi ride to nearly every point of the city.
