The Sheraton Seoul D Cube is located in Southwest Seoul, across the river from the metro area proper but still a short subway ride to most of the key attractions (Hongdae, Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, etc.). Best way to reach here from ICN is by airport limo bus (Approx 1 hour), and it'll drop you off in front of the door - doesn't get easier than that. Also, hard to miss the large, artistic shopping mall and huge tower of the hotel.

First thing you notice is the very small lobby area - well, it's not the lobby. It's a concierge desk that then directs you up to the lobby - At the TOP FLOOR of the hotel. Only place I've seen that does that. Regardless, I checked in at the executive lounge on the 38th floor - there was a small wait for the friendly lounge staff so I helped myself to the complimentary snacks (e.g. full spread of at least 50 dishes during evening hors d'orveus) and a drink or two. Was able to quickly get into my room, a nice suite overlooking the west? side of Seoul on the 38th floor. Lounge staff was also excellent at recommending a great Korean BBQ place across the street that was totally legit.

The room itself was spacious, well appointed, and luxurious. The bathroom had floor to ceiling windows over the city which was great when waking up in the morning. Bed was very comfy, A/C worked as expected, and there were even some decent American TV shows. You'll definitely enjoy your stay here.

Two more things: Breakfast buffet in the morning is also an amazing spread in their main restaurant - sweeping views, beautiful restaurant, and pretty good food (The egg tarts are amazing, eat eat eat). The gym was also clean, spacious, had a pool overlooking the city and a Driving range! One odd thing about Korean hotels though is there's a staff member at the gym to help you with stuff? Which totally threw me off because wasn't sure what they were there to help me with (weight, BMI, workout advice?)
