Great place to bring young kids to learn about science!! Always changing the themes, allowing for multiple visits! Attended the robot roundup this weekend, and saw amazing robots and drones made by students in high school and university.

Fantastic museum with more to do than can be done. We even had a lot of fun outside doing a cell phone sponsored VR experience. The museum covers a lot of ground and has good kid friendly touchable exhibits that are in pretty good condition. it's also fun that it's under ground and you work you're way up. They have an IMAX, but we didn't do it. There was plenty to do in the museum without the add-on experience. They also have very reasonable entry fees.

Most of these reviews are too modest I was very excited to bring my family hear and although we enjoyed the day it was rather disappointing. I will start with the pros the building it self is impressive the rainforest is pretty cool and seems to be doing well, the omnimax show was also very entertaining the cons around half of the attractions where broken or just filthy I must have seen 15 custodial staff not sure why anything was dirty. The place was a ghost town it was kinda weird the entire place just seems given up on nothing is current it reminds me of the arcade in the bottom of the skylon tower in Niagra falls empty and hanging on for dear life.

My friends and I took a day trip up to Toronto from our spring break in Niagara falls and we decided to visit the science centre. There was a lot of interesting things in here that amazed me. Didnt have a lot of time to spend in here and would definitely like to spend a half day in here.

Recently went here for the 50th anniversary and I can appreciate when new exhibits are in place to accommodate a large crowd! Not only do the kids learn when the visit, but parents and families too! Thank you for such an awesome space!

Huge variety of activities, very hands on, excellent learning opportunities.
Age appropriate play areas for toddlers, youth, pre teens, and teens.
Easily occupied ages 2 through 13 from 10-3 on weekday.
As a member of school group it was very affordable.

Everyone should visit the science centre especially with kids. They have rotating special exhibits a few times a year. Well worth getting a yearly membership of you have kids and will go at least twice a year. Plus you can use your admission off the price of a membership if you get one the same visit.

Educational, interesting & just plain fun for the entire family. Staff were friendly, lots to see & do. Extremely interactive. We spent a good four hours there without once even looking at the time. Highly recommend.

They close very early during the week, Be prepared for that because there is a lot to see and you'll want time to read and try the experiments which are awesome, fun, exciting and informative. You'll also need to be Especially early if you want to watch a movie. Other than the odd close time it's absolutely amazing!! It's got great exhibits that are fun and informative. It's a kid friendly place too.

I have loved this place since I was a kid. It was great taking me niece and nephew. The best was hearing my niece (age 6) yell out "science is awesome!!" as she was going about doing experiments, playing, and learning about the world around her.

Okay for kids: Lots of hands-on exhibits to play with. But light on actual science. For example, an exhibit placard might say "On such and such year, this person discovered that applying pressure in the form of water-filled vests would help prevent pilots from losing consciousness during extreme G-force manoeuvres", without talking about why applying pressure helps with that, or what biological mechanisms are involved.

Very fun and interactive. It would be great if there were hand sanitizers everywhere since everyone gets to touch so much. I felt gross and grimy a lot of the time. Bring sanitizers and wash your hands often!

The place has lots of things for kids to do. For adults it can be tedious (in my case) as there was nothing different and special to see or do. It looks more like a place with lots of schoolwork.

great place to bring the kids, but i think they should reorganize the place in such a way categories are more obvious. depends on the age of the kids, some of the sections are boring to them. classifications of their divisions is a must.
