I have a wedding with my coworkers for the first time. Food tidy and okay Serving style so you don't have to go around

We used the lounge bar. The night view was awesome, and the mainstream was also a cheap hotel. Three glasses of wine sampler cost about 22,000 won.

Club lounge available. Because it is on weekdays, it is quiet and can fully enjoy lounge.

Hotel suitable for name value.
The lobby is uniquely located on a fairly high floor.
The hotel is located in the shopping complex, which can be a bit complex
It is separated by a hotel-only elevator.
Shopping malls and restaurants do not have inconvenience in the basement and lower floors.
As the building is a bit old, the underground parking lot seems rather narrow.
Room condition is also cozy.
The night view has nothing to see.

Great hotel, the lobby is on the 41st floor, need to change the elevator to get in and out of the room. Breakfast is very rich, I hope to stay again next time.

Excellent view, food and service. I do not know why some complain about the elevators, they are very fast and start and stop smoothly.

Top floor reception has a great view while the fully equipped gym is excellent. It's connected to the basement food court and the adjacent mall. What more can one ask?

5 Star Hotel with Fantastic View of the city. Friendly staff and helpful.

Subway located next to the hotel and connected to a mall.

The staff is friendly and friendly. There is a lot of food even if you do not use the hotel restaurant because you are connected to Dive City.

After it has been changed from SPG to Marriott Bonvoy it became so bad, poor, and ungenerous.
Complementary supplies are cheap too. I've visited this place several times during the managment of SPG I've never saw instant coffee and cheapest tea in Korea on the complementary bar, but this time Marriott bonvoy unfortunately showed me that..
Soaps, shampoo are non branded and smells disgusting, everything is too cheap and incompatible with Sherton standards that used to be.
No choices for washing and changing bed sheets or not.
No upgrades or even a fruit basket for golden elite..
Just a useless 500 points which were used to be given by SPG if a client didn't request a sheet wash every day.
Maintenance of the room is poor.
Sheraton after SPG falled back 10 years.
I am totally disappointed.

There are wonderful choices of western dishes available, cooked perfectly. The beef was very juicy. Salad was fresh and with great selections too!

Well-appointed accommodation and other facilities and good public transport. Quiet neighborhood and nice hotel view in the evening.

Nice hotel with a great penthouse gym! Great SPG lounge available to guests. Not forgetting some of the rooms are fitted with steam sauna in the bathroom!

Because it is high-rise, the view with a good view is particularly good. That's the whole hotel

It's cheap compared to other hotels, but the service is good.

It is a good hotel to play with short-sighted friends rather than going away. Rather than making a reservation with the hotel application, the hotel has a caustic ratio to make reservations for each season's suggested room package. We enjoyed the happy hour in the club lounge in the club room and the breakfast was also delicious. The fitness room is larger than expected, but the pool is small. The bed is also very large, so three adult women can sleep well. It is directly connected to Shindorim Station, Dive City and Technomart.

Has the reputation of the hotel 5 but nothing service. What is the cost of what is used in the room (toothpaste. drinking water is also charged.)

The city night view is pretty. The breakfast was delicious, similar to the Westin Hotel in Busan.

It's a very high class hotel. The staff speaks English and you are treated like royalty. When I was there then even flagged down a taxi and explained to the driver where I was going. (In Korean)

Great views, crowded with events, meetings without nuisances

The structure is complicated, but the surrounding commercial facilities are well organized, so it is convenient to take a rest for 2 or 3 days. But I do not expect much from the room condition

Thank you for the free upgrade to the Presidential suite, it was a wonderful time to enjoy the city for the first time and their service was fabulous.

This hotel is located above a luxurious shopping mall. I can t wait to go back there next year.

Location is great with food n shopping right under the hotel. But to get to your room you need to take 2 different elevators. These elevators r slow. Rooms, gym n dining r ok. Swimming pool n locker rooms r not very good if compared to other 4 / 5 stars hotel.

Nice hotel in nice location. All the guest rooms are higher than 26th floor which is definitely good. The elevator system is a bit complicated and you cannot access to your room directly from ground floor or subway station - has to change the elevator. Breakfast is variety but the same everyday.

Great selection of food for the breakfast buffet. Love the egg selection and bread station.

Worst enough to be called a 5-star hotel. Not recommended. Breakfast was the worst. 10 minutes to wait in line, 30 minutes to come out of scramble, and then wait for 30 minutes to come out of the rest of the fruits and breads before moving to the room.

Design with a profound feeling. Access is not good enough, but as shopping mall is included, it is recommended for couple.

Excellent hotel. Great rooms, fantastic views, very polite and professionsl staff. Good location with many amenities nearby, and conveniently linked to the main metro line downstairs.

The view is good and the twin beds are good with 2 queen beds.

Excellent location. Breakfast is good. The metro, shopping, restaurants, local cafes are all within the massive property. It will take you a little time to orientate yourself, after that you will be spoilt for choice. The lounge is busy but comes with a good spread.
My corner room was a little inconvenient with a massive pillar running through it. The room smelt of heavy lady's perfume. Someone spilt a bottle in the toilet and it gave me a headache. But location beats any of the other temporary negatives.

It is conveniently located near subway lines 1 and 2, and is also convenient to Hyundai Department Store and shopping mall.

I do not have any tall buildings nearby, so I think it looks good to me. Breakfast buffet comes out well. However, you have to take care of the troubles of changing the elevator.

Nice rooms well made and great views not sure if it's worth the money though over all, seems a lot of hype and cash for not really anything spectacular or amazing, just polished.

Everything was Excellent except they made us wait for an hour to check-in. But still, had a wonderful vacation there.

Good views. Staff friendly. It is easy to eat and shop at Hyundai Department Store. The staff responded well, but I was dissatisfied that I had to check in for more than an hour when there was a problem with the room at check-in.

Well furnished modern room with sauna facility in your own bath room. Attention in every detail given by staff. Lift system is very inflexible however. Overall great hotel great stay

The type of food is not much for the price. How is there no steak?

This is the third time in my life, but I like the atmosphere. Tteokbokki was delicious

It was good. Night view and so on. We also booked a room for 3 people in advance, but they are all for 2 people so we need to get in touch with them and get them to work. The sauna was nice and the bathroom was too good.

Everything there is pitch-perfect. I went there during christmas, the room I stayed was about S$400-500. Staffs were very accommodating and friendly throughout my stay. If you stay on a high level, you are able to see a picturesque view even though the lobby is already on a 40+ level. The hotel is quite popular among Singaporeans due to its prime location. The shoppimg mall, train, convenience shop is right below the hotel. When I was checking out, the staff volunteered to call a cab to the airport, I was impressed by her thoughtful gesture and left Korea satisfied.

Overpriced. Nothing special. Good for big business meetings, but for one-off trips, you're much better off with a boutique hotel. Service was mediocre. Isn't worth the money, especially for a bad customer service experience. Also, the suites are small and not all that great.

Futuristic Setting from the outside and beautiful setting on the inside.
Lovely rooms with beautiful view at times. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Connected to a mall, train station via the basement and lots of Eateries and convenient stores.
If you are checking in late, there's a McDs in the mall's basement and lots of other Local Korean Eateries across the road.
Huge Supermarket called Home plus, across the road. There's an underpass from the hotel entrance lobby, that connects the walkways.

The elevators are tricky. You have to take 1set of elevators up to the Guest Check in Lobby and then take a different set of elevators that will get you to your rooms.
The elevators that bring you to the hotel entrance lobby also brings you to the Mall and Eateries in the basement.
(Hope that wasn't confusing. Ask the staff for help. They spoke English well.)
Side note - People do cut in and get to the elevators that bring you to the lobby level, if you don't move closer to the elevator doors. If you are going to be too polite, you will wait for a long time, while others cut in and get into the elevators. Don't be shy!

The rooms are spacious and the location is great. A good 5 star hotel. The elevator is a bit uncomfortable.

This is my favorite hotel in Seoul, from Incheon, to Gangnam, to Dongdeamun. I like the fitness room and their breakfast (the views from both areas is very nice). A lot to do in and around the hotel.

I also like that is right next to Sindorim station, so moving around Seoul is very easy.

There is a nice combination on local and american/european restaurants.

I used the Executive Suite, and I passed the talkative happy hour and breakfast these days.
The room conditions and night view were very satisfying.

The view of the 41st floor lobby bar is great. The teatime set had a high caustic ratio and a homemade hamburger. Coffee, draft beer, wine can also be ordered. It seems to be good for a short time.

1. Due to delay in check-in time, wait at the cafe for 1 hour
2. I went to check-in an hour later, and asked to wait for 1-2 hours because the room was not ready. Instead, they are asked to extend the check-out time or cancel the reservation. (I waited 1 hour already?)
3. I booked a package that includes champagne and dessert for an anniversary, but there are no glasses of champagne. There is no separate table for dessert. When I called the lobby, they said that the champagne glasses were running out. Drinking champagne in a water cup
4. Piste requested a wine menu, but only the food menu was given.

Rooms are spacious and facilities are not bad. Friendly service providers. However, it is regrettable that the service is not straightforward.
I would have understood if I had said in advance that the number of corona confirmed patients was delayed due to room disinfection. But until I ask the reason, it just delays and doesn't say the reason, causing frustration.

Good access to hotel department stores and restaurants

Near a major bus station. Airport shuttle to the hotel directly. Lot of restaurant nearby. There is a shipping mall beneath the hotel.

Awesome hotel and a shoppers paradise with numerous shopping arcades located in the same building. For the past year have stayed atleast thrice at Sheraton @ D'cube .The staff are helpful and caring. Only one visit marred the experience when one of the managers was not helpful in resolving an issue due to insect in the room allotted despite being a Platinum Preferred Guest. Hope feedback is taken positively for betterment and better customer service

It is close to subway station and seminars and other events are held frequently.

Staff are friendly and seafood is fresh. The dessert is really delicious.
