Very nice. Everything is nicely done and great atmosphere. I would stay here. Pics of lovely and large outside restaurant terrace.
There was a mystery splat on the wall beside the bed. I was here for a conference and was pretty excited to stay here until I got here. It's ok... It's pretty, but no cleaner than any other chain.
I was there for training, the staff was very helpful in finding my to where I needed to go.
Literally the BEST Hotel I've stayed in!! Hands down. The atmosphere is pleasant and so are the Staff. Its truly amazing to have encountered such a wonderful Place.
Thanks #SheratonGrandPhoenix
A fine business class hotel in the heart of Phoenix. Large, comfortable rooms. Quite clean.
Nice sheets. I'm pretty sure the pillows are pulled from the sky.
Complete full service Hotel downtown Phoenix. hotel has many meeting rooms, Concierge Lounge, Fitness Center, restaurants and bars. Probably one of the largest hotels Downtown Phoenix wirh Convention Center
Between 11:30 & 2pm nothing on the lunch menu is over 9 dollars! Great food at a great price for lunch
Last night of family in town on vacation and we hosted an early Christmas celebration for 12 out of town guests. My sister booked a hotel room at the Sheraton Grand as our house was packed. She purchased parking online for 22.59 bucks but then the voucher didn t work. She couldn t get out of the garage and cars behind were honking. She went ahead and paid again and went around to valet to see if they could give her a refund for the double charge. They couldn t help and then the hotel receptionist couldn t do anything either. It s our last day together as a family and she not only paid almost 50 bucks for parking but also lost time with family and missed our breakfast together. So unfortunate that employees aren t empowered to make guests happy AND they made my sister feel as if it was her fault. It makes me appreciate hotels like the Hyatt where my parents stayed and didn t even have a parking charge and had an amazing breakfast with an omelette bar included the cost of the room I travel frequently and will be sure to take my service elsewhere.
Service during the Saboten was friendly considering the volume of guests and issues the staff had to deal with. Very organized and was able to deal with emergency situations very well. Helpful and accessible service as well. Elevators were a point of contention as the main elevators could not logistically handle traffic. Clean rooms though not very good at drowning out noise especially from guests in the halls.
We enjoyed a late lunch before baseball. The food and service are Always way above average. Received a happy hour discount for amazing savings.
5* for staff alone. I truly love every upper-tier hotel in the downtown district, but the staff here makes Sheraton stand out. The rooftop pool is very cool, similar to the Hyatt's, and the views from the room are gorgeous. I loved looking out toward the "westward ho" from my room. Beautiful day and night, look forward to returning soon.
I went to a few hour event it seems like a nice hotel but didnt go anywhere accept the ballroom
The service there is great and the conference that are hold there are great and organized.
Clean, comfy, friendly. Plenty of options for breakfast at their hot/cold buffet in the club lounge!
Totally new hotel in downtown Phoenix downtown. Spacious and clean rooms with all the comforts. Starbucks coffee machine to be able to take it in the room without charge. The beds are huge and comfortable. The service is very nice.
I've enjoyed my stay so far. The staff is very helpful and their concierge really knows his stuff! My room had a broken shower curtain, and they were quick to fix it hassle-free. I called it in early Sunday morning before I headed out, and it was fixed like new when I returned three hours later! Unfortunately, I was surprised to learn that the Sheraton doesn't subscribe to DirecTV NFL Sunday Ticket at any of their common areas or bars. I had to walk a half mile to a bar to watch my team play.
Room is good. However, the A.C. is too cold and is not tunable.
Standard Sheraton rooms, clean and comfortable. Friendly, professional and efficient staff. Very fast check-in and check-out. Concierge very helpful. Hotel restaurant serving good quality, tasty food for an affordable price. Good lobby bar. Not far from light rail stops. Well maintained outdoor pool with a bar. Recommended for a business or family stay in downtown Phoenix.
Very good downtown Phoenix hotel.. walking distance to baseball and basketball stadiums. Nice pool
Lobby, restaurant, bar under construction, elevators also limited
The third floor ballroom is gorgeous and the staff were so gracious and attentive for a work function I recently attended. Parking was a breeze and exits were clearly marked which can be confusing in underground parking structures.
Terrific stay. All night room service. Quality in room furniture. Tile showers. It's also right across the street from a large AMC movie theater. It reminds me of memorable hotel stays growing up, when staying in a hotel was fun in itself.
It's a Sheraton so it's definitely a nice hotel. We were missing the room service menu in our room so at 3am someone hand delivered one to our room in about 5mins, awesome service! The fitness center was very nice for a hotel, pretty much a small commerical gym in the hotel
I haven't stayed here, but we booked a small ballroom for a side conference event, and it was a mostly pleasant experience. They had visible signs for the event and the people were all great. The soda bar we had was rather pricy ($4 for a can of soda for example seems like a steep markup to me). Since that was hardly the purpose of our event, I would say it was an overall very positive experience. The lobby is a nice area as well, and the hotel is a very easy walk to the convention center and some food.
Nice. 24 screen theatre across the street. Nice location.
Attended a conference here. The rooms were comfortable. Definitely would attend a conference there again.
It is a shame that one front counter person can ruin your stay. Gabriella (who I have heard is amazing) let her guard down and was extremely rude. I guess if you have a toilet stop working then it throws the entire hotel into an impossible fix?
The Sheraton Grant is clean and beautiful. The staff is all very kind and more than willing to help. Our conference is very large, so space was a little cramped in the halls; be aware if that if you go for a professional conference. The only down side was that we had very expensive food delivered to us, and much of it was raw or lacking for the price paid. I acredit this to our number. Overall, I really did the this hotel, the quality of the conference halls, the art, and the central location.
Stayed here for a work conference, nice rooms, great workout area and pool bar and it's within walking distance to lots of downtown Phoenix attractions.
Great amenities, clean quiet rooms and excellent location.
Friendly staff. Great restaurants. Quiet, comfortable rooms.
The location was ideal for the conference. Great food and service!
Nice rooms, decent location. Service was very good!
Hotel was nice enough. Lobby and ground level was nicer than rooms. Rooms a little tired and worn out. We found a discounted rate online so we were not guaranteed a room with 2 beds. They eventually found a room for us with 2 beds but it was handicapped accessible. Parking was full every single night we were there so we had to park 3 blocks away which they gave us a voucher for. But that was confusing as they didn't explain where the parking garage was and the voucher didn't have an address on it. We went for spring training baseball so the city was super booked. Don't think I will stay downtown Phoenix again as I'd like to be closer to stadiums.
Great atmosphere, clean facilities and friendly staff
Room was very nice, upgraded me at no cost because the room I originally booked wasn't available for early check-in. Cafe is surprisingly low-priced as well.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The bar in the lobby is quite nice as well. We stopped in for a few drinks after checking in late Saturday night. My biggest complaint is the $20 for parking. Pretty much a slap in the face after paying for your room you now have to pay to leave.
One of the best hotels in Phoenix. Inside decoration is beautiful. The valley overlook area is perfect for an evening party.
GREAT HOTEL!! VERY HOSPITABLE,FRIENDLY,IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN
The hotel was nice only issue is my room smelled like pachulli and feet
Stunning property gorgeous decor and very good food. Our server was so funny in a coothy way. She made our night.
Nice quiet room on 22nd floor. Just a quick nights sleeeeeep and out the door. Quick check-in and out. Nice employees.
Rooms were very nice. Service was very fast and helpful. Location was great. It's within walking distance of many locations. There's a shopping center right across the street with a movie theater, restaurants, and shopping.
Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and decently appointed. But, for a hotel of this quality and cost, the breakfast was an extremely poor offering - with powered eggs, and dry potatoes, one would expect more for a nearly $40 (for two) breakfast! That breakfast experience leaves a lot to be desired, even on the midst of all the other great qualities of the hotel. Especially for the cost.
Had a great stay. Despite the renovations taking place, it was still good. Suggestion: Elevators need signage that indicate which elevators go to "ground level", but otherwise an overall great experience.
Went to meet up with my old room mate! What a blast! The lobby is stunning and staff welcoming!
Professional service, clean and beautiful interior, an overall wonderful place to stay at. Delicious breakfast too!
Great view, very clean, nice lobby, traffic was a bit hectic
Very nice and clean, eco friendly room cleaning options are appreciated.
Not sure why it deserves to be a grand. Tired rooms. Small rooms. Generally unexceptional and in a dull area
Newly remodeled, beautiful and just one block from convention center
