Good property. Great condition. Downtown. Only a few blocks (walking distance) to Chase field. Arizona center across street. Good dining options. About 10 minutes from the airport. Rooms good. Clean. Some views not the greatest. See picture. Restaurant in property and Starbucks. Service was great.

Just left the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown after stay...

Just left the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown after staying for 4 days and my experience was dreadful as to my surprise I was expecting exceptional service because we have stayed at many hotels during our travels but it started off with us not because greeted upon check in,then we get up to our room only to notice they booked us in a 2 person room with 5 of us that we booked for and it was very clear we had a wheelchair and 5 people, then we head down to fix the issue very respectful ask for them to fix it and they couldn't until the next day so my daughter had to sleep on the floor and keep in mind my daughter is in a wheelchair that will explain why we booked the big room to begin with, then the wrong room we had to sleep in for the night was so dirty and keep in mind I am not a crybaby and never have to complain I was a hotel/ bed and breakfast manager for many years so I know how hard it is but our room was very dirty and didn't smell clean when we walked in trash was left on the bottom counter in the bathroom and there was dirt and hair all over the counters and floors then i went to lay down only to find the night stand, headboards, lamps and all cover with heavy dust I did take video and pictures of all of it the hotel itself is looking very worn down and old dirty.
The suite was much cleaner except behind the bed omg looked like it had never been cleaned before and some kid must have scribbled all over inside the lampshade.
Now let's talk about the restaurant we went to the breakfast buffet with the kids and they did not greet us the asked how many and we are shutting breakfast down in 5 minutes so we needed to hurry while we were getting our food they were rushing us and putting all the food away we had 3 completely soild plates before we found a clean one clean one.The yogurt was warm. But our server was nice. This was like one thing after another so disappointed.
But we did order room service while during our stay and the server was very nice and food was delicious .

Hotel is a 1 min walk from conference center. Rooms are renovated. Bathrooms are modern. Restaurant has large patio. They have excellent event facilities. It is time to spruce up the lobby though. Needs a bit of a decor make-over. Has pool and gym facilities. Parking is an extra $25 a night.

The valet staff was professional & extremely helpful. They quickly get your car h help you load & unload luggage. Easy in & out all day for entire stay. There was a slight problem with the original room they gave us (full handicap room though none of us were needing such a room). They quickly corrected it. The cleaning staff is so polite, courteous & truly helpful.

Beautiful lobby with Cafe and full service restaurants. Beautiful view of Phoenix from the top floors. They are in the process of updating and remodeling guest rooms. A nice hotel to hold small to medium size conferences in downtown Phoenix

A beautiful interior. But it seems to have a local of staff available at the hour of 9am. Also, parking wasn't that convenient. I can't speak for the bedrooms as I have never stayed there, but the conference rooms were nice....which is always a good thing.

This hotel is beautiful and HUGE! The construction within it makes it a little confusing and noisy in the main parts, but the rooms are comfortable, the fitness center is expansive, and the staff I've interacted with have been very helpful. The views from the upper levels are very nice, allowing me to see a good deal of the city. The restaurant has a nice buffet for lunch.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms were nice and the beds are much more comfortable than other comparable hotels I've stayed at. Being downtown, the hotel is convenient to the convention center and other downtown attractions

Had a conference here last week. It was easy to go up and down the floors quickly and find the conference rooms. The coffee shop closed at 3pm and I couldn't get caffeine to keep me make it through the afternoon sessions.

Excellent Sheraton hotel right in the middle of downtown Phoenix. This huge property has all the amenities you need plus it's located easy walking distance from almost all the downtown attractions. Rooms are up to date, bars and restaurant are great and the gym is excellent. Only knock on the place is that while the pool is nice, it is small for the size of the hotel and gets crowded.

Nice hotel with plenty of meeting space and restaurant inside. I deducted one star because I saw a big, which looked like a roach crawling on the outside of my room door. I also elected to get points for "going green" which the card in the room says you won't get clean towels. What the card didn't say is it also means they don't come in to clean your room or make your bed either. They should make that more clear. It's not just going green.

I am attending a convention and the experience has been greatly enhanced by the Sheraton Grand's staff's and offerings. From the efficient welcome as we checked in to the rapid responses to two special requests, the service provided has been outstanding. The first night, upon readying to shower, I found that the shower was not functional because the diverter was broken. The plumber was in our room within five minutes of my call to the front desk, and in fewer than five minutes more, the repair was completed. This evening we needed assistance with the safe code and the technician was at our door so quickly that I teasingly asked if he'd been just outside our room when he received the call that he was needed. Again, it took only moments for him to complete the task. Thus far, our stay here has exceeded my expectations, and that's saying a lot because I have high expectations of any Sheraton site.

I didn't care for it. The rooms are so old, TV's are so small, I take my PS4 every where I go and this place for my money didn't have HDMI hook up, that's how damn old the TV'S were. Everything in this building was from the 20th Century. I ate at the restaurant for lunch, OMG $30 worth of DIS-GUS-TING, they should throw the whole kitchen away! Not only that the waitress did not give me silverware,I had to go to the supply cart and set my own table because she just disappeared. The food, ugh , don't waste your money. If you can make it to Sheraton Mesa Riverview, just go there instead! Parking? Jesus Christ, it will cost you a small fortune, for my money I expect better, period!

Wasn't very impressed. Sheet quality wasn't great and the walls were extremely thin. We could hear everyone and everything in the room next door. Toiletries were pretty generic brand and the valet/bellhop folks weren't super on top of it.

The windows DON'T open NOR do they crack open just a little. So you can't get any fresh air. You're at the mercy of vents and A/C filters for the air that you breathe. Whatever air freshener, be it scented or unscented, that is in the room is what you have to inhale. There is no option of getting fresh air. I have a Multi chemical sensitivity. It is extremely painful for me to inhale deodorizers whether it is scented or unscented. It is the "CHEMICALS" that they used to make the perfume/deodorizers that cause me pain not the actual fragrance of the product. There isn't a perfumey smell in here, but there is something unscented that has been used to keep odors diminished. It is extremely painful to me. I will never stay here again. I called downstairs and politely asked if they had chemical free rooms. I was quickly dismissed by a clerk that told me, "Mam, all of our rooms are cleaned the same". I thanked him and said goodnight. Then I slipped on my surgical mask but was only able to sleep 4 hours because it is so dry with air conditioning filters. Even if you don't have a chemical sensitivity like me, everyone's brain needs fresh air and oxygen. This is a clean hotel but the air quality sucks.

Just recently stayed here Labor Day weekend and the overall experience was horrible. The rooms werent cheap because its where Saboten Con was being held. The AC isnt AC at all and more the equivalent of a swamp cooler. The room was humid and everything was wet feeling but it did get cold... but that wasnt even why I rated it a 1. The beds were covered in vinyl, non breathing, mattress pads with a vinyl sleeping bag consistency blanket on the top. 4 hours into sleep Saturday night I woke up drenched in sweat like a bucket of water was dumped on me. I stripped the bed apart to see why I woke up sweaty and that was when I discovered the vinyl pee pad cover on the mattress. Will never stay here again!

I have attended events at the Sheraton. The staff is very helpful and the food is tasty. The bar area is nice and there is live entertainment from time to time. The food in the restaurant is consistently good, the service bis occasionally a little slow.

Newly renovated rooms were really nice and spacious. Hotel is very accommodating for dogs and also has great pool hours lasting almost the whole day as well. Only complaints are pillows were very flat like the kind you get for just a few dollars, no smart TV features, TV also kept randomly turning off if other peripherals are connected, and thermostat is really old with no auto-function so room will eventually get too cold since a/c will just keep running.
