Was just here for Saboten Con on Labor Day. Nice hotel. Easy to find in downtown Phoenix. Nice rooms set aside for the panel discussions. I'd recommend this as a good location for medium sized conventions.

In the final stages of a complete remodel. Bed was comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Hugh HF tv in the room with apps on demand. Great water pressure in shower.
While the remodel is being completed the front desk is on the second floor, in a banquet room. Overall nice hotel.

I would definitely recommend my family and friends to this Sheraton. A whole gang of male employees showed up within a minute of my hasty phone call for help. My fiance was very drunk, very angry, and blocking the door. Thank you!

A flawless conference executed by the staff of the Sheraton. There were about 500 people and the food was fresh and tasted great! The venue is breath taking.

The accomadations were also clean, comfortable and nice. I really enjoyed the large gym. The pool is in the smaller side. There us a pool bar and you can get a cocktail while you soak in some rays.

I came to the hotel as part of Saboton con, and worked with their security. I also spent 3 nights in their hotel room. Their rooms were clean, and room service was welcoming. Their convention facilities were welcoming, and also clean and well stocked.

Top quality service from drive up valet or park yourself speedy concierge key locked, excellent front. Desk, no wait. Elevator security to your room and the best bedding and room services. Forget something just ask. Convention services and food quality is only the best. I stayed for a 3day conference for 800 + people,I rate 5 *.

Very good location! Close to everything in the center. Good restaurant inside the hotel. The room clean and comfortable. They charge extra for the wifi and the parking is quite expensive, so you have to take this into account.

Went there for a business meeting and dinner and the staff was excellent. While sitting in the lobby, we joked around with some of the employees a bit and they were very open and friendly. Overall seemed like a great hotel for the convention happening

The food here was great and the place looked amazing for Christmas. We didn't stay so I leave a star out not getting the full experience. Did check the room prices and they were lower than expected.

The hotel and staff were top notch the entire stay. Great location, easy to walk to the convention center or restaurants. For security you have to use your room key to access the upper floors from the elevator, there is a nice gym and amenities right on site

Worst stay in my entire life. No running qwater in room from 10-4pm, world war 3 construction sounds, and top it all off there were nasty sheets with black curly hairs. I checked out within a few hours of checking in and they charged me a full night, plus $35 to park. The staff at the check in/out desk didn't care at all which really upset me an an elite member that has always been loyal to Marriott. They didn't apologize or wish me a nice day... just told me yeah we should have mentioned that at check in and dismissed me as fast as possible. When you stay at a hotel, any hotel, you expect a few basic things like the ability to flush a toilet and sleep. At an expensive, 4 star Sheraton, that should definitely be expected. Neither of those were given to me, nor where clean sheets, or decent human compassion by the staff. Please pick another hotel if staying in Phoenix.

If I coul d I would give th is place a 0. Place is nice but customer service sucked. I Got to the hotel after of night of going out . My key was not working so I tried to get help from the front desk and instead they threatened me to call the police and get security involved. I try to file a complaint but because I was not a registered guest they refused to help me. It took me 2 hours before I could get security to escort me upstairs to my Room. The person at the front desk kept asking me to leave. I drank about 3 to 4 beers and if they had called the police I would have had some kind of alcohol level on me and would have gotten arrested for public intoxication not good customer service I would never ever recommend anybody to go there and have a good time. My cousin called back to follow up on the complaint and no complaint was in place and stead they told him to call corporate. To this day hes still not able to finally complete a complain with anyone services are still being refused.

Hotel room was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was very convenient. The hotel was under construction while I was there, but what was missing due to construction was made up for by the hotel staff's helpfulness.

The staff was very helpful and relatively well informed however the upper management doesn't care about the people who stay in there or work there found it very disgraceful that the management acted the way they do

Comfortable beds, nice ambiance, I like the multiple ways the Sheraton recognizes their staff. Not the cleanest of rooms (hair in sink when I arrived in the room, food stuck on the bottom of the complimentary writing tablet). The staff at breakfast seem to have a pattern of ignoring you long enough ( beyond 5 minutes even with trying to catch their eye and wave at them), that you are forced to the more expensive option of using the buffet if you want to eat and still make your meeting. Several people had the same experience; that felt sneaky.

Hotel is beautiful. Check in agent was very friendly. Then it went downhill. Couldn t find our reservation. We were so tired I just paid for a room for the night and will dispute one of the charges when we check out. They have no parking available even though we were hotel guests. We had to park a quarter of a mile away and haul our luggage they downtown at 2am. They are so busy that they don t care about even the hotel guests. The valet apologized for not having parking available and said we should talk to the hotel. Pass. Stay at your own risk.

I attended a convention over the weekend at the Sheraton Grand. Overall the experience was quite pleasant. Much of the staff was helpful and polite including several valet workers. I would enjoy staying and attending events here again.

I stayed here for two nights and there were too many issues:

- I had asked for a king bed, but they gave me two twin beds.

- The room was super small. So is the bathtub in the bathroom.

- The refrigerator made noise during the night and woke me up several times.

- There was no microwave oven not even in public.

- The bathroom sink was clogged.

- The gym doesn't have basic equipment like a pull up bar.

Overall staff was nice. Unfortunately even though they knew over 100 people were coming late at night they choose to reboot their computer system when people were starting to check in, forcing most to wait 45 minutes. After that everything was fine.

Very comfortable, great beds, much more relaxed hotel for attending Phoenix Comicon, as compared to others nearby. I also love that it is right across the street from Corner Bakery Cafe! Great for breakfast and lunch!

The staff here is very professional and polite. They always do a great work whenever I stay at this place. They took care of all my extra needs and that too with perfection and they gave me a good deal too. I was completed amazed by the whole process and I will definitely come to this place again.

I tried to reserve a crib beforehand because I didn't want to bring a pack and play with me on my flight. The staff assured me they would get an email back to me confirming whether or not that would be possible. The email never came and so I called again. Still no answer. they did however have a crib available when I requested one at check in. Other than that, the parking was expensive even for hotel guests. Nice rooms and amenities.

Quick review from a stay in February 2014

Quick review from a stay in February 2014
My stay was from a Sunday - Wednesday
Room located on the 22nd floor
Beautiful updated lobby
Lady who checked me in could have been a bit happier or at least faked it
Sheraton club open 24 hours which is great. It's nice and offers a great view
Room is good. TV is a little too small. I did like having a fridge as it seems like this is rare these days.
The event space was great as well along with good events staff.
Side note: I did almost die via an UberX driver going back to the hotel from dinner so consider yourself warned.

We were there for a special event so we didn't experience the rooming accommodations. But it looked like a 5 star hotel to me. The employees and management seemed extremely accommodating. It has a nice gift shop in it and Ubers or taxis are right there and ready to roll.
