Fire alarm went off because of a known faulty circuit that could have been fixed but wasn't, this shut down the whole phoenix comic fest.

The room was nice and big, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot with a lot of pressure. My only complaint was that I signed up with the green program to get $5 bar credit and only got one from my 4 nights. I had to complain to get them! Otherwise, great stay.
Overall good hotel, good value, good location.
The only cons would be a very steep parking fee to my opinion and the pool area is small and can get crowded.
Right in the middle of Phoenix, with many accommodations like a indoor pool and gym. Great rooms and excellent customer service. Right across from the hotel, you have multiple options for food and bars.
Had a sore throat, staff went above duty to help me out as I had classes to teach.
Clean rooms. Great food service and hospitality for our large group.
It is an average business hotel. Staff is nice and the rooms are clean but the water is either very hot or cold, the pool area is plain and the room HVAC is loud.
No parking accommodations for event, only 1 ATM available in the hotel.
Nice hotel, good amenities, HOWEVER, DJ music in the bar area is entirely TOO LOUD..should be background only NOT overwhelming. I have had to shout to my coworkers all nite.....would NOT sit in this bar again. .I would go off property.
I just stayed here for a business conference. It was very comfortable. The staff was attentive and welcoming. All of the food options were really good. The location is great since it's walking distance to everything in downtown PHX.
Attended saboten at this hotel and was very impressed by the quality of all the rooms and service
Rooms were nice. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, though. You have to pay to park and there's no complimentary continental breakfast or anything. The clerk that was there when we checked in was a bit snooty. Fairly kid-friendly. We used our AAA discount, which made the price per night a bit more reasonable. Still, not sure we'd stay here next time we're in town. It's a little more upscale than our family is used to.
Hotel was nice. Did not try the restaurant. The bar was nice though.
Great location with easy access to convention center and the restaurants and sports downtown. Welcoming lobby and friendly staff.
No complaints whatsoever. Friendly staff and great service.
Nice place. I didn't stay there, was just for a meeting. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean and nice conference rooms.
The rooms are very small and lack basic amenities like clock and usb charging. It is close to the convention center though.
My company hosted a conference here. There was no visible sign for our visitors and I was frustrated with the lack of wifi connection which we needed for our presentations. The staff was great in getting our transportation when we left to go back to the airport.
It was good but the escalators broke down during the event
Going through renovation but the new rooms have the ironing board as a design feature. Would prefer it be hidden.
Very comfortable bed. No free wifi. Parking can be challenging.
Nice rooms friendly staff and good location close to everything downtown
I went to the Sheraton in downtown Phoenix to meet some friends at the restaurant bar. They sat us right away and the service was great! The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. We meet every quarter at the same place and the hospitality is consistent.
Great everything except for the pillows I slept on they were so thin that by day three I had excruciating neck pain. Bring your own pillows!
Hotel is very nice. The front desk turned me away when I was stranded downtown. Zero hotels are at capacity during summer in Phoenix... just saying
Nice hotel. Didn't stay, so can't comment on the rooms, was there for a business conference. Very nice lobby and bar/lounge area.
Clean hotel, water coolers in every room. Great place to go to a convention.
Nice resort in Downtown Phoenix. Staff is great. The restaurant has great food but also many great restaurants in walking distance. Only drawback is long lines for elevators if lots of people in hotel.
Very clean and organized. Great staff. They will take care of you
We stayed here a couple nights, the whole staff is friendly. We had a problem with our neighbors being extremely loud and partying in the room the next morning I talked to the front desk and she handled it well. She also told us if anything like this happened again we can always call their 24 hour security
It was good overall. We had a noisy floor because of a convention the hotel was hosting. There were some overlooked spots in our room for dust and such on the walls. Good shower, enough pressure to help neck pain subside. Great price
Drinks at District. Easy to meet there with the valet parking.
Nice hotel. Close to a lot of things so a car is not needed.
The hotel is very beautiful and clean love how kind and polite the staff members are
Rooms are beautiful and clean with plenty of space to store clothing. Couldn't be better! I'm disappointed that they are lacking in adequate self parking spaces though.
I was at the Sheraton Grand Phoenix for a multi-day conference but did not stay there overnight. The hotel lobby, bar and meeting spaces were well kept, clean and inviting. Valet, front desk and wait staff were friendly and helpful. The meeting spaces worked great for a large function and break times were well supplied on time for drinks and snacks.
There are many in the gym and in the pool.
The people at the front desk are also very kind.
Pretty nice hotel, I've been here a few times and my only gripe is the gym, it's got a bunch of machines, treadmills and some free weights but theres only a set of dumbbells for free weights. Overall pretty good place, bar is good and they have good food.
Its nice, the food is good, but the bedding feels like plastic under pants and the windows are absoulutely filthy.
This is my second time staying and it's was great from check in to check out awesome experience
Great facility for any size event. The service folks were very efficient as groups move from one session to another and both breakfast and lunch were incredible!
Great stay at this property. Staff were friendly and attentive. Dog friend Sheratons make my life with my dog a lot easier to navigate. We had booked a rate including parking and although at Check-In it wasn t coming through on their systems end, we found an easily solution by find our confirmation email and the FD honoring the rate. I would def stay again.
Convention dining options. Friendly staff. No waiting for elevators.
The Sheraton Grand Phoenix is my favorite hotel in Phoenix. The staff is super helpful and I've always enjoyed my stays.
This hotel is pretty nice. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are very comfortable especially the beds. I have not eaten in the hotel but the bar is always full. There is also a Starbucks on the premises which is quite convenient. Across the street from the hotel is a food court so to speak which has a few restaurants including a Hooters, a movie theater with quite cheap ticket prices and great outdoor seating for those times when its not too hot. There are also a few other bars and restaurants within walking distance. This location is also very close to the convention center.
My father is a flight attendant and stays at the hotel when he has a layover. I live in Phoenix. So when hes hes here ill visit with him at the hotel. Its very friendly and professional. The staff is very helpful. I also love how clean and nice the hotel is.
We were so pleased at the value of this hotel- the cost for such a nice place! It was beautifully decorated for Christmas, everyone was very friendly, and the room and bathroom were top notch! Can't say enough about it! Also right across the street from some great businesses- Cold Stone, Starbucks, Corner Bakery, AMC.
Nice hotel friendly staff food wasn't that good. Overall I would return.
Attended for a convention. Crowds left limited room for congregating in hallways, and lines blocked the entry, but otherwise was a good experience.
Not a bad place for a conference, but the downtown area is dead if there are no events.
Beautiful hotel, large conference center, centrally located in downtown Phoenix, close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Has its' own garage, BUT that can fill quickly when events are scheduled, and other close parking is at a premium.
Nice place. Great service. Good food. Easy to go to other tourism places as well.
First time in Phoenix Arizona. First time at NOVA. #NOVA19 #AdvocatesUnited AND, first time of the Sheraton. WOW. Customer service is an art form here. these are the nicest people. the room was lovely and well appointed. They give you credit if you don't want your towels changed out everyday, room service makes you feel like you are royalty, it's close by a lot of interesting things, cactus everywhere, of which I will include some pictures, and they have Starbucks coffee. I would highly highly recommend staying here for vacation, business, or frantic get away from your troubles.
Great location relative to Phoenix convention center, and great space at the Sheraton for professional conference meetings. Meeting rooms were excellent!
The hotel room was great. Beds and pillows were nice. Room service was delivered quickly. Hotel staff was very kind.
The location of this hotel is great! The amenities are nice too. The room I had was a bit on the small side and only had full size beds, but the view from the room was excellent! It was comparable in price to other hotels in the area that may have bigger/better rooms but I had a pleasant experience overall
Nice hotel. Staff were great. Breakfast wasn't very good.
I love the hotel; the cigarette butts in the fountain out front are just shocking.
Nice hotel. Great beds. Your standard Sheraton with friendly service.
