This hotel was clean but is it any different than any other Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn for twice the price. They also double charged my card and I had to speak to three people before they straighten it out and I had to wait 10 days to get my money back

I've stayed at this location multiple times throughout the years and it's always been a great experience. The rooms were always ready and clean. At the time they offered like rewards points for not having your sheets changed out daily, which I accepted as I dont need them changed daily. There was always someone at the desk to speak to and there's even a parking garage with valet parking available.

The hotel room is clean, although there's a little too much furniture for the size. They don't have an airport shuttle which is very inconvenient for conferences. The conference center bothers my allergies quite a bit.

This place is great! Everything is very luxurious and the staff is very helpful. The views are great, particularly on the higher floors and in the club lounge, which is also a really nice feature if you can get the upgrade. Best thing: they have a candy bar-- like, a huge shelf of candy you can just have-- on the weekends. I withheld a star because the hotel bar and attached restaurant are overpriced.

In the middle of the night, my ac went out in my room, That is only the beginning of this horror story. After I went to the thermostat to turn it off, it shot sparks at me and filled the room with an electrical fire smell. This all happened around midnight, at which point, they sent maintenance staff up to address the issue. The motor blew on the AC and they would need to replace it. Normally, they would wait until morning, but they informed me that there were no other rooms and therefore they had to drill now. I then overheard the maintenance supervisor's call. He proceeded to tell them to check room 2108. The carpet was still wet from cleaning, but that if I had an issue with it or staying in the room with the electrical fire smell, to just offer me $100 off my room because "I was an educator, they are cheap so he will probably just take it." The maintenance person did not offer me the wet room, instead, they drilled out the motor loudly at 1am, thrilling my room neighbors I'm sure, said "The smell will go away eventually," then left. I waited a few minutes then called down to the front desk, who within 15 mins found an alternate room on the 28th floor (the club level) and I would get "free breakfast" and access to the club lounge. I used neither, nor did I really care. For the record, the room was exactly the same as my 12th floor room. On checkout, I asked for the manager (shockingly unavailable) and recounted my experience via the Starwood website. I got generic responses from each. To be fair, one person did call after I responded with my phone number, but I was unavailable at the time. I will do everything I can to ensure my company, my conference, and anyone planning to provide Sheraton/Starwood with their business knows and understands their stance on guests, educators, and service.

this place. Toothbrushes and toothbrushes are not included in the hotel rooms! I have to ask!
There are hair and iron, and hangers are especially generous. I was delayed check-in for one hour because my room was not cleaned today.

We are a small family company that comes in for a trade show each year. The staff is always SO friendly and accommodating. They are always willing to help us out with business aspects of our stay and we are grateful. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

I love everything: the location, the courtesy of the staff, the promptness in resolving guests' needs, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, the leisure facilities and the restaurant options. And this time the 180 degree view of the city from the 25th floor!

Beautiful hotel with clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Beds are comfortable, as well as the sheets. Bathroom is spacious with a decent sized tub. They do have valet parking, but it's a little pricey. They do have a self parking garage also. They also have a restaurant, bar and convenience store in the lobby. Overall a good experience at a nice comfy Hotel. Will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel is very nice. The staff are friendly and curtious. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is a pleasant one. The rooms are well kept and pleasantly decorated. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near a lot of local things to do, including Chase Field! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phoenix!

Kyle who works with valet went out of his way this evening to make sure I got to my car safely which was just a couple of blocks away, but it was after dark and he got me a free taxi ride to my car. He is a very helpful, polite and thoughtful gentleman. Thank you Kyle!

I honestly really liked this place,my significant other and I stayed there for comic con Thur-sun and it was super accessible, the con was in walking distance(only took us about 5-8min ) they also have a great option to keep your stat as "green" as humanly possible with a voucher reward for choosing to go green.(meaning requesting not to have your room cleaned everyday) the view of dowtown is amazing! we stayed in 2018,also you might run into a celeb or two.The staff was really nice the waitress remembered my order to a tee,so honestly the only complaint I have is that the bathroom didn't have a vent.Other than that it was a close to perf stay

Friendly, professional staff. Clean, updated rooms with great view of Phoenix. Club Lounge on 28th floor offers delicious breakfast foods, appetizers, non-alcoholic drinks, etc. Pool and hot tub are clean and pool bar drinks were delicious. The main restaurant, The District, serves unique dishes that are wonderful! Hotel has small cafe to get coffee, bakery goods, teas, etc. in the morning. Lobby bar is welcoming. Gift shop is surprisingly affordable, except for their handbags and jewelry. Valet parking is available.

Do NOT go here! They charged me TWICE even though I asked about it at the desk. Only later did they explain that the second charge is for incidentals . Yeah right. They already have my credit card, what incidentals? Not only that but there was hair all over the counter in the bathroom that wasn t mine, they charge an additional $22.00 for parking (no, no validation), and $24.95 for internet (no free email only option). None of these concerns were addressed by the management during my stay; when I brought them up, the woman talking to me practically yawned in my face.

Great introduction to Phoenix, AZ! A one star motel masquerading as a four star hotel.

Update: Because I forgot my key card to get back into my room, they had security escort me up. How nice. All I said to the desk clerk to deserve that was that she wasn t honest with me about the second charge, which I had specifically asked about. (He didn t tell me he was security until I specifically asked if he was the manager. Made me feel real cozy.)

Not a good experience! Just WOW...for the price of rooms here, the parking should be included, not 35.00. Got into room, which was roughly the same as a Comfort Inn regarding looks and amenities and found a half eaten apple from the previous guest!!! Gross :-/ The 'security' features include the fact that your room key allows access to guest floors, but prevents family on other floors from coming to your room. Overall, NOT impressed at all with this hotel.
